Thank you to Omar and staff! Excellent service and very responsive. I purchased four new tires through West End Auto and one was defective (manufacturer error). They immediately replaced the tire as soon as I shared there was a defect. I was happily surprised given that they were special order tires. No question I would recommend this auto shop and will be using them in the future.

Its a very unfortunate situation when people fall in love with money it makes them greed. I've been a customer for 5+ years now. I do home renovation and appliances repairs so I'm pretty knowledgeable when comes to using tools and parts. I can do the repair myself but don't have the time and energy to do it. My wife took in an acura mdx 2011 for a P0174. I already saw the recommendation repair video that our OBD reader gave us. We got a call a few days later. Told us that the part cost $200+ and labor was $200+ total with an emissions test was $480. Our scanner already gave me the link for the part $15 and sent me a 3 minutes video on how to repair it. Takes less than 10 minutes. I paid it because I was told the job was done. My wife was already on her way to get the car so I didn't want her to feel awkward or uncomfortable receiving the car from them if I would've argue about the amount. I just knew they overcharged me. 4 days later "today" Dec 31, 2023 the same code came back again. The part was literally just cleaned and put back. Never replaced it. Very unfortunate when small businesses start to get greedy, I sent them new clients. They did good job on my other vehicles and to the people i sent them. But the love for money is the roof of all evil. Now I will call everyone I sent to them to stay away. I was also told my power steering pump needed replacement then when I mentioned its the o ring , they said "oh yea it's the o ring". Stay away from this place. If they did this to a 5+ year customer then they would do it to anyone. Use to be 5 stars review now I'm giving it 0.FEB 29 2024.Thank you for your irrelevant response. Why would I let someone that lied to us touch our car. Having a car is a big responsibility. Car must be kept road safe for everyone. We come to you for repairs so we can feel safe driving our car after repair. I was one of those loyal customer you mentioned you have and this was done to me. If your business was so honest then we wouldn't be having this discussion. Just by your response I can tell it wouldn't had made a difference if i would've called or went in person, you would've denied the accusations or lie to me again. Your business lost my trust. Not 1 sentence in your comment show any effort on doing the right thing for your loyal unsatisfied customers. All you did was brag how long you've been in business. Your Business doesn't run mechanics. Your mechanics runs the business. All depends who you have running it. A real business owner would've reach out to his 5 plus year customer after reading this comment and ask for any evidence that backs up my statement. I was not at fault here, I have pictures and videos of the part , that was never replaced and I overpaid for a job that was actually never done. You literally robbed a loyal customer. If you did this to me, over 5 years customer , i can't even imagine what you would done to a random walk in customer. Yes my wife also wrote a review because you lied to her and myself. Same wY you have your worker like Omar write review as well and some reviews have only 1 single review in their profile and it happens to be west end. Give me a break. Be more professional, if not about the money, is also the safety of.your customer.Thank you for wishing me good luck!

Place is horrible. Charged an insane of money for something done inn10 min and the problem is there. Do not go. I don't recommend. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

I have been getting all my cars repaired here for past few years. They are very professional and do a good job. Very reasonable and honest people I recommend them to all my family and friends. They are very clear and upfront with any costs involved so no surprises that what I love about coming here. Other places like Firestone etc don't care they just want to quote you the highest prices and take advantage of customers that's why I would never get any repairs done at Firestone.

Top shelf service!I have been searching for a great mechanic for years, I stumbled upon Omar and his mechanics. They were fabulous, went the extra mile without even asking. Very nice and HONEST mechanics.

Mozen and his son are amazing. They do nice car work with reasonable price. You wouldn't feel that you have been robbed. They are located next to auto zone at state street, Bridgeport.

I had my car repaired at West End Auto. A few months later the part that they fixed fell right off my car! When I went back, they said "no problem" and ordered a new part. After the owner put the new part on the car, he told me I had to pay for it. He was already paid before, and if he had fixed it right the first time, it wouldn't have fallen off. He told me if I didn't pay for it on the spot he would rip it right off my car!! I had to pay him for a bad job! He had a hostile attitude too. Then two weeks later the part was gone again! Either it fell off again or he stole it back. I will never, ever go back there again!

Service was fast and efficient. People I interacted with were very nice. Bringing my car back for Emissions testing. Definitely would recommend.

Boyfriend had worse experience with this shop repairing his car...Owner yelled at him & Lied to his face & Couldn't produce receipt for the repairs done when asked.. Said the car was "repaired" but same lights on. Do yourself a favor and get it done at a reputable shop NOT HERE.

This shop is owned by the most HONEST mechanic I have EVER known!!! You can be confident that you will get an honest assessment of the problem, an honest job, and a full guarantee for the work. I won't go anywhere else!!

It is a mechanic which is professional, good price and best customer service in that area. If you do not want to go to mechanic again for same reason, you have to go there. Because they always give a quarantee what they are doing.
