I had a last minute problem at Town Fair Tire getting tires changed on a Utility Trailer. One stud was spinning so we couldn't get one wheel off. I called J's as they were 1/4 mike away. Took me right in, lifted the Trailer and welded the stud from the back for me. Problem solved, great bunch of guys over there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Running a seasonal business like mine, it's imperative that we minimize downtime for our work vehicles to maintain our commitment to reliability and punctuality, especially as the season picks up. Did an oil change. The person managing the jobs, gave me straight info about different options. He also gave me a fixed price and ended exactly with that.They didn't try to sell me additional items or services.

I dropped off a 98 GMC Sierra pick up that I picked up this summer. I knew it needed breaks so I asked them to replace all of the brakes brake lines brake hoses brake calipers rotors. I had them replace the fuel pump because they said that the truck stopped starting The fuel pump I told him to replace the fuel lines in the fuel filter while they re at it Drove my truck for the first fuel tank is leaking filled all the way up got underneath and looked fuel filter was never changed, and only half of the fuel line is new and there s still a few brake lines that are old Another thing that I had them do was the AC on this truck told him I needed AC they never charge the AC system when I charged it myself something keeps blowing a fuse. I don t understand why they allowed me to take the truck and never alerted me of any issues. I would like you guys to please give me a call. I should be still in your system and I d like to talk to the owner!!

On 7-24-23 my brake light lit up a long with my battery light . I had to have it towed but I needed to find a new mechanic as my old mechanic had closed their business. We started reading reviews and we chose Jay's Auto sales at 1114 Farmington avenue in Bristol CT .On 7-25-23 Jay contacted me by phone because I left my car there with my keys and a note in their safety Dropbox. I explained the situation they test drove it called me right back to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix the issue. I was able to pick my car up by 4:00 p.m. the same day it was very happy with.Thank you to Jayand his team .

I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle but I wanted it thoroughly inspected first. I called and received a same day appointment. The service here was outstanding. The place is clean and the gentlemen there are extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and the pricing was very reasonable. Awesome service. I went for a quote on a catalytic converter repair down the road and was quoted over $1000.00. I stopped in at J's who said that was insane and that he could do the job for a lot less. Great family run business. He did the job and even delivered my car back to my house, because I could not get there. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I brought my car in for an auto repair. While there, I was told, and shown, a leak in my transmission oil. It was leaking at a fast pace but, there was no oil leaking when I left home. While getting my tires balanced at another business, a lady in her 80s told me that the same thing happened to her after getting her vehicle serviced at J's Auto Sales and Repair. She told me there was no leak when she left home but, she too was shown a fast leak after they worked on her car.Service: Brakes

J is an amazing owner quoted me a price for my tires and never changed so what he quoted was what I paid amazing service a great place to go i highly recommend anybody go to J's and get service from him you will not be disappointed in the service and professionalism by himself and his staff i would give him more stars but 5 is the max.A message to J thank you for your service today excellent job i will be back Service: Tires
