I had an amazing experience here. I had destroyed my back bumper and Brian was able to quickly repair and have it ready within a couple days. I had accidentally over payed 120$ in cash and Brian sent me a text to let me know. If he hadn t I would ve never known. That is true integrity and says a lot about his character!

Absolutely horrendous service by Brian. He takes advantage of the elderly for his own gain. Do not trust this business.

I was recently in a situation where my clutch went while on the interstate and Auto Star LLC literally was my saving grace. The owner, Justin, went out of his way to meet my needs. I have always only brought my car to the dealer for servicing but as luck would have it that was not possible. Let me tell you how glad I am. I have now found the only place that I will service my vehicle at. Auto Star LLC replaced my clutch in a short amount of time and the pricing was so reasonable! I have put a few thousand miles more on my VW and it s perfect. Excellent work!

My name is Greg, 2 months ago my wife and I purchased a used 2006 Kia Sportage cash from Auto star LLC, in Bristol Connecticut. With tax, my insurance card for the vehicle and registration included, the person/owner of the business (Elliott) received our money was supposed to fix a few minor issues and register the car. Today, 2 months later October 18, 2018 just found out that the vehicle my wife and I payed for belongs to someone named Corey who s an investor/business partner has all the rights to the vehicle and. I was told by Corey that Elliott never paid him for the vehicle, therefore the vehicle that my wife and I paid for was a scam. Elliott has given us every excuse in the book. I am a combat veteran, living on a fixed income, we are not rich and can t afford to let a business to walk away with our $3,115. While I was on the phone with Corey I told him since I can t afford a lawyer to get my money back, i m Gonna report the story to the news and make you guys famous, so another family doesn t fall victim to your scamming Corey responded with a threat and said I m going to find your address, come over and make you famous he s response was so out of the ordinary for a business to give to costumer, I then asked him to repeat the statement so I could record it, of which I did. I then report the story and his threat to the Meriden police department.

Holiday pushed the registration date nobody could change that not his fault. Will update once I'm in my vehicle on Tuesday. I have faith in the guy what can I say. 5* for communication.

I had miss fire error code for my Acura MDX and Chris from auto star took care this issue and my SUV run likes brand new. I recommends this shop for any kind of repair.
