Bought a low Mile 2013 Silverado about 2 years ago. I ve got suspicions the mileage was rolled back after driving the truck for a period of time. Dash said 36000 I think it had closer to 86000 but didn t realize till it was too late. Then part of the closing deal was to fix some damage on the roof. This is what it looks like after a little less that 2 years. The body shop never prepped the paint and got it done in a hurry Instead of letting me know it needed a couple more days. Overall they are shady and just a typical dealer trying to make money.

I found this dealer from Car Gurus and spoke with Angelo. Angelo was immediately such a big help. I spoke with Angelo about the car that I wanted. He immediately told me that he would call me back once he spoke to the bank and as promised in 10 minutes he called me back to tell me and my husband that we were approved! He was very nice and informative and got us right in the price range for our monthly car payment. I came from out of state to pick up the car and Angelo came and picked me up from the bus station. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. I will be back!! Thank you so much!!

Thank you my sales consultant Danny O! He was a true professional and stayed in constant contact! I was able to digitally sign so I would not lose my vehicle! I came ALL the from Maine for my 2022 Honda Insight! Kelsey Yantosca the sales manager was polite and helped me get in and out! I was there in and out in less than 20 minutes with my vehicle! Sound Auto Wholesalers have a very good selection of cars. Mauro and Kelsey were great. Offered good advice and went out of their way to make the financing go through, completing the whole deal in two days. I m happy with my Mercedes Benz coupe ! Came all the way down from New York !

Angelo made buying a great experience. No games played. He went above and beyond to clean and touch up the car. Even took out a door ding for free and put new tires on to get the car totally set up. Loved it.

All you have to do is Ask for Angelo. One of the easiest, low pressure, fun buying experiences. Prices are fair, they went beyond what I asked for to be fixed, and they did it quick. We'll back soon for my wife's next car.

Mauro and Kelsey at Sound Auto made the car buying experience easy and pleasant. I came in from the Boston area to look at a specific vehicle, and the whole process from test drive to paperwork was smooth and efficient. I needed the car delivered on a short timeline and they were able to make that happen with an easy drop-off at my front door. The car looks pristine and price was great; couldn't be happier!

Drove 2 hours to this dealership and I have no regrets! Angelo was very helpful and detailed with all his information I would recommend working with him if you can! Bathrooms were clean and everyone was very kind. Take the drive if you see something you like! They even have Lucy the dealership dog to greet you when you come in!!

**Update to the response added edit**FACTS DONT LIE. Was told the car had no pervious accidents and a full service history. THE CARFAX SAID IT WAS CLEAN BUT WHEN I WENT TO GET TOUCH UP PAINT FOR ROCK CHIPS a color correction and ceramic coat THERE WAS BODY FILLER AND POOR PAINT WORK. I was turned away at a dealer recommended autobody shop. I was lied too also about service history. I found paperwork under seat from the original dealer (Mt Kisco Lexus in long Island NY) and I called to see what the servicen department had to say. Car has service history gaps..weather or not this dealer did the bodywork or they didn't know. I AM STILL STUCK WITH A CAR THAT HAS BAD PAINT which SOUNDAUTO Dealer should have seen. (AUTOBODY paint specialist to me the paint wasn't mixed with enough hardener and the color is washing out). Beware of them crashed cars out front and getting ripped off. Salesman was polite and place was clean and well kept. BUT HERES THE DEAL Its too late for me to do anything about it by the time I found out. I travel alot for work for months. SO YA I GOT SCREWED so don't get screwed like me. Bring a body tech and do your homework. A year later now I have peeling and faded color paint on $20k Lexus GS. **First picture is a year later** look at the rear passenger door and quarter panel under high lighting. You can see where they stopped sanding and the color is washing out

From start to finish, I was very happy with my experience at Sound Auto to purchase a car for my daughter. Our salesperson, Kelsey, was awesome and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and he listened to all of our concerns and needs. After the sale, he was also willing to help with a minor issue. Being so helpful after the sale says a lot. I sold my car at Sound Auto today. Overall, they give me a very good experience of selling the car. Although it took about half an hour to check and road test my car, Sound auto finally offered me a better appraisal value than Carmax which is just less than a mile away.
