The best client support ever!I bought 2 articles ( back protector + suspenders) from Union Garage. One of them was delayed and the company reach out to me by email and by phone ( because I didn t follow up on the email) to explain my options. Few minutes after our interaction everything was set.I love a company who apply to the e-business the client respect you have in a shop. In the future, whatever I need as a rider I will first give a chance to Union Garage.

Drove up from NYC to exchange a pair of pants, couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of human beings running the shop! It was like meeting up with old friends, talked shop, tried on some stuff, bought some new stuff, just a great bunch of guys.The place is somewhat of a hidden gem, just look for the Kawasaki police motorcycle out front, actual store is upstairs, and is very nicely done up, my wife wanted to live there it was so nice. They also have a fantastic selection of gear, that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere or at least in the states.A great experience I've seldom encountered from other motorbike shops; kudos to Alex, Chris and Union Garage

I ve been shopping at Union Garage for several years, starting in Brooklyn and now in Bridgeport. All my purchases have been top rate, thanks to the superb advice from the terrific staff/owners. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly (a big shout-out to Alex and Chris). The store carries high quality merchandise at very reasonable prices in a cool space.

Fantastic store with a great variety of high quality gear. The merchandise is all purposely selected due to brand reputation or quality. The staff were incredibly passionate, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer!

This place is so great! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a cool setup and is very welcoming. I bought my helmet, and jacket there. I ll be going there for all my accessories as well. Glad I found them!

Union Garage is old-world excellence. I ordered some John Doe pants a few weeks ago. A national shipping carrier managed to screw it up spectacularly. It had nothing to do with Union Garage. They did everything they were supposed to. Once we realized that things had gone off the rails, Chris and Alex went above and beyond to help sort it out. Their attitude through the whole process was amazing. Union Garage is run by stand-up guys who love the motorcycle community. This is why I support brick and mortar stores. I d do business again with them anytime. Five stars all the way.

They are awesome. The store is pretty cool and the staff Is friendly and knowledgeable. Bought 2 TCX boots here and we love them. I bought them in store and couldn't take them on my bike with me so they shipped it to my home. Pretty awesome!

Perhaps the best shop in the northeast.No buts. Their team is great; excellent at what they do. And good people especially in working through a hiccup with an online order, they took full responsibility and made it right (even given that it was a negligible issue not caused by them).Recommended over and again. Buy from them; it ll be worth it even if the price is slightly lower somewhere else.

Great retail experience. The staff was really cool and helpful. They had the jacket I was looking for in my size and at a fair price. Worth the trip and paying a small fortune to get to than going to the shops in my own backyard. Will be back soon for more gear. Highly recommended.

Haven t even received my order yet but I can t speak highly enough about the site, what they offer and the customer service. I love that the gear/brands they carry is hand selected for those who want protection and want to look good while they ride safely. The pictures they post in addition really show just how you can rock certain styles and what they would look good with. I bought the Klim I suction gloves because of their site and all I can say is they just felt right. If you have any questions or concerns don t hesitate to reach out. Shoutout to Chris for the amazing support, looking forward to my John Doe riding jeans. Thanks again for all the help

I love these guys so much. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and just really, really nice people. Literally everyone who works there is solid. They always go the extra mile to get you sorted whether it s questions about storage or cool rides or spending 30 minutes helping install a phone mount. Of course they also stock tons of great gear (check out their bespoke tool sets) but for me it s the customer service that s earned my loyalty. Highly recommended. A++

Great place, I called over the phone and Mike was very helpful, I later went into the stop and he was amazing. Explained everything I needed to know and was really Patient I definitely recommend getting your gear here. I was getting some beginners gear and had a great selection of items in many different price ranges but the staff were amazing.

I had one of the best purchasing experiences ever at this place. I m a new rider, so I was feeling a little intimidated and unsure about buying my first helmet. The moment Danielle approached me, all of that went away. She was super nice, helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging me to take my time and made sure we found the absolute perfect choice for me. Great Covid-19 protocol for trying on helmets. Just a great store filled with beautiful gear and great people. Will definitely be shopping here some more. Great business! Absolute legends !!! I was traveling back home from Florida and I found out that UG was selling my dream motorcycle jacket. They were able to hook me up, even tho I wasn't able to visit the store on regular opening hours.I wish I can go back soon. Superb shop and the staff is so awesome !!!Thx again Chris, Alex & Amy !!!

Really Beautiful store, with plush couches and cool displays and art. They carry all the most luxurious brands of riding gear, and the staff very helpful. They tend to charge full retail price, so I don t go that often, but when they have a sale it s great chance to get really high quality gear, and see beautiful bikes. They are open during covid.

Visited this place 5/17/19 not knowing what I would find... but knowing that I was tired of the typical biker apparel that so many shops had. And many of the other shops knew very little as far as the materials, construction or what level of safety they provided.Not at Union Garage, this place has a nice relaxing atmosphere and a very nice selection of jackets, pants shoes boots and helmets. What was so great is just how much knowledge they had regarding each product. The location is set up a bit like a lounge and I could definitely see myself just relaxing in there after a ride. If you're looking for nice gear make sure you stop here, you won't be disappointed.Thanks Chris for your help.RR

What can I say. Was on the hunt for a nice motorcycle Jacket for warmer weather rides, they had the one I wanted, the right price, the right size, they shipped it to Toronto faster than most companies in my own country could get it to me, product description was above and beyond, customs duties as expected and done through ups which is always easy to pay online and have it left at my res while I was working. Just perfect through the entire process.I know where I ll be going for future gear purchases when I need more bike gear. This outfit knows what s up.Ride on and ride safe

Amazing experience shopping here. Great help from Chris on gear selection. Bought new jacket and jeans which have changed my riding experience. Prices are very good (same as online but with pro service) and Chris arranges next day shipping for an item that they were out of stock. Won t be going anywhere else for gear.

These guys are the best! My interactions with them have always been perfect, today being no exception. They take a lot of time to work with you and find the right products for your needs. Their in-store selection is very large, and if you have any special order items they're able to accommodate you very quickly. A++!

Amazing customer service!! My mother travels from Europe to NYC about once a month, and the staff at Union Garage have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service, ordering extra and holding apparel that is not available in Europe, allowing us to exceed standard exchange/return times etc. The staff have been so pleasant and generous, professional and accommodating, and have also been so nice and patient through emailing back and forth!When I requested an item they no longer carried, they were made aware that the item is still being produced, and restocked the item so I was able to purchase it!They ve allowed returns and exchanges for rather pricey items, even though I ve exceeded the standard return policy time limit (due to changes in travel schedule/illness) - I cannot speak highly enough of the staff!!

Very passionate and informative. These guys have somehow managed to create an aesthetically pleasing environment, coupled with attentive customer service. This isn t some big box Moto parts shop, it s an intimate shopping experience with fellow enthusiasts who know their stuff!

Stepped in here for the first time today. Great service! Excellent at providing information, never any pressure to buy. Offered to make us real coffee. Even agreed to let us leave jeans and boots we purchased so we can pick them up in the car the next day. Highly recommended. Wish more motorcycle shops were like this.
