Brought my wife's Sportage PHEV here after a minor driveway accident. The shop worked with our insurance and took care of everything. We dropped it off over Thanksgiving holiday and still managed to get a turn around time of about 2 weeks even after requiring supplomental parts which was very good. Got the car back looking like brand new.. Perfect job!

Before & after. Great work. The damage unseen in the photos is also repaired "as new". Even with the struggle of supply & and parts, the work was done to a high standard. Kudos.Update.The trunk stank of mildew when opened. Took the car back, and the smell was only lessened for a week. Also, when cleaning and protecting the Finnish noted the rear plate was attached to wet paint.Sent two emails and received no response on either issue.The smell has lessoned over time, sunlight, and white vinegar wipes by me.Sadly, the issues have changed how I feel about the car but also my review of the service quality and communication.

I purchased my used vehicle from Crowley Jeep in Bristol back in May. I decided to purchase a Grand Cherokee Limited Luxury group 2 that had just come off a lease. I decided to have a few things done to the vehicle before taking it home. I was directed to Dan Gallo over at Crowley Auto Body whom is the manager. When I called and made an appointment with Dan I thought it would be a quick meeting, so I made sure to do my homework before hand and get a second opinion on the things I wanted fixed. Upon meeting Dan, I realized I was in good hands and he would listen to my concerns as well as point out additional things he may have seen fit. Upon completion of the small repairs done to my vehicle, I came to pick it up and my expectations were exceeded. Dan kept our conversation very honest as he told me some things may not be 100%. So you could say this was a pleasant surprise Dan is friendly, very understanding but also honest. Great with time sensitive repairs and reasonable on prices! I look forward to being a life long customer. Thank you for all your hard work!

I had the rear bumper on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired there this week. I couldn't be more happier on how it came out. Looks brand new. Thank you to Tony Mastroianni and the whole staff there. Everyone was so helpful and nice to work with.

Constant updates, and Excellent Customer Service from the individual Named Marcus Johnson that was handling my case. They had my vehicle for over a month due to a parts issue , not the Auto Body Shop's fault. My vehicle was detailed beyond my expectations came back all shiny and looking like it came off the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend Crowley, and if ever needed collision repairs again I would use them again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment

I was in an accident on March 3, 2022, after the adjuster got my claim approved (approx 1 week later) I submitted everything to Crowley Auto Body and I asked for a quote for a new tailgate that I was going to pay cash for when they did the work from the collision. I finally gave up on them after three phones and a stop in (over the span of a month) to get an estimate on the tailgate. They never set me up with an appointment to get my truck fixed either. Not one person in their office could could give me any information.I feel like unless your car is dropped by a wrecker, then they don t want to supply any customer service.I recommend looking elsewhere if customer service is a must.

Accidents are very stressful,but when I brought my car here for repairs it was so easy and stress free. Even though my insurance was a real pain in the neck to these guys, and had my car for a few days short of a month they still made sure to fix EVERYTHING so that nothing could go wrong. They even repaired my truck latch,that had absolutely nothing to do with the accident, for nothing. And on top of that the car looks better than ever! If you want honest, dependable, and great work done to your vehicles, i highly recommend this place.

I got into a fender bender so I had my work done at Crowley's. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and really paid attention to details. Because I was hit on only one side of the car I now have one really good side with one shiny headlight. If I knew earlier I wish they had asked during repair is if I would like the other headlight to be replaced to match the other and I would've been happy to pay out of pocket for it.

Go see Tony at Crowley auto body! He took care of me like as if I was his daughter. I needed a repair done on an area of the car that had been worked on previously and I asked him to take a look at a nasty scratch in another area of the car. Him and his team buffed it out free of charge and when I went to pick up the car - they even detailed it up nice inside and out. They didn't have to to those things complimentary like that and I left feeling like a very happy customer and I know exactly where to go anytime I have an issue. Customer service is #1 priority here and it shows!

