I m extremely happy with PAUL Service Center. They are professional and they really know their stuff they fix the Cadillac converter on my 2009 Cadillac CTS and I haven t had any issues. My car runs move. I recommend this place. I will always bring my car here because we all know the dealership is just a virtual, but it s good to know you reliable mechanic shop that will be honest with you. Tell you the truth and sometimes won t even charge you for a quick fix.

I tell everyone to stay away from Paul's service center in bpt. The son is the biggest liar I ever met, thay say thay fixed this and that, not fix anything, allways has excuses, looks you right in the face and lies, 30+ years I went there, no more, I hate being treated like a jerk.

I recently bought a High Value car from CHRIS, their Sales Mgr; Chris went WAY beyond necessary to polish the car , and detail it at HIS expense . He followed up superbly and was available at All hours taking my questions . Chris is an incredible person and goes way beyond what is necessary to satisfy a client . I have used Paul s auto service for both my cars for a while now. With all the interactions with the owner I have found him to be honest , understanding and clear with his communication. The value for service cannot be beat!! I Highly recommend Pauls service center inc ! They got my Dodge Journey in, repaired, and back to me same day! They made sure I understood what exactly my car needed, and what I could hold off on until a later date. From the tow to the repair, I got such great service and compassion. This place I had my car now for over 4 months they change the engine in my car and my vehicle was worse than when I gave it to them and every time I go back to get my vehicle there is some other problem with my car the front end of my car shakes real bad gave him more money to fix my vehicle front end but Paul Junior keep making promises and reassuring me that he's going to fix the problem which never gets done here I am still without my car he gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime but now because I'm getting agitated with the work not being done on my car he's telling me he's going to report the car that he loaned me as it being stolen what do I do in this dilemma he has all my 4000 plus dollars and my car is still not fixed do not ever take your vehicle to this place I've lived in Bridgeport Connecticut for 30 years and this is the worst mechanic shop I've ever seen again do not take your vehicle to this place someone said I should go to the DMV to let them know what these people have done which I intend to do this very dayService: General repairs & maintenance

Been going to Paul's for years as does the whole family! he's awesome in every way detail oriented fast reliable service and very flexible working with you! Oh all that plus his prices are also awesome! So no worries about putting your trust in Pual you're in good hands.

Paul's is a wonderful shop. I have been going there for over ten years to have my cars repaired. I have never had a bad experience. I always speak very highly of their work and the wonderful people who work and own the shop. LOVE THIS SHOP AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT.

Dropped my truck off for a oil change around 9am, didn t not receive any updates or calls from the mechanics. Happened to drive by the place to find my truck on the side of the road with the window all the way down! They we re closed at this time so I decided to use my spare key and to my truck home! Called the next morning asking for an update on my truck and the owner PAUL SR. lied and told me he was bringing it in the garage for the oil change as we spoke! The truck was with me! He said he would call back when finished. He calls back to tell me someone took my truck over night and when I told him I did he cursed me out before I can even tell him why! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE!Service: Oil change

He's honest ,kind and amazing. It's hard to find a mechanic with those qualities. He did a very simple job but it spoke volumes. I finally found a Mechanic that's a keeper.

Guy is a thief. Sold me a truck from Ebay that was supposed to be an excellent runner. Tranny was doctored and when I approached him for help in getting it fixed, I was told TOO BAD! People, don't do business with this guy... absolute rip-off!

Doesn't even deserve one star. Sold me a truck on Ebay with not just major mechanical problems but a cracked frame! These people are criminals and push unsafe vehicles through the internet via scams. Please someone, shut them down!!!!!

Purchased a vehicle from here. Ran good for 2 weeks, refused to fix what was wrong and when they did the problems became worse. STAY AWAY the place is a rip off.
