Left my car at 7 am they order the part at 530 pm they close at 6.I use my car for work and i wont be able to drive for at least two days because they are lazy.But its my fought i should of known better cause it took them 3 days to get a tire. Not a special tire just a Bridgestone tire. Took them 3 days to put on their own tire

0/10Im doing 1 star because I cant go any lower. First, i made an appointment for an inspection for a vehicle which they called me back & canceled to reschedule for days later.I already had an idea of what was wrong with the car which included a small coolant leak. After about 2 1/2 hours later, they let me know the car is ready and charge me about $55. Once i leave, my coolant leak is somehow much more significant to the point i used about 2 jugs of coolant for about a 15 min ride. Not to mention the vehicle began to overheat - which it did not prior to visiting this location. This is not the first incident i hear of this location ripping people off and trying to scam people out of their money. Do yourself the favor and take it to a TRUSTED shop before going here. Waste of money, time, etc.

I booked at 9 am for fixing the leaking. Came their at 9:00 am, waiting 5 minutes to get someone to talk to me. After telling them what I came for, waited 30 minutes and my car didn't move its place to be fixed! When I asked them, they told me your appointment is drop off! I didn't choose to be dropped off, and why I'm making an appointment if I'm not in hurry to get it fixed as soon as my appointment starts?! I asked them, alright, when my car will be fixed? He replied as soon as we finish the current cars! So, again what's the difference between someone booked an appointment in person and some one came and stope his car for the repair?!Therefore, I left and I don't think I'll come back again.

I was very satisfied with my most recent visit. Ramon listened to all my concerns. He kept me informed of the progress. He even called me the next day to make everything was going well. You don t get that kind of customer service anywhere. Thank you all for helping me

I took my car in for an inspection and it came out 10x worse.They didn t even tell me anything new about the car once I had it inspected. Didn t give me any details about where the leaks were coming from. Just told me the same thing I told him before I had it inspected and then charged me 50 bucks. I went from driving around find with a minor leak to not even being able to make it home without my coolant flooding out and the engine overheating. These se people are scammers. I don t recommend taking your car here for anything.

Second time at this shop. First time for a headlight replacement. This time for wipers. They were fast, friendly, competent, reasonably priced. All around very good!

Long story short. They tried to up rip me off badly. I had my breaks and tire changed somewhere else but that place said they couldn t do an alignment because my control arm was bent. So I came here to Firestone to see if it s true that my control arm was bent. Not only did they confirm that my control arm was bent but they added so many other things that are wrong with my car that I need to fix and tried to charge me $3000.00. They spread some kind of clay on my breaks stating that it s very dangerous and I need to change them now. I literally just changed them. It was also raining so they thought I wouldn t check. I paid my $10 check fee, asked for my car back and left quickly. Be careful, I don t recommend coming here at all!Update ** it s been a few months and my breaks are perfectly fine, everything they tried to rip me off of, is perfectly fine.

Scheduled an appt online, called before I went to confirm and talk about the car. Turns out they didn't work on Minis to that degree, but was given a spot on diagnosis over the phone after explaining what was going on. Really appreciate the kindness from that first phone call, I've never had work done but you can tell from that phone call that there are good, kind people working there.

I went in for an alignmentThe technician forgot to finish somethingWhen I drove out entered the FREEWAY my car wasn't driving like it was before I went inI calledTurned around & went backI said I am NOT giving you anymore MONEYI should cancel my alignment yearly planBut they were going to charge me $160 odd dollars so I agreed to the $186 yearly which sounded like a nice plan but it isn'tThey tightened what ever they didn't doMy car is fine am not trying to sell itBut I don't need BIG CHAIN name car shops trying get her money scam

It was going to be several hours before my car was going to be looked at and I had no way of getting home. Sergio did everything he could to try to help me and it ended up only being an hour wait. Absolutely incredible customer service. He went above and beyond. He was kind and personable. I am grateful and will remain a Firestone customer for years to come.

I took my car for an oil change and an emission test, 2 and a half hour wait, despite me coming in at 7.00.am. The manager brings my car back damaged, i told him, this happen here, he denied it. I called him up and ask if there were cameras he told me no cameras in the shop. Awful service, will never go to any Firestone again. I also told the company that i work for that has a fleet, not to do business there anymore. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau

I had a blowout on my trailer while passing through Bridgeport. I have been going to fire stone in Connecticut for years so I looked up the closest one. I called the store, Brandon answered, and said that he did not have a trailer tire my size in stock, but to come by and he would get me back on the road. Though they did not have the tire I needed on hand, with a full garage, and two technicians out with Covid, Brandon grabbed a floor jack, and an impact wrench and help me change to my spare In the parking lot. He then refused to take the tip I offered him wishing me a merry Christmas.So in short, I did not spend a dime at their store, but Branden got me back on the road for nothing more than a fist bump.

