I could not speak higher of my experience with Stereo Works. Everyone was extremely professional and informative. The work was done in a very timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had new speakers, a sub, and a head unit installed and given the quality and the work done, I am very happy with the price. Al really went above and beyond. Definitely go here for all of your audio needs!

Thank you so much to stereo works for troubleshooting and repairing my stereo system within my business! I was unsure of who installed the system prior to my business opening. Stereo works came at the time he said he would and fixed the issues within a half an hour. Easy to work with and an expert on all of your audio needs!

Absolutely the place to go for quick and exceptional service. Without a doubt, this place rocks . Even when he was short staffed, he was able to get my truck in and out within minutes for a screen fix. No way anyplace else could do that. A+++++

Great place, very knowledgeable, they know what they are doing. Installed speakers and amp. Everyone very respectful and courteous.They ask questions to make sure they are doing what you want accomplished. Great prices.

Brought my WRX about 11 months ago. They installed new speakers, an amp, sub, and head unit. Everything still works great. No complaints. Great place!

Right off Route 1 in Branford- easy to find.Knowledgeable and have equipment available. They know what they are doing. Prices are competitive. Easy to work with. Did what they said they would do in the time they said it would take. :)Veteran owned business.

These Guys are the best! I had some issues with a aftermarket radio. They took their time and communicated with me every step of the way. I felt comfortable. I could just feel I was in good hands. I didn't get that " are they going to try and charge me an arm and a leg feel?".So if you are looking for a dedicated group of guys... stereo works is it. (They even entertained my 3 year old son. One of the guys gave him some bouncy balls to throw around outside. Kid friendly environment!)If you live in Connecticut and have any issues with ANY after market radios or questions regarding them.. stop by. It will NOT be a waste of your time. I will NOT go anywhere else after my experience. 5 STARS all the way! THANK You!

Carl installed a dash cam for me and charged me less than I thought he would. He showed me how to use the system and moved the placement of a camera when he checked how it ran with me and offered to make it easier for me to see. I will absolutely come back when I'm ready to have more bells and whistles for my car.

Had a great experience with Stereo Works. Have an existing system in my vehicle with the audio intermittently going out. I had been to two other shoreline auto stereo shops that without even troubleshooting each wanted to immediately replace high cost items (receiver, amp, etc). They took the time to diagnose the system and found the problem that required a simple and inexpensive fix. You can trust this team.

Very friendly staff . They do great work. Today I had them tint my widows and add acamera system to my new Challenger. Nice , neat, clean install with ZERO visable wires.Looks like it came from the factory that way..I will go back for more..thanks guys

Not many places left like this around. The workers know what they're doing and have been in business forever. A one-stop-shop for all your Automotive needs and accessories. Sound systems, alarms, remote starts, lighting, window tint, they do it all.

I have been to this location with my bf on several occasions for smart start check-ups, etc. NOT once has this process (which every other place we've been to completes within 30 min) taken less than an hour and a half (appointments don't seem to change this either). Not only does it always take significantly longer than it should, but the people helping are always 1) hard to find 2) rude 3) unprofessional. My bf just wants to take care of these responsibilities so he puts up with it, but I will gladly drive to the next town to avoid this place.

These guys are amazing, and go above and beyond in customer service. I had brought my wife's car to them, along with a remote start that I had purchased online. When I went to pick the car up later in the day, they explained that they couldn't install that particular remote start in my wife's car. It just wouldn't work. I brought the car back a few weeks later and they installed one of the systems they sell, only charging me what they were going to charge for installing the system I had brought to them initially

Carl and his guys were great. I had an lc2i installed, and 12v and remote wire run in my 2011 Pathfinder. Everyone was friendly, he got my truck in the shop on time, Carl explained everything he did, he gave me some options and different ways to do things. The install was very clean, everything hidden properly and done right and the price was very reasonable!! Glad I decided to use them and I'll definitely be back for more car audio work!!

Al Nd the guys at stereo works are awesome! Cheap prices great work!Blew my first sub they installed the second one no charge! Any small issues I had I just popped in Nd they fixed it on the spot ! Highly recommend!!

Probably the best stereo place in Connecticut. All the staff here are amazing. They also do tinting and I wouldn't go any place else to have them done. They definitely stand by their work and never leave you unsatisfied. What I like most about this place unlike others, is their honesty. They try to give you the best price on things and don't beat around the bush

These guys are great! On new year's eve, I had some technical issues with an electronic device they had installed for me. Not only did they fix it for me, they brought my car back to my job! On New Year's Eve! They went above and beyond! I would recommend these guys to everyone! Great service!

Great team at Stereo Works. We have had two systems installed there and we are really satisfied. Products are great. Their support is top notch. A few times needed their help with an issue and even without an appointment they come right out. Recently stopped by to ask about an issue with a Pioneer they installed for me. Al spent an hour with me in my car troubleshooting it. Fixed it. Android auto issue, not even the Pioneer. Glad to help. We gladly highly recommend Stereo Works in Branford!

Very professional shop, it was quite apparent to me in speaking with Al that he was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. His work was very clean and you can tell that he takes pride in doing what he does. I would strongly recommend Stereo Works to anyone shopping around for professional custom work!

I just stopped in to make an appointment for a new Apple Pay cord to be installed when they had done before and Jon was nice enough to walk away from a huge job he was doing and so let me get that done for you right now he took up the entire inside of my car apart and put the cord in and lined it through the inside of the vehicle in 10 minutes flat so my children s ride down south will be issued free with their Apple play on the dashboard amazing service amazing!!!!

These guys are awesome. I had a car starter put in a Montero Sport over 8 years ago as I had lost the factory remote and it was cheaper to install a car starter with remote than to go factory(I wanted a starter too, so win win). Never had an issue and sold the truck. Just had the Viper Smart Start installed in my new truck and can start the car from my Iphone. Another great experience and works flawlessly. Very personable and great customer service. Highly recommend.

What a great job putting a Bluetooth system with speakers on my boat. Al came to my boat on Friday. By Wednesday I m drinking a Corona Light on my boat while listening to a great stereo system. Highly recommended and very professional. My wife is super picky about workmanship. Al passed with flying colors. Thanks Al!

The "premium system" in my car was anemic at best. I knew that upgrading the system was a very difficult task because of all the proprietary components in the overall entertainment system.Ron (the senior technical associate) accepted the challenge, and he came through with flying colors. Even after I came back multiple times with one or another concern, he always listened and responded with courtesy, professionalism, experience and most importantly - the results.I strongly recommend Stereo Works for all your vehicle entertainment system needs, and especially Ron - a true Professional, with a capital "P"

Carl,Al,and Sean work to make sure you drive out with good music from your stereo and feel completely satisficed, with the stereo you purchased. I did have a problem with the lighting on the front of radio, and they were right there to make a change and no questions asked. Excellent service and good products. Thank You Stereo Works

Quick, professional, high quality installation. I have a 4 channel amplifier wired to two speakers in the front of my car along with a sub in the back. I paid 100 for the installation (I had all parts including wiring, RCA output converter, amp, and sub), dropped it off at 10:45am and the car was ready by 3:30. I was pleased to find that all wires are hidden out of sight and securely fastened so there are no hanging wires. I had also stopped by a few weeks before I decided to install a system and spoke with the owner about my needs, what I wanted to get out of a system, if I should buy a sub, etc. He was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. I recommend Stereo Works LLC for any stereo needs.
