If wasn't for Raachia, they wouldn't deserve any stars, Joe is worst. I went to get my control arms bushing changed, I told him my warranty will pay it, gave him their name and number, he doesn't call them before they started to work on my vehicle to get a preauthorization, waited when the work was done to call. They didn't pay and he wants to blame me for not telling him to call them first. What manager doesn't call or doesn't know you have to call the warranty company to verify what a customer said. Smh. Then charges me for a 9 hours labor when they only worked on my vehicle for 4 hours .smh

Paid $116 out the door for a simple tire rotation on a FWD Impala. This price didn t include alignment which I was told would run about another $120. Other services seemed similarly overpriced. I ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a screw lodged in My back tire. Had a plug installed for the repair. Job was completed in less than 1/2 hour at a cost of $35.00 on a Sunday. Can t beat it considering Firestone was a two hour wait. Staff was professional and Courteous.

I have a question? How is there no one in the office at 8:15 a.m., but your store hours claim you are open at 7:30 a.m.? Is this because of some unforseen circumstance.or are your employees just unable to tell time?

I went to them to get my emissions done. They said they ran out of certificates. How do you run out of certificates for emissions? I had 2 days left to get it done. Thankfully Midas up the road does them and they did a great job. Midas got me in and out fast.I would not recommend Monro to anyone ever.

Undoubtedly the worst, most unprofessional, unproductive auto shop I ve ever seen. I walked into the shop. No one there. Called the phone number, noticed the phone in the front wasn t working but could hear my call ringing in the back. No one picked up, I call again, same thing, do that a couple more times until someone who is clearly intoxicated stumbles out of the bathroom to pick up the phone. They pick up, I say hey I m in the front office you just stumbled past waiting for my appointment. Just left after that, this place is a joke, whoever owns this building should be ashamed.

Absolutely horrendous, first the car wasn t done even close to when it was promised. Finally they called the next day, I got there only to realized the front wheels were on the back (staggered sizes) after I told them and even wrote it down. After I picked up the car, I wanted to check if the bolts were torqued properly, they were so hammered in, I barely got them loose with a 4 foot breaker bar, with some requiring an extension on that, it s beyond me, how they didn t snap off the hubs. After all that, they were so badly balanced, that the steering wheel felt like it s coming of the column at highway speeds. I honestly have no words, and these guy sell tires for a living, and charge me $200 plus for the service.UPDATE...IT GETS WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!Today I reached out to Monro per the Owner's instructions to see if they can rectify the problem. I was on hold for 15 minutes, finally someone picked up, she gathered some info, and found my review, and the issues I had. I was put on hold for another 5 minutes, after which I was told the Manager is at lunch, and they'll get right back to me. 2 hours later, after no call I reached out again, I was told that the manager just got back from lunch, and I'll be getting a call shortly, fast forward 4 hours...NOTHING. How do you stay in business treating clients this way??? Please stay away from this place, after having to rebalance the wheels elsewhere, I'm in for over $300 for a snow tire change over!!!!

Scheduled an 8 am appointment online that was accepted and confirmed for today, and the office remained closed well past 9 am. There was another customer waiting as well.While I hope everything is okay, it's really unfortunate to have no communication or contact.Update: the owner reached out and expressed apologies for unexpected issues and being short staffed. I appreciate the outreach and follow-up.

The staff at Munro were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered me several tire options and ordered and installed them the next day. I would recommend Munro without hesitation.

This place does not abide bye your appointment times, I have made appointments every time forWork done on my vehicle and I have always waited hours on hours for the work to be done , I had a appointment scheduled for tires to be put on twice now the first time it took an hr in a half for them to even take my vehicle in when I was first here in the morning when they opened , now the second time I had an appointment and i have been waiting over 2 hours they need more technicians and they need too stop making people wait when they had a scheduled service time

Accidentally left negative review for this location when in fact they were very helpful. The negative review was supposed to be for the Silas Deane hgwy location who took over r3 hours to mount and align 4 tires.

We've been here twice in a couple months due to popped tires. Not only were they able to get us in for new tires on a busy Sunday, they were extremely kind when talking on the phone and in person. Great group and highly recommended!

This shop and the employees there are fantastic. I was visiting family in Bristol when my car developed a problem with the exhaust system. A pipe that connects the engine to the catalytic converter broke off. I had driven in from Chicago where I now live and needed to get this fixed quickly so I could head back. I stopped in on Sunday morning when they first opened and was helped by Raachia Wellington, one of the assistant managers. I thought this might take a day or two to resolve my problem. Oh, no! Not with Mr. Wellington on the case. He and Ant, and Gabe (the other mechanics working there that morning) quickly assessed my car s need, ordered the parts, and before noon that day had me back on the road. This was beyond what I could have imagined. Being from out of town, I was worried about being taken advantage of. So I read the google reviews about this shop and was pleased to see all the good reviews. And all those people were absolutely right! They were professional, efficient, and fairly priced. They way they treated me, I felt like a life-long customer, not somebody in a spot who just walked in. If you live in Bristol and need work done on your car - go here! If you re in Bristol from out of town and need work done on your car - go here! These guys are exceptional!!!

