Paul is my go to guy!! He is amazing, not over priced. Had my car towed to him, and the lady who towed my car was very nice as well. They got the job done. He is my go to guy for everything my cars need.. Been trying to get ahold of these guys for the past 2 days ...We've been going to this business for 2 years...Had work done to my car it was not done right... I brought my car back and it was still not done right...Been trying to call them ever since no one has picked up the phone and I'm not happy about this.The situation is a long one but the owner knows the situation with my car it's something to do with the passenger side heat.In any case I just want them to contact me we really want to get our money back since the problem was never fixed and we're going to bring the car elsewhere.And all the time I brought my car there I have never had an issue up until now so I'm not sure what the deal is.Update Nov 22...they contacted me.. Told them the car not fixed wanted some refund compensation... Not happening... Not happy. If you didn't do the job right you should refund the money!!!

Paul has been my parents' go-to mechanic for years. I took there recommendation when my Jeep needed exhaust work. He had my exhaust patched, O2 sensor replaced, and welded my track bar back on in an afternoon. Extremely reasonable pricing as well. Will come back again.

I have been working on my own vehicles for many years, and have occasionally relied on others (dealers) in the area for work I either couldn't do or didn't want to do. On a suggestion, I went to BSB recently and was ASTONISHED at the very fair pricing, honesty and speed of service. These guys really know their stuff! And, when you see Bristol PD vehicles in the lot for repair, you should be assured that you found the right place ! Thanks Paul and Gary. Better than five star performance!!

Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!

Very upset asked to have a car diagnosed (2nd time this happened) and instead of seeing what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to fix it, I get a call the car is fixed you owe XXXXXX come get it. This is wrong, I wanted to know what was wrong and how much to see if I could afford to get the vehicle fixed being it was my sons car... when we brought the car in we asked how much a Diagnosis would be Paul told us it depends, my husband told him we wanted to see what exactly was wrong with it and what it would cost to fix it. Yet we did not get a call saying what was wrong with it or how much to fix, but we got a call it was done and come get it. This is unacceptable especially since this is not the first time this place has done this to us. I need to now bring my car in for repairs and decided to take it elsewhere. And we will no longer bring our vehicles here.
