Fast shipping, and decent customer service but they go against what the manufacturer says about fixing run-flat tires, don't do it. They should let you know if the tire is repaired before buying it. They do have a "blanket" statement about the possibility of a tire being repaired but it doesn't say they go against the manufacturer's recommendation. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE RISK.

Back in September my car broke down 1500 miles away from home. We took a chance on a random towing company and got incredibly lucky. These guys were so great and made a stressful situation a better experience. They were fast, helpful, and gave good conversation while waiting for my car to be fixed. We would not have made it back home without United Tire. Would recommend again and again. Thanks Dave & team!

Our company has a contract for roadside work with the State of Connecticut which requires us to travel in the breakdown lanes of the highways where we might go from New Haven to the NY line and back again in a single day. Just look in the left and right side breakdown lanes to see what we are puncturing our tires with and imagine driving in it all day. We have 6 trucks each carrying 2 spare tires, on my worst day I changed 3 tires with 2 extras being brought to me from the shop.When we show up at the end of the day with a couple of tires to be repaired United Tire takes care of us right away, we drop off the tires, go get refueled, and come back to pick them up ready to use again. They keep us rolling throughout this job and our business relationship is priceless! We couldn't do it without them!

These guys helped me out big time. Very friendly, great price. I walked in on a Saturday morning needing a tire changed out. They literally took care of it in minutes because the guy could tell I was stressed out and needed to get back to work. I'm going to use them in the future and recommend any family and friends to use their services as well. Thanks guys, see you again.

Took total advantage of a 19 year old. After calling AAA our car was towed to United Tire by United Tire after they refused to take the car where we wanted it to go. We were charged $735.50 for 2 GoodYear Assurance R16 tires and a rim for a 2016 Chevy Malibu. Nice crooks, but none the less still crooks.

4th mechanic I went to but first to accurately locate the problem saving me from expensive, needless, dealer recommended repairs. See these guys before agreeing to expensive non warranty repairs. In business since 1974 with the same senior mechanic who is obviously very experienced

A garage as they existed many many years ago. It's the place where the owners still work with the team and know not only you but your entire family, because they've been taking care of all of their cars. Great service and affordable prices!