Waste of time. 2+ hours for an oil change when I have an appointment. The people here could care less. If you have something seriously wrong with your car, do not bring here if you care about your car or time.

Extremely Dissatisfied with the Unprofessional Service at FirestoneI am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the unprofessional service I recently received at your location on 300 John Street in Bridgeport. On [date], I dropped off my car at 4:00 pm and was explicitly instructed by your staff to return before the closing time of 7:00 pm to collect it. However, the entire experience turned out to be a complete waste of my valuable time.When I arrived at your establishment as instructed, I was shocked to hear from the technician that nobody had even touched my car or done anything to address my requested wheel alignment. I found this situation to be completely unacceptable, especially considering the fact that I was assured my car would be attended to promptly.To exacerbate my frustration even further, when I initially dropped off my vehicle, I was informed that there was only one car ahead of me, and the service would commence immediately. Based on this information, I arranged transportation using Uber, incurring unnecessary expenses, and returned home. Later, around 6:30 pm, I called for another Uber to the Firestone location, arriving at 6:48 pm, only to be informed of the lack of progress as mentioned earlier. This careless attitude towards customers' time and money is simply unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, there was no proactive communication from your end, informing me that my car would need to be left overnight or providing any updates on the status of the service. This lack of courtesy and basic customer service is deeply disappointing and does not reflect well on your establishment.As a customer, I have certain expectations when dealing with a service provider. These expectations include professionalism, timely service, and effective communication. Regrettably, my experience at Firestone Wheel not only failed to meet these expectations but fell far below them.I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future. It is my hope that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a satisfactory resolution, which includes appropriate compensation for the wasted time and money incurred as a direct result of your staff's negligence

Second time here, stefano again was awesome, very profesional, Firestone should make him manager. He is very god with customer, make you want to come back, the technician get the job done. Always will be back to this location.

I got an appointment for a Thursday at 8AM on a Wednesday and the guys at the store, Bill and Sergio, were helpful throughout the process and tried to help save me money at every turn. They had my car ready earlier than expected and they did not try and sell me every service that they could have, that my car did not need. Not to mention they did a great job servicing my vehicle. I live nearby and will be coming here for all car related issues in the future when I am in CT for the remainder of the year. Thanks guys!Services: Tires, Battery

I ve used this location for an oil change twice because it s close to my office. Scheduled appointments on both occasions. First time I waited and it took 2 hours when told 1 hr tops. Second time is today and I was just informed it wouldn t be ready until 5:00 pm. I dropped my truck off at 12:50 pm for a scheduled 1:00 pm appointment.Customer service was no bad, the gentleman was polite and tried explaining. The issue is that the company schedules appointments and it means nothing as a customer.Service: Oil change

Went in to have my engine looked at. Five hours later nothing done. I had to tell them what was going on which I came in for. Paid $10 for them to bend my rim and told me it was my braking system. Not every girl who shows up alone is oblivious. Really bold and unprofessional of you guys. Shame on you.

Wondering if Firestone steals money from people. I was told it would cost $754.38 to replace my rear shocks. Went elsewhere and it only cost me $342.00. Take your business elsewhere so that you're not overcharged.

This place is a rip-off every time I need brakes they say I need rotors..the do no preventive maintenance at all..they'll wait till it's bad then over charge you..I will say they do it with a smile..your better off going to the dealerThank you for your quick response.I would like for back brakes and rotors to be changed at no additional cost to me; if that is not an option then I would like a credit to my FireStone credit card for the value of the brakes and rotors. When I had FireStone replace the back brakes the warranty was a life lifetime warranty. What is the point of having a lifetime warranty, if I do not receive preventive maintenance? If I do not receive the preventive maintenance it forces me to have more work done which only benefits FireStone not the customer.I have been taking my vehicles to FireStone for years and have done so because I thought I could trust the recommendation and work that I would receive. After this last visit I can honestly say I have changed my opinion and will need to search for a new mechanic to service all three of my vehicles.Dissatisfied customer,Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Called and asked if they did emissions test and got there a few minutes later. Had a few people in front of me on the regular line and 2 for emissions and it went very quickly. I like this place and have been here before for tire service. It is reliable and fast.