I brought my Passport into Monro for an easy flat fix, or so I thought. 30 minutes later the tech brought the tire out and explained that the inner bead was badly damaged, and this was the reason for the flat. I pointed out the tire had a small cut and that this was the reason for the flat. He assured me it was more than Iikely a factory defect. I showed the tire to several mechanics, and untimely to my Honda service center. They all agree the tire was damaged by the Monro shop. Replacement tire: $280. Never ever going back to Monro: Priceless!

I've been going to this location for 7 years now. Today was by far the best. My car breaks down and I have to have it towed. I called and speak to this very nice young gentleman. After car arrived to shop he calls to keep me updated. He never tried to have me purchase something I didn't need and helped me with any questions. I forgot his full name but it started with an A. He is an asset to this location and you need to keep him.

I was in yesterday to get emissions testing done, I was in and out very fast. While I was in the waiting room I watched exceptional customer service from both the store Manager Jesse and the Technical Manager Jose. They had a particular customer that couldn't afford all the work needing to be done, they were explaining what the priorities were and worked with that customer to bring the price down. They even offered to give the customer a ride back to work (lunch break) and pick her up after the car was completed at the end of her shift. WOW! You just don't see enough of that type of above and beyond service - VERY REFRESHING!! I know where I will be going for my automotive work moving forward.

Went there today to get an alignment, new tires and rims put on my car which I already had in the trunk and backseat. They put the new tires on, did the balancing, the alignment and my car feels good to drive but they never put the new rims on. They offered to get me in tomorrow at 9 amd put them on for $10 per wheel which is nice but I don't want to pay more money and waste another 3-4 hours out of my day for that. So now I'll have to find somewhere else to put them in and do the balancing again. when I have time off work.

I had stopped going there because it seemed like they wanted to rip off the females. Or me anyway. I stopped in today and asked if they were able to take 4 bolts off for me. They were a pain and they did with no questions. I was going to be charged $50 elsewhere. They did it for $18 that s with tax! Very nice and helpful! Raachia, Jose and GabeI actually have to update because I went back today. Now the person that installed my tires for me today was very nice. However the one that cashed me out not so much. Was kinda rude about what I was quoted. I m pretty sure he s the same one that when I mentioned there was someone waiting in the waiting room he stayed well that s what they re for. I was saying it so someone can at least acknowledge she was there. I left it out because the guys I spoke with and dealt with with nice. Like don t be a jerk. Cause I was nothing but respectful on here and in person. But with the attitude today I had to edit this review. So for his attitude I had to knock down a star.

This was the second Monro I'd been to in order to have my air conditioning fixed last year. One recharge and two compressors later I'm still having issues with my air! Not to mention I brought my car for an oil change and they didn't even use the correct filter. I will never do business with any Monro ever again! This place takes your money and doesn't fix anything.

I had a great experience here at Monro thanks to this young man who not only didn t let my car engine die on me but also dealt with my very little knowledge of my own vehicle. The manger Jose took his time listening to me and understood that I had multiple problems with my vehicle and was on a tight budget, he was able to take care of the properties with my vehicle while staying Under what I thought I was going to spend on my truck! No doubt the best customer service skills I ve seen in an Auto shop in a while. Thanks Jose for helping me out this week would definitely recommend this store to my friends.

The manager was Very disrespectful. Did work to the vehicle that I didn't want done then tried to charge me an outrageous price. Won't give me my vehicle back unless i pay for something i didn't want done. Don't go here they will screw you over

Made an appointment online to have 2 tires changed. Selected which tires were listed as available, dropped off my car at the scheduled time and was told someone would call me shortly with an update. 3 hours later, no one had contacted me and when I called I was told they had no tires available for my vehicle available and that the website only indicates what tires might be available in the warehouse, something that was not indicated anywhere nor told to me when dropping off my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, no one was in the office and my key was just left sitting on the counter for anyone to walk in and grab. Absolutely horrible service.

Jose is the man down there, I had a concern with my brakes and he handled the situation professionally and with friendly attitude. Took me out to my vehicle showed me what was wrong and how to resolve it and gave me my options for brake packages, He worked with my budget to accommodate my needs. He also looks out for the service members and first responders. Great experience would recommend to all my friends and family.

Here getting a last minute oil change. It's not done yet so this has nothing to do with the quality or timing of the service. I have had my car since new for 4 years and NEVER paid even 1/2 of the price I'm being charged. I asked them what the cheapest was and its 174.00 + tax? Literally every other place I've had this done at has charged me $50.00!!!!It's my fault for waiting last minute, but I will never EVER come here again.
