The most honest dealership you can buy from. Got the Audi S5 on the left for a insanely good deal considering they fixed the cats, got new breaks, oil change, new tires, and fixed a valve cover gasket when it was brought to their attention it was leaking. They even ordered me a new MMI because the volume knob glitches and I didn t even ask. Adrian and his guys are great people and the mechanic Mario is a very knowledgeable and honest worker, good people all around. If a FCP Employee trusts them you should too.

Wanted to trade in a vehicle for an audi and got denied a loan because my trade in had more than one accident. That is funny because im pretty sure more than 10 cars on the lot there have an accident but yet they are being sold. The car is advertised as ready to go and flawless. But in reality you go to the store and find out it needs a timing chain. Know what you are selling and know a true value of a car when a customer walks in your door because neither of those happened when i came to check out the car.

I had the pleasure of working w Adrian! I should say he worked for me, he found different types of loans I could use to buy car. He also had insurance contact who set up everything the day I bought my MDX.He took the time to listen to my situation and looked for options. I did not feel pressured to buy but like he really loved his job and getting people in the right car for them :) I didn t purchase car right away I came back few months later, the team was all still as very friendly.Cassie also needs to be mentioned! She really does great job getting your car looked over and ready to go. She s super friendly and professional!I was really pleased how my purchase went!I would definitely recommend and come back for future vehicles!Great team the owner should be really proud of his staff!

Worst service EVER. They gave me a tow window to pick up my old car from 11-3, I called at 330, said they were still coming. Called at 5pm. Supposedly they were still coming. By 6pm they STILL did not show, still said they were coming. THEY NEVER CAME. THEY NEVER CALLED. They left me stranded. All they had to do was tell me they couldn't make it, but no, they kept me hanging, kept me waiting, then ghosted me. I would not trust this company.

My bro Mike was trying to sell his car and was getting low ball deals at other dealerships. I know about CJ Auto Mall from getting my car worked on by Mario (awesome mechanic by the way), when I use to live in Bristol. I told Mike to go to CJ s and try your luck there. Sales manager Adrian took care of Mike and gave him an amazing deal and the most amazing customer service that you can ever get. 5 stars if not enough to write a review for staff and sales team there. Thank you Adrian for taking care of my bro. 10/10

Very reliable mechanics and great costumer service. 3rd time changing my engine on 2 different cars. I definitely recommend this place. Mario, Kathy and George (JORGE) are very cool people.

It was my first time financing a car and they were very supportive and very thorough with everything. I worked with Adrian who sold me a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. It drives like a charm and he made sure it was in perfect condition. He was very patient with me throughout everything. He answered all my calls and texts no matter what time of day it was and even on his days off!! He and Dave went out of there way to make sure I would get approved for the vehicle as well. I highly recommend them if you want to buy a reliable vehicle especially if you re a first timer like myself. Thank you Adrian and Dave!

Adrian was the salesperson I dealt with he was efficient and knowledgeable about the car I want to buy. He brought it to my mechanic for an inspection and the dealership fix the car at no added expense. The day we pick up the vehicle was seamless. Great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Before coming to CJ Auto Mall I shopped around at other dealerships. I went online to check out their inventory and saw the exact car that I was looking for. I filled out an inquiry online and within a half hour Ariel was contacting me. The next day I went to the dealership and from the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with respect. I don't have the best credit but Ariel made it happen for me. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and and went above and beyond to make sure that I took home the car I wanted but also that is was safe for my family. I would recommend anyone to come check this place out! Top notch service. And let me not for Dave who also helped make ot happen. If you're looking for a car don't waste your time going anywhere else, come here first!!

