I had a nail in my tire and went to town fair tire. Jason was the supervisor for my service and made sure the job was done. He also didn t charge me anything to fix the tire. Would 100% recommend this branch if you need help fixing or changing your tires

Elijah was fantastic and treated me with courtesy as well as a professional attitude. He was able to help me with the last-minute price Matt as well which only made my customer experience with him even better. I will definitely be going back for the rest of my cars. Josh was super helpful in getting me new tires and getting me into the shop before I leave for a trip in the midst of a snowstorm. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Josh got me the best deal on tires which is never an easy task. I really appreciate how easy and painless my appointment was. Will be coming back for future car troubles.

I was so happy to see Elijah at the counter when I walked in the door because he was the one who had convinced me to get protection on my tires when I purchased them not long ago. And, today, I needed it because my right rear tire had a two inch round metal spike in it! He is always very personable, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me and to answer my questions. My visits are actually fun because of him!

I got my first flat tire for the first time in my life. Not just on any day. It was a day when I had to drive 3 hours for a once-in-a-lifetime event for my niece. Elijah at Town Fair Tire heard my situation and found this specific tire that no other tire place could find. He went above and beyond in making space for me in the schedule. He was courteous and helpful and remembered me when I came for the appointment. Elijah's responsive actions and the positive outcome culminated in a shift from anxiety to relief. Thank you so much, Elijah. In a day and age when customer service is a lost art, you hit the mark.

Got a flat on 95 south late at night, got the car towed to Branford town fair tire and dropped my key off in the overnight shoot. Jason and the team took great care of me. Fast, knowledgeable and accommodating.Highly recommend!

Elijah was super helpful. He showed me the tires I ordered and then showed me other options he recommended at a similar price point. Seeing the difference myself was eye-opening. This allowed me to buy a better tire for my needs (warranty included, plus more mileage and durability). I felt Elijah was thorough and helpful and personable in the way he asked what aspects were most important to me and respected my wishes and time.

This was only my second time coming to the Branford Town Fair Tire, but I am never disappointed! Josh was the person who helped me out today and he was great!He is knowledgeable, efficient, and super kind. He was fast to look up my information and took a quick look at the tire that I needed replaced.I got a great deal on what needed to be done today, and I thank Josh for that!

John has been very helpful with purchasing new tires, to alignment, to parts that have to be replaced. Very knowledgeable with great information for a customer to know, friendly, and professionalism through out the entire process. . John always takes the time to answer all of my questions. As a woman is very hard to find mechanics who you can trust your car with.John kept me updated through the process and was very efficient within the time. I would highly recommend this place that delivers great customer service. Very satisfied.

Jason gave exceptional guidance and his customer service was extraordinary. Even though the store was super busy, he took the time out to fully explain to me my best options and proceeded to compare them all for me, so that I could make a much more informed decision of what to do. I came here due to my tire being punctured by 2 pieces of metal. I called ahead to tell them I was coming and I spoke to Brian. He was helpful and reassuring. When I arrived, Brian helped me right away, explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was attentive and understanding of my concerns. I definitely will be back!

I had a flat tire this morning on the way to work. I pulled into Town Fair Tire in Branford without an appointment & Jason went above & beyond to help me. He was very helpful & patient with me. I will never go anywhere besides Town Fair for tires. I am always treated fantastic when I go there. Jason is so knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly for me and what I should do and what I shouldn t do. The tires were for my wife s car, so I really appreciate it. Thanks again, Jason.

This was my first experience buying new tires and I wasn t sure exactly what I was looking for so I called Town Fair and spoke to Jay. He was extremely helpful and patient, he walked me through all my options and answered every question I had. I was able to come in for service the same day and it was fast and stress free. Terrible. Not only did one of tires pop in less than 3 weeks, they split my key (fob) in half! Told me they would call me when the manager would come in. Which was 3 weeks ago, they never called me. They said they would replace my key fob, and I could totally tell that they are avoiding me. I just want the $300 to replace my key fob, but instead, I m going to have to explain to someone higher up in order to get any of this done. Never coming back.

Jason really took care of me and my wife while we were there! We discovered that we had a cracked rim they diagnosed it! We got another rim went there they swapped over the tire and sensor promptly very good service very good price thank you again!

Jay helped me when I came in for a flat tire changed but gave me loads of useful information. None of it felt over priced or unnecessary charges, it was all explained throughly on why I needed what I would need in the future with price comparisons on several tire brands.

I recently purchased 4 new tires, but unfortunately was dissatisfied with the quality of the tires. I called and spoke with Elijah, who was extremely accommodating and offered that I come in same day to have the tires swapped out for higher quality ones. He was very professional and courteous throughout my entire experience. I would recommend this location and will continue to use town fair tire for all my tire purchases.

Jay was so helpful! I came in without an appointment, with other services ahead of me, he was able to put in my flat tire as a priority. Due to my amount of wait time..when I went to pay, Jay said it's taken care of . He completed my service complementary. Jay is . This place is the best..they always fill tires, no charge. Super friendly and efficient.

I had a flat tire and after roadside service put a donut tire on my car I reached out to Town Fair to have my tire repaired. Unfortunately I was told by the call service that it would be 5 days before I could have an appointment. Having surpassed the recommended miles one should drive on the temporary tire and a snow storm on its way I pleaded with Josh at my local Town Fair. He was honest about the volume of customers they had scheduled and worked with me to get my car there, tire repaired and mounted back on my car prior to the snow and 3 days ahead of the other appointment. They were obviously busy and I appreciate their effort. 5 stars to Josh and his peers. One star off for the call center. Thanks Josh.

Elijah was great. He was able to match up tires to my existing four, and was able to find a great price that I was comfortable with. Elijah was very welcoming and helpful, and an asset to the TFT Branford store. Thank you!
