I brought my car in because I had some issues after a family friend had fixed it . They took care of it. And explained and show pictures of what the issue was. Honest, and informative. Shout out to Tim. Very professional and courteous.

I had a noise in the front end of my car. During an oil change at a chain repair shop, they gave me a quote that seemed overly expensive to replace some front suspension parts. I called Automotive Plus on a Wed. to see if I could get a 2nd opinion. Tim explained it would be hard to give a quote without seeing the car first, which I totally understood. Got me in on Friday & found that a small dust cover part shifted & was making the noise. There was nothing else wrong and nothing needed to be replaced. He has gained a new customer for future service due to his honesty & ethical business practices. Highly recommend.

Tim was recommended to me and let me start off saying I cannot express my gratitude for receiving this kind of customer service and care. Being a young woman with little car knowledge + having nothing but bad experiences and countless times taken advance of at other locations. The second you walk in your acknowledge and feel welcomed. I knew I had just walked in a business with HONEST AND FAIR people and that i was going to receive quality care. Tim went above and beyond to get me in the same day , address my issue and FIX what was causing me problems completely at no cost. I genuinely look forward to giving automotive plus all my business and letting everyone know where to go for any car concerns or just regular maintenance !! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT AUTOMOTIVE PLUS!! I give this place a 10/10, if you re looking for any repairs to your car please let this be your first stop! I recently had water in my tank, Tim & his crew fix my car in no time. I m so thankful to have this shop as my local auto repair!! Thank you for the amazing service!

I would like to take a second say how friendly the workers are over at Automotive Plus. The receptionist was very friendly Cassie was super friendly. I came in and I was kind of in a bad mood and I walked through the door she had the brightest smile and the most welcoming tone in her voice. There was other customers in the waiting room and i noticed that she was friendly with as well. She offered us some water and coffee that was provided. She was super informative about what was going on with my vehicle letting me know how long everything was going to take. She was honest about the prices and what needed to be done. I will definitely be a returning customer. Good job !!!!! I will also be sending my friends and family this way as well.

I brought my work van to Tim based on social media reviews. It was far from a normal issue. I had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. Needless to say Tim quickly diagnosed it. There was no manual for how to fix my issue and Tim clearly has lots of experience and did not give up or take the easy way out and just tell me I need a new transmission. He was able to fix my van and have me back to work in a minimal amount of time and at a very fair price! Trusting a stranger to fix you vehicle is such a gamble and is nearly impossible to find someone that will not take advantage and I feel like I hit the lotto in that aspect! If anyone needs help and doesn t know where to go.. this is the place. I would send my own family here in the future!

Most tow company s make it seem like you are bothering them when you call for service. This company has the best customer service!! They were thankful for the work and they care about their customer. Rates were very reasonable as well. I dealt with Jordan and he handled everything from start to finish. Awesome experience!! Thanks Jordan!! Highly recommendService: Car towing

Id like to thank the entire crew at Automotive Plus on the utmost professionalism, phenominal service, and skilled mechanics that recently serviced my car. I ve never had a more pleasurable experience getting my car serviced. Cassie especially, took the time to explain everything that was needed and why, gave me the best prices i could ask for, and was absolutely delightful whenever i had more concerns along the way. I love Automotive Plus! Chris is always so nice and friendly everytime I visit. I had an unexpected issue with my car today and brought it in, hopefully they could help. Chris and Richie were able to get the problem taken care or quickly and with proficiency! I m so happy with the customer service I ALWAYS receive here. The waiting room is comfortable and the woman at the front desk is always pleasant, as well! All around the best automotive center in Bristol and surrounding areas! Thank you guys so much!!

Chris at automotive plus is AMAZING. I have trusted my last 3 cars with him and I m so happy to follow him to his new shop. He is a trustworthy business owner who is very honest and will not try to sell you on all the bells and whistles you don t need. I feel comfortable every time anything is wrong with my car that it is in good hands. They do it all! Tires, oil changes, repairs, you name it! I recommend this shop to all my close friends and family. If you want a mechanic who is very reasonably priced and honest, go to Automotive Plus with Chris. You will not regret it, and you will find yourself with your new permanent mechanic.

I gotta say if i could give more than 5 stars i would. If i could give 5 stars multiple times i would. I came here a couple times for little things and everytime they fix the problem and then tell me not to pay, im so used to having to pay for every little thing. I absolutley love this place and how tim runs it. Im very very grateful for this place. They dont overlook the little things like most places.

After diagnosing, Mazda offered a loan to pay for the work that needed to be done to my car. I brought it to Tim and his team and they were able to accomplish the jobs At a fraction of the price and quicker than the dealer offered. Thank you

I was very pleased with my experience at Automotive Plus. Chris was friendly and helpful with giving me all the information upfront. I felt he was very honest and no high pressure sales tactics used. My car hasn't driven this good for quite some time now. I am very pleased with their service and the shop updates are very nice as well.

Really nice people and Tim was so helpful! He quickly diagnosed a problem multiple shops could not figure out (these shops also charged me almost 2k total for things that did not fix the issue). I would highly recommend and will only bring my cars here from now on!

Was having engine issues for some time and was avoiding the repairs for fear of "repair sticker shock" but decided to bring it to Automotive Plus. They scheduled a quick appointment for diagnostics and came back pretty quick with a reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with Cathy who is very professional , knowledgeable and followed-up very quickly with updates. Everything was fixed perfectly and the car runs great now and their work is also gauranteed!

These were great! I have had such a bad experience with a very well know automobile insurance company on multiple occasions so I cancelled them. My car broke down on I-91 and it has air suspension which is easy to mess up if you aren t familiar with towing. I gave these folks a call and instantly felt relieved, they got to me quickly, hooked up the car on the flatbed correctly and when they got to the destination, it was a tight fit. The car was placed exactly where it needed to be with some creativity by the driver. We will be in the market to buy a new car soon and look forward to working with them on our new purchase. From the moment you walk in the remodel is gonna shock you! What a difference, nice seating, coffee,cappuccino water, fresh fruit.. Great activities for little ones . wow a great atmosphere. I've been following Chris for over a decade of impeccable service, from years of experience in working with him on my cars I've found him to be so straightforward and honest. I'm happy to say I will always use Automotive Plus from here on out as well as my family. My father bought his cars to Chris and my sons about to get his license and here is where we will buy, service and keep coming. Today's visit was again top notch and got some much needed relief to find out what I thought was a big problem was solved in less then 30 mins. You will not find another shop in Bristol like this.

I bring my car here for all maintenance and repair. They are fast and efficient, as well as knowledgeable, informative, and kind. There is a waiting room with chairs, tv, a bunch of activities that will keep children busy, coffee, and a nice decor, that makes it inviting & comfortable while waiting. Chris is great. I followed him here from where he used to be. I drive a half hour just to go to his shop. Thank you!

Picked up a package I had delivered to Automotive Plus today. Not only did they call me to tell me it had arrived, they carried a very heavy box to my car! They were very nice and it was clean in the waiting room. Because of their kindness, I will be utilizing their services in the future.

Chris was amazing! Came with the flat bed and called me the next day letting me know what was needed for repairs. I was never left in the dark on anything. They worked with me through out the repair. Couldn t have asked for a better service. I will continue to bring my vehicles back to Automotive Plus!