I bought a vehicle from Ariel here at CJ Automall. It was so easy and stress free. Ariel went above and beyond by picking me up when I bought the car to help keep it as a surprise. Dave has all of the paperwork ready when I came in and it was a very fast and smooth transaction. I love the casual atmosphere and the service was top notch. I highly recommend them.

went here to buy a car let me say....amazing service.my truck broke down and i needed a new truck anyway to fit a baby that is coming soon..i spoke to adrian and we found what works for me not even 3 days later and Adrian and his co worker dave(i think is his name)have me in a truck.the experiance was easy and not hard at all adrian explained everything i need to know as was super polite. dave was super nice to. he explained everything that i was signing and actualy made sure i understood. THIS IS RARE FOR SALS PEOPLE they usualy wanna close the sale and move on and repeat.. NOT THESE PEOPLE they will make sure you understand everything and answer any questions.. highly reccomend

After a frustrating weekend of truck shopping and having everything I was interested in be under deposit by the time I could get to it, I called Ariel at CJ AutoMall. The truck I was calling about had been driven home to give it a true run through by I believe their service mgr for the weekend. I called Monday morning and was allowed to put a small deposit on it over the phone to hold it till I got there after work. Ariel called me to confirm and went over all that was done to the truck. When I got there he was waiting with the truck ready to roll. All was as promised and more. By far one of my best experiences with a used car purchase. I ll definitely use them again. Well worth the drive! Thanks Ariel!

Adrian is a auto guru. He knows more about the car I already own as well as the ones he has for sale on the lot. From what I see, the mechanics are first rate and can maintain the cars/trucks they sell, which was a very good selling point for me. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience with this dealership. I worked directly with Adrian during my search for a vehicle. He was very attentive, friendly, and followed up in a timely manner whenever I had questions about the vehicle or progress of our deal. I'm currently awaiting a part that had to be ordered but Adrian has kept me updated on that as well.

I moved to the Plainville area around three years ago after having a mechanic in my home town that my family has been using for 30+ years. Finding an honest, fair priced, and efficient mechanical is borderline impossible.Luckily, CJ s is that place. They work with you when things are tough, they are honest with what is going on the car immediately, and NEVER try and add random fees, here and there. Go to this place. Give them business, because I guarantee they won t let you down.I am so pleased with their work that I even wrote a review online ha. This is the first time I reviewed anything, so if that doesn t go to show you the type of work/people they are, well enjoy getting screwed at some other place.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, long story short my car that I absolutely love and never got a scratch on was hit from behind, they were so professional informative and up front from beginning to end. I m also new to the area so I m very thankful I went to them. My car looked better than it did the day I bought it. they went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

Recently bought a car from them and the car itself is pretty good that s why I didn t give them a 1 rating but there customer service and business ethics are lacking. We were told the car would have new tires and they put used tires with 60% tread on the front and on the back inside of the tires was only 1/32 of an inch of tread, as we found out soon after buying when the rear tires went flat. They told us because it Somehow passed the dmv inspection because they probably didn t check the inside, that it isn t there fault ,but they aren t legally allowed to sell tires that low on tread. Anyways we called to see if they would replace the rear tires like they promised and they said no because we already put tires on it and they wouldn t have paid what we paid for the new tires so they said we were stuck and wouldn t reimburse any part of it. They ll tell you anything you want to hear to have you purchase the car then once they get your money they give you the runaround and won t help you out at all.

I brought my vehicle in after finding out CJ's Auto Mall were on my warranty's preferred list. The torque converter and AC had died and needed to be repaired/replaced. They walked me through the entire process and kept me informed daily. They handled everything with the warranty company and were very professional. Once I got my car back I was pleased it drove even better than prior to the breakdown!

I had previously inquired about a Honda Pilot through CarGurus and was contacted by Ariel of CJ Auto Mall the same day! I made an appointment with him directly, but unfortunately due to my personal scheduling errors, I could not make it down to view the vehicle and ended up cancelling the appointment. Approximately a week or so later I was browsing CJ Auto Mall's entire inventory online, and found a GORGEOUS 2015 Toyota Camry for an extraordinary price. I ended up texting Ariel as we had previously been in contact regarding the Pilot, and mentioned that I was interested in taking the Camry for a test drive. He was able to get me in the same day for a test drive, and I was able to take the car home that night after deciding it was the perfect fit for me! Ariel was extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the car itself, all of its features and perks were thoroughly explained and understood, it is apparent that he knows his "stuff" and cares about his customers! :) I would definitely purchase another car from CJ Auto Mall!!
