Well we made the trip out to trade in our Honda for a 2022 Wildernes Subaru...Very nice & respectable customer reps. Clean business place also & comfortable. Dimitry & Rodney worked hard in giving us the best deal possible. Didn't expect that price but at least were covered.. will definitely refer them to my friends

After a local garage charged us heavily for diagnosis and gave a high estimate for repair, we came to this service center. They quoted a low price for diagnosis, but noted that the repair was under warranty so everything would be free. Then they did the diagnosis and found no actual problem - they just needed to reset the check engine light. They were polite, explained things well, stayed with the schedule they promised. This place seems like a great find.

Buying my new Subaru Legacy from Premier Subaru was great! Best sales experience out of 21 dealerships shopped! They valued my business as though I was a long time repeat customer. This was my first purchase with their store! What validated my purchase was the service after the sale experience! I needed to have an oil change and tire rotation done, which is part of Subaru s scheduled maintenance and it was the best service I ve received anywhere! They accommodated my busy schedule by picking up my car and bringing it in for service, and leaving a loaner car behind for me to use. After they serviced my car, they washed the car, and offered to bring it back to my house. I had appointment close to the dealership this morning so I stopped in to pick the car up at their store instead.Thank you Brian, for the excellent customer service experience!

Wow~ talk about vultures trying to rip your arm, leg, and kidney apart tsk tsk sad reality of dealer service centers proving true to their bad reputation. Was quoted $106 to replace a mirror for which i already had the part for, then was told $189. Wanted to do a quick oil change, they asked for $95 would you like my first born child while you are at it?

In short, this is a typical nickel and dime service department with advisors who try to fit any service issue into their prix fixe menu rather than work with the customer to stand behind their products. After all of the service bulletins and recalls I ve had on my 2015 Subaru Forester, this will unfortunately be the last Subaru I ever buy.I recently moved to the area and started having trouble with my air conditioning compressor clutch. Brought my car into this dealership at the recommendation of Subaru of America to get a diagnosis to determine if the repair could be good willed . I made an appointment, but the service advisor who scheduled my appointment on the phone inputted the wrong date (a week later), simply would not admit he made a mistake, and tried to blame the fact that I should have received an email confirming the appointment (I never got an email). After explaining my problem requiring diagnosis, I urged the service advisor to simply check the air conditioner clutch air gap clearance, as this would be the problem as noted on a Subaru service bulletin. They refused to simply check the air gap clearance, insisting that I needed a full diagnosis ($140+) and would likely need air conditioner service ($287). All they would have to do would be to take a feeler gauge and check the air gap clearance.I walked out and saved myself a bunch of money.Brought my Subaru to an independent mechanic who was able to bring my compressor clutch back into spec for 1hr labor cost and who honestly explained to me that I would probably need a new compressor some years down the line due to this faulty compressor which was redesigned by Subaru the year after my car came out (which I already knew and completely agree with). This is a perfect example why dealership mechanics are a ripoff. SOA would have probably put some money towards the compressor replacement, but I still would have had to pay for the diagnosis fee and an unnecessary air conditioner service. And then they would have also probably paraded my air filters through the waiting room in their song and dance trying to get me to pay for a criminally up-charged filter replacement.Be smart before going here and do your research first. It s only worth coming in here for service if you are under warranty or if there s a recall. Otherwise, go to a reputable independent mechanic who won t try to charge you $140 to stick a feeler gauge into an air gap.

With 3 newer and courteous customer service staff, all contributing to a nice team approach, I had a much better almost perfect and clearly relaxing experience... Thanks Mike, Latrell and Nick who went out of his way with computer issues to close the ticket as fast as he could...

Premier is the best! My very long service visit today dealt with several important issues - on a 9 yr old car.My service guy (Martin) asked good questions, listened to my replies, and stayed with it, until well after several of Premier's other employees had said good night. You can't find a better service company - car dealership or other - anywhere near Branford CT!

I was truly underwhelmed by the lack of communication by my service advisor Cristal Bello. She began great. She texted me and let me know that was how she would communicate updates and my car would be ready in 2 days. On day 3 with no communication from Cristal I began to reach out. My car was ready and I had to rearrange my entire day to pick it up. On top of that she had an attitude towards me when I picked up the car because I told her I was not happy with the communication. The work on the car seems good. It's running.

I only brought my car in to fix the tail lights they proceeded to lift up the car and inspect everything except the actual wiring for 45 minutes especially considering that they're charging me $150 an hour so that left me with only about 30 minutes for them to figure out what was going on with the lights they then gave up and told me that it was because of hanging wires which they could still not confirm. Waste of money and time do not go there unless you are well-off and wealthy and have plenty of time for those of us who are the ninety-nine percent, please do not waste your time and go to this wretched place because they will rip you off for your time and moneyService: Electrical