I have been a member of the Crowley family for about 10 years I have bought and three cars used from Crowley dealerships I have had one of the best experiences with Crowley. I recently brought my 2014 Dodge journey to Crowley auto body to fix some front end damage. They tookCare of me very professionally and they went above and beyond to look for more hidden damage. The finished product looked perfect they did a wonderful job and there was constant communication with Tony and Dan I highly recommend this body shop to anyone

I had an issue where the front bumper of my 2019 Pathfinder was pulled away from the fender. Even though they were short staffed, Tony brought my car right in and fixed it in about 10 minutes, free of charge! I couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely use them again should I need an auto body shop in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the service done with my car. The people I was in contact with were very informative and kind. I spoke both with Dan and Greg and they answered all my questions. I did feel I wasn't kept in the loop with the timing of how long it would take to finish the work on my car and I felt i needed to call often to be kept up to date but I was also very eager to get my car back. I was told they were very short staffed but my car was still finished by the finish date I was told, and they did an excellent job. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop and I will definitely return for future car repairs.

Thanks so much for the excellent service from Crowley Auto Body. After my months-old car was rear-ended, I was nervous it would never look the same. We are so impressed with the results- it looks brand new again! Their careful work and attention to detail is obvious. In addition, Bob was wonderful. He was great at explaining the process, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and communicated clearly with me each step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Crowley Auto Body.

car went in for work for front bumper front end damage .they had to order new parts etc to put back together. but the paint didn't match the factory from where they painted the door fender front bumper . I don't understand how they let this slip you can see the paint is way off color smh .. I would say all the electrical parts they put together have no problems so that good .but whoever was painter no good .Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, Electrical

I recently took my 2018 Honda Pilot to Crowley auto body. The service and workmanship were exceptional. Brandon and the entire staff, are the best at what they do. Finally got the door scratch fixed!! Thanks to TOM M.at Crowley Ford. Love my car!!!Many thanks to all at Crowley Auto Body Shop (Dan Bob and Tony) repaired scratch on door and fixed a scrap on the bumper that I did. The work is very professional as were the men there. Thank you all so much for a job WELL Done.

I purchased my 2010 Nissan Altima at Crowley in Bristol. Someone backed into my car so I called and they couldn't get my car in till middle of following week so they provided me with a 2017 Nissan rouge. Which I didn't want to get back. I worked with a man Tony he was great and handled everything for me. Recommended

Had to get my car fixed and these guys work tirelessly to find the right parts at a price I could actually afford that would also enable me to save some money and pay bills. Just got the car back and You would never know it was in an accident. The price they "d me there are actually able to save me a couple 100 more life what they thought it was going to be. Very good guys highly recommended

I brought my car there to get it fixed up after getting into an accident. They improperly put my front fender back on, the splash sheild on my passenger side was cracked, they left some damage on the passenger side of my front fender, and a peice of plastic that held my car battery in place was cracked. I had picked the car up on my way to work once it was ready. Noticed the damge to the front fender the next day so I called the day after and brought it back a few days later. The man who looked at my car noticed there were no fasteners holding my front fender and told me that I must of hit something on my passenger side, causing all of the fasteners to pop off and the plastic holding my battery (on my driver side) to crack. The damage to my front fender were scratched, no dents. Then, a couple days later I started to hydroplane on the highway while there was some light rain. I pulled over and noticed my splash shield was hanging down and had slipped under my passenger side tire causing my car to hydroplane. Luckily I did not hit anything or anyone but unbelievable how this auto body shop failed to do there job and denied any wrong doing. These guys did a real hack job and I will never go there again, I would also highly recommend anyone to find a better placd to get your work done on your car. This was an insurance claim but since I specifically picked this place to get my car fixed, my inurance company did not back me. If you have a claim, make sure you go to a place your insurance company recommends, this way they will have your back if the place did not do a good job.

I just got my Silverado fixed at Crowley Auto Body and it looks brand new! My repair was done within the time expected and the office staff is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Greg was professional, courteous & efficient. He took care of tow truck company and had a rental car set up and waiting for me before I could even get there! I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of body shop.

Have had nothing but terrible experiences in the past with different auto body shops in the past, this shop has become my new home for auto body work. My car was returned to me spotless on the inside and all looked like new on the outside after being hit.

I got into a car accident in the parking lot of my apartment building, the whole passenger side of my car needs to be replaced along with some noises I didn t hear prior. I went in and I was disrespected from the moment I walked in. He then walked around my car, asked me what else was wrong with it then refused to look at anything other than cosmetic on my car bc the car accident I was in wouldn t have done anything to the underneath of my vehicle . I came to a shop to get my car fixed... & they wanted to do only what they wanted. Will turn people away from this place if I ever hear they are trying to go here.
