Always helpful always fix my car right fair prices always friendly care about their customers and they fix the car right the first time that makes a big difference. I ve been to other places who have not fixed my car and overcharge. Firestone is great. They help you out when they can give you coupons when they can.I love Firestone thank you Firestone for all you do for me

Can't say enough good things about Bristol firestone. They always fit me in, make me feel like a priority and have always provided me with reliable and good service. I have dealt with Joe multiple times over the years, and he is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and always explains my repair / service options in detail. I have recommended them to multiple family members, and we've all been very pleased with our service.

I don t usually make comments. Unfortunately there has been a plethora of mistakes from this firestone. Not just on my wife s vehicle but also mine. They don t value the Customers wait time. I have worked with Firestone all my life and wouldn t recommend this firestone. I get it business gets busy. That s why I made an appointment for 2 o clock. 2 1/2 hours later The vehicle had not moved yet. I was simply coming in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not to mention I lost work.

These scumbags tried to charge my girlfriend $4,000 for "suspension" issues that didnt even exist! Thank god I stopped her from losing $4,000.00 These guys suck eggplants 24/7

Had an appointment at 1pm to have my brakes checked, they didn't start until 2:30 pm. Had new rotors, calipers and pads replaced for the rear brakes and new pads for the front brakes. Took over 3 hours. I left and while driving my front brakes started making loud grinding noises so I returned to Firestone, took the mechanic on a test drive and he heard the noise, returned again waited another 2 hours to be told the front pads were defective and new pads were replaced. Next day while driving on the highway and going downhill I lightly applied the brakes to slow down and my steering wheel started to shake! When I got home I called Firestone to tell them and Zack told me to come in tomorrow and have it checked out. I arrived at 1pm to be told it was too busy and to come back at 1:30 Sunday. I arrived on time Sunday and had to sit for another 3 hours to be told I needed new front rotors? Each visit costing me more money. Brakes should be a one visit solution, not 3. I'm disabled and all those hours sitting really aggravated my back. How would I ever trust going back there again?*09/05/2023Manager, Tim, called me to try to make my visit right. Will refund $100 for my trouble. I do appreciate the effort and I may return for routine maintenance.

I ran over a nail and it was in the tread. It was a slow leak and going flat. I brought it to Firestone and they tried to tell me that the nail was in the shoulder of the tire, not the tread. I m a woman, not an idiot. I know what the tread is. He told me they couldn t repair it but they would have to replace all 4 tires and proceeded to quote me for $1200 to get this problem fixed. I refused service and will never go there, even if my shop is closed. If you re looking for reliable, honest work, go see Tony at Tire Depot who fixed my tire free of charge.

Super friendly staff and fit me into there schedule fast. I only had something small to fix and they fixed it fast. It s in great location and super clean space. I would recommend them.

The same thing happened to me as the other reviews. I made an appointment online, and when I arrived I was told they don t follow the online scheduling and can possibly get me in 6 hours later! If it s true that you don t follow the online scheduling then please remove the feature. You re messing with people s time who schedule appointments for a reason.

I am in rental cars quite frequently for work. I brought my rental car here and this was by far, the best service I ve ever had at a mechanic shop. Zack was excellent on the phone and John helped me while I was in the shop. I ve been to other Firestones in the past and the customer service at those places just do not compare; not even close. Everything here went surprisingly smooth. John was fantastic!

They try to take advantage of people (especially women). Friend went to have a tire repaired and they tried to charge over 1000$ for 4 new tires, another shop repaired it for free. Stay away.

Screwing people over old man went there for his brakes to be blood and they tell him his calipers were on the wrong way they were reversed which is impossible to do the Tire would never go and if the calipers were on the wrong side and charged him $450 BEWARE LIARS at Firestone!!!!

It doesn t take 45 minutes to determine that a tire can t be patched due to run flat damage. I ve seen tires patched in under 15 minutes. Also, it doesn t take an additional 45 minutes to mount a new tire. I don t know what kind of experience your technicians have but their unreasonably slow rate of work comes at the cost of the time and therefore money of your customers - former customers, rather.Service: Tires

Stay away. They pulled a double scam on me. They were supposed to swap the winter tires that I bought from them with my summer tires. They charged me $68 for 8 supposedly worn tire nuts, while a set of 4 costs $9.99 at AutoZone. Then they wanted to charge me $200 to replace one of my summer tires (185/60R15). They probably swapped the tire on me with a worn one. I refused to change there tire there. I will not be doing business with them any longer.Service: Tires

Stay FAR, FAR away from this place unless you like paying a lot of money for work that is incomplete and not done correctly. I used them several times in the past with zero issue, but that has severely changed. I had to bring the car back twice because the installed the breaks wrong and the brand new ball joint they put in was knocking louder than the one they said was broken. The truck took 2 months to show. Leaking oil all over my driveway and the breaks went after literally only 4 uses. I called to have it inspected and they told me to come in on Christmas eve at 7am when they were closed. I will never use this place again and I caution anyone considering it. Don't say you weren't warned. It's gonna take me another 6 months to pay off the $1900 they charged for work they performed incorrectly. I feel so stupid for using them I almost didn't write this review.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Got the best price on weathergrip tires. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Got an additional $80 off by signing up for their credit card. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and did the work in about an hour.

Terrible. I went there twice, both times with an appointment in advance, to get my tires rotated and balanced. The first time they said I'd need to leave my car there for the rest of the day because they had no idea how long it would take. The second time, after I had been there for over an hour, they said it would be at least another 90 minutes before they'd be able to get to it. What's the purpose of making an appointment?

One of the only shops in the area that I really trust with my vehicle. I've had some issues with other branches of Firestone but they gave me an honest overview of what my vehicle needed and didn't need compared to some other quotes I got from different companies.I felt really well taken care of and that I wasn't getting screwed over. Definite shout out to Scott, one of the sales managers. He was very detailed, respectful, and walked me through everything I needed.I will be returning to this location for the life of my vehicle. Thanks guys~

Went in for an emissions test because their google listing says they do emissions testing at this location but they dont.3 guys were inside at the front desk with no customers. I walked outside and called them to tell them about their incorrect listing and sat on hold for 3+ minutes.Lazy workers and presumably poor quality service like you get at most 'corporate mechanics'

I went in to have my tire sensors checked on all 4 wheels and Devin and Carlos came right out to perform service. There was no waiting. They were very pleasant and let me know I didn't need to replace any of the sensors.Service: TiresService: Tires

If I could give half a star I would! We have been a long time customers and the experience was so far under par it was unprofessional! This location opened up the car fixed one item, closed it up and went on vacation. NEVER checking if that part was the problem, never even started the car, and on top of that wouldn't have a technician come in from another store for 4days. I took my STILL broken car to the competition down the street. We are not coming back for such incompetent service.

Made an "appointment" online for service. Made the appointment Saturday morning for service on Sunday morning. Got an email Sunday morning saying there was a problem with my reservation. Called, only to find my reservation was only an appointment REQUEST, and they'd actually been booked for the weekend since Wednesday. So why the hell were they still taking weekend appointment "requests" four days later? Who knows? Was told I'd have to leave my truck all day Sunday and in to Monday. For a flat tire repair. Ironically (or not) when I called for an appointment to purchase tires, they were all too accommodating. I don't know why I even bothered trying this place. The one in Plainville is just as bad.
