This place is amazing. I walked in to get an oil change and the maintenance told me that my filters are still good. It's was good idea to wait or they could change it an take my money. They were honest. It really had to find a place of this. I loved their honesty. It gives you a peace of mind knowing that it's not about just spending unnecessary

A GOOD AMOUNT OF PARKING AVAILABLE, RIGHT OFF OF I 95. THE FOOD CHOICES ARE LIMITED TO PIZZA HUT, POPEYE'S AND STARBUCKS. SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.

This is a great place to stop. Very secure over night parking. The restroom was very nice. Shelves were well stocked and organized. All the floors were free of debris, stock and boxes.

The morning time Shift is EXTREMELY lazy! They didn t want to change our slack adjusters after the night time Shift wrote it down in the computer. I took pictures and I know they weren t good. But they kept insisting they were good even after I said I was willing to wait for them to order the part and they still were too lazy!!I even heard one of the mechanics say damn, that s going to be a lot of work. Going to be hard to change that .they say they look at the issue but they straight lied to my face. No one went to look at the part... If the customer ask for something to be replaced, then just replace it! if he s willing to pay for it! There should be no arguments there. I will not be returning to this shop again.

My husband and I stopped at TA #0171 in New Haven, CT at 15:09. We walked with shower bags on our shoulers to the service desk and was greeted with a warm greeting and nice smiles. We paid for our shower, and I requested extra towels. The gentleman showed us to the showers, gave me the two towels requested and as my was trying to put the code in. The gentleman said "here use this one, it's bigger" I thanked him over and over. After our shower we sought him out, my husband gave him a small tip ($5). He said it wasn't necessary, but finally did accept it. We looked around the store and went over to Pizza Hut, where he was again, I walked up and noticed his name badge "Marvin". We thanked him again for his sweetness and respect he was showing us, as drivers we don't see that often. He even told the Pizza Hut guy to give us his discount. Marvin, you Were and are a BLESSING. If you're not the Manager, you certainly should be. You treated us like we your family and it warmed our hearts. Thank you again Marvin for Blessing us. We hope to see you again. God Bless {IF we could give you 100 I would}

Great customer service . Hit it at the rite time wasn't a long line . Muddlap is the way to go to save money on fuel .

This is my first time at this TA and it will be the last time.I checked in at 13:25 for an oil change and was told in two hours they would call me.It's now 19:23 and I am still sitting in here.

Sweet lady at the desk absolutely made my day. Was trying to use points toward a shower and she helped me get my card turned back on and apply the fuel I had just purchased to a shower. Super patient and helpful. Overall place is cleaner than most ta/pilots. Parking is sufficient. Shower was nice and clean. Very happy with the experience.

Total disaster. They left my oil filters loose, then my truck wouldn't start while I. The bay ("they tried to blame it on my starter")so then they rolled my truck out of the bay forgetting they caged the brakes so the truck wouldn't stop causing my truck to hit a parked trailer. They are a mess don't let them touch your rig. Oh and my wife and 10 year old kid were with me when we hit the parked trailer. I was gonna let this go but after seeing the oil leak from the filter I will be reaching out to corporate.

It's one of the cleanest TA I've ever been to. The parking lot is small ,but the store is nice . Showers are good . There is a grocery store across the street and a dunkin. We will definitely remember this place for future reference.

Thank God for this truck stop. The people are friendly and always accommodating. We often go their to the air pressure and it's about the only way of filling your tires in this area. As you know there are many gas stations that have tire pressure machines and they don't work and they also charge you.Please State of Connecticut can you wake up and make air pressure mandatory and free at these stations. This is very unsafe to have to drive the entire area to find air pressure.This is a great service and we appreciate it.

Fix a flat tire - 2 hours.Mechanic named Jose, instead of finishing my tire went to get himself a drink in Starbucks. Right in front of me. He was the only one mechanic on duty, and I was the only one waiting. Great service .

Showers were very clean. Thats a fact. Got there around midnight and was still plenty parking left. Nice place.

I've always like stopping here. I hate Connecticut though and I feel sorry for all the people that live there that are smokers that have to buy cigarettes. Don't try to raise the price on alcohol like you did cigarettes Connecticut will implode feel sorry for all you people to live in Connecticut but don't move down south cuz we don't want you there

Great place to stop in at on your way from somewhere to somewhere if you need something to eat or drink or even just to shower or get fuel at. This place is a great place to stop in at for whatever you may need. There's a Popeyes and a Starbucks inside as well as the stores own fast foods cold or hot and even fountain drinks as well as coffee and bottled drinks they are a truckers stop but also they are there for the other drivers too. We love coming to this place for more than just there many accommodating things even if you need a quick stop to rest before driving onto your destination. The truckers work hard and they do there jobs well and this place is an awesome place to stop in at...

Terrible TA Truck stop shop,,,I have 2023 flightliner Truck,problem is Hub cap so ,,6/13/2023,,stop by TA Truck stop PA,Thay fix it after 50 miles so mechanic didn t do good job,oil was liking and my truck was loaded ,I came to CT I check in to other TA repair shop, 7pm 6/13/2023,,thay told me waiting time is 4 or 5 hrs,and no one call,I stop in shop front dask kady,you never check in I check in again,no one call until next morning 6/14/2023 ,I go back to ripe shop shift is change all ready,this time morning guy he saying ,you not in system so I check in again and thay takeme in 07:30Am ,zi waiting until 9:30Am no one araund the shop,I completed again this time thay saying no parts,part is not arrived, I spoke the manager,I can t reach to everywhere,than I told them less putt hub cab oil let me go from ,thay don t even care anything,please do mot came here for ripening, 000000000 not even 1 star..please,please be careful here,

Went in after dark. Service desk clerk guided me into shop bay door stall. His hand signals were odd and confusing. He got mad at me cuz I was watching my mirrors, not focusing only on him. He said if I didn't watch him and only him,I would hit the building. I said I would keep an eye on him while also watching my mirrors. He said, no, and assured me that I would not be responsible for damage while inside the building. My company doesn't see it that way. I'm a professional driver. I appreciate personnel helping to guide, but driver is responsible for operation of the vehicle. Don't need argument and conflict over that. Unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

The manager and Nat is sitting in this place to get just their salaries not give a service.I ask himTo replace my one tire and the lazy employers telling me that i need replace 2 tires.I explain him that i have only one tire .He is looking with stu.. eyes and telling me that i need replace 2 tires.I explain him replace the flat tire and other one which not good contion is can be replaced tomorrow.Dont get service from this unprofessional people go local places

These guys are very good. Nat, Luis, Josh, and Sabino, are knowledgeable, hard working Techs. They diagnose problems, and if they can't do the repair, they recommend a shop that can do it. I'll be back.

Very clean a lot of parking space different kind of food you can eat now fuel customer service is terrible they got these two old men they look like brothers very unprofessional I told them I need a tcs check and that I have the code they tell me you have to have a car if you don't have a card you can't help you is r policy . I told them okay soon as they saw me that I called the TCS customer service and that I was taking to the lady right away they shot at me ...... we can help you come over here I told them will on the fone oh but now take the coud for the checks now. Even the lady from customer service told me I'm going to put a complaint about this because she heard it over the phone on how they were giving me a hard time

Facility is nice, Popeyes, as with any truck stop Popeyes is mediocre. Food edible but far from gold standard. Prices high in there though (the store in general).

Place is great and is very curious. We broke down and truck had to go to another facility for the repairs do to that it was beyond what TA was able to do.
