Everyone at Premiere was kind and helpful. We had our 2.5 year old son with us, which was a challenge, but everyone made us feel at home. The customer service was great! The whole car buying process was very smooth.

Premier Subaru has been fantastic . We purchased our 2023 Outback last year and Dmitri, the salesman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We have had it in for service, checking my tire pressure when I thought it was low and the "express service" lane was prompt. Just had our 12,000 mile checkup and they listened to my concern about a tire with low pressure, checked everything . The staff is always friendly and professional.

I had an appointment to have my Outback serviced due to a planned long distance trip. The drop off location was easy to enter and the attendant was very kind and helpful. I was greeted by Mike Gagliardi, the service advisor, to discuss my service needs which included front and rear brakes. He listened nicely to my needs and helped me get a courtesy car that would be easy for me to drive because of my age and concerns of technical distractions. The gentleman that got the car for me was very pleasant and helpful in making sure that certain automatic devices we turned off (such as the engine on/off when stopping). I totally enjoyed driving the Impreza for 35 miles. The whole experience was pleasant and professionally handled.

This was our first time at Premier Subaru, partly due to recommendations from friends. We were intending to buy a car, and set up an appointment with an associate for the next morning. They were ready for us, and we promptly got to reviewing our needs and availability of cars on the lot. Long story short, they did have a car available that met our needs, and by 2 pm, we had traded in our old car and drove home in our new car! So, kudos to the team for their professionalism and customer service that made our day.

Phil and the staff at Premier Subaru were great! He listened to what we were interested in and was friendly. He was honest and gave us great recommendations. He also let us test drive our top choices. We ended up buying a car the same day and are content with our purchase.

Premier Subaru let me know what I needed - and what I didn't with this 120K tune-up appointment. That is, they didn't just do all that's listed on the service list for this mileage; rather they noted (reminded me of) services that I'd received earlier that meant less was needed this time (hence, less cost to me). For the 15 years I've been coming to this service center, I have always found all the employees to be is honest, meticulous, exceptionally well-trained, personable and well spoken. The facility is so comfortable and inviting, that I have actually looked forward to settling in there with a cup of coffee/tea, and never found myself antsy to leave ahead of when my car is ready.

I have purchased 4 cars at Premier Subaru Branford. I keep coming back because ongoing maintenance is excellent and compared to others the costs are even cheaper because they care that my car is running at its best. The maintenance work is impeccable. The folks who work there are pleasant and almost family like. I ve been a customer there since my first Forester purchase in 2007. I ve always left there with my car running perfectly like the first day I drove it off the lot.

I bought a 2019 CPO Subaru Ascent from Premier Subaru in August 2023.It has been a fantastic experience for me, buying my first car in the US from Premier. Taylor, the salesperson at Premier is a god send and is the kind of person you want on your side when buying a car. She was extremely patient, diligent and transparent. She gave clear instructions and answered every question I had with clarity.I have since gone back a couple of time for a couple of minor niggles and the Premier Team has been extremely courteous and generous even. I would recommend Taylor and Premier to anyone without any hesitation whatsoever.I also wish Taylor and Premier the very best and they can count on me to be their loyal customer.

I recently purchased a pre owned Subaru Legacy from Premier Subaru. I was having some issues with the steering wheel lock. I brought the car in last week to have it looked at. Brian the service manager personally came out to look at the car. He explained a few things to me that I was unaware of in a very satisfactory way. I really appreciated his information and time. I left feeling all of my concerns regarding this issue had been addressed.I have experienced another issue with my Legacy since my previous review. The resolution involves ordering and installing some new parts. The dealership has been amazing, doing everything they can to resolve my concerns. Definitely going above and beyond! We have an upcoming appointment to hopefully resolve all concerns. I will post an update after the parts are installed.Well all parts were installed at no charge to me and everything seems to be working as it should! Kudos to Cristal (service advisor), Brian (service head) and all who worked on my car. I received amazing loaners as well. This is what all auto service calls should be like. I really felt like the customer concerns were at the forefront all of the time and addressed always in a courteous and professional manner. Thank you Premier Subaru!

My 2004 Subaru was on its way out and Premier Subaru jumped in to save the day! I had been bringing my old car here for service and it was the first place I thought to go, due to positive experiences with the service team.The sales process with Matt was smooth, there were no high pressure tactics, and I got the support I needed from the team. I even got a short hands on tutorial of my new (to me) car before taking it home.Everyone was super friendly! Looking forward to coming back in the future for my next upgrade.

What an awesome experience I had with an incredible, personable, professional, caring and taking the time to answer all my questions! Brought my Ascent in for regular service and a couple of minor problems. Waited in their waiting room. They have a nice coffee bar-with delicious cookies. In less than 2 hours I was on the road again! Everything checked out and no problems. Again a pleasant experience.

The dealership is "state of the art" .The staff are welcoming . I interacted with Parker who was helpful and attentive. I purchased a preowned vehicle that was spotless and had no needs . In a world of "corporate" takeovers it is refreshing to have the owner onsite. He was gracious and concerned about "doing the right thing". In summary it is an exceptional dealership.

Took car in for new rear brakes and was told it would take a couple of hours. BTW, Premier staff accommodated my urgent request to reschedule to a sooner date because of a death in my family, which required me to drive to NJ. They were so gracious and accommodating to squeeze me in. Not only did they do that, but my car was done in HALF the time I expected. Excellent job, excellent service, fair price. Thank you, Premier Subaru.

Writing to edit a recent experience with Premier Subaru that started bad and made right. Had an issue with Apple CarPlay. Was told it'd be $189 to fix, despite having the comprehensive warranty and the vehicle is less than 3 years old. Owner of the dealership heard my complaint, just called me in person, and offered to make things right. Sending my Forester back to them next week for what I'm sure will be a proper fix at no cost. This is how you keep customers and exactly what I expected from a Subaru!

Dominick s my service writer and he pulled my info. I thought I was to get my 30 thousand tuneup but he showed me the way the agreement goes and I get the 30 thousand the next time. He was very Knowledgeable and im glad They gave me a loaner car for the day. It was a great experience

Always an amazing experience. Taylor was incredible. She asked all the right questions to help get me into a new car with all the important extras. She is very amenable, fun to work with and answered every single one of my questions. She made my trade-in experience great too! I worked with Jack on the financial component - again with ease. Excellent car buying experience all around. Love Premier Subaru in Branford!

I had decided the Crosstreck was the car for me, so I googled which dealership in CT had the largest inventory which lead me to contact Premier Subaru. Jessica Immediately responded and cheerfully determined what exactly I was looking for. A short time later that day, she had found my dream car. I asked for the best price I could get and she introduced me to Parker. Parker and I quickly negotiated a fair price over the phone/ internet. I came in a few days later to do the paperwork and Jack met with me and very efficiently processed all the paperwork. My car was delivered to my home the next day! Jessica, Parker and Jack made my experience a joy, far exceeding my expectations. I could not recommend them more!

Very efficient operation and friendly very good work. As with everything else expensive. I drove a rental and need to return with tank full. I drove 27 miles put in 2.5 gallons tank fill up. They gave $25 off my bill.

The technicians always do a great job with their inspection and I never feel that they are finding issues that don t exist. That builds trust especially when the cost of repairs and maintenance are so expensive. The only reason for the 4 star review is that a service coupon on the website was not pointed out by the service associate to save us money which should always be a part of building great customer service. We found the coupon before paying so the paperwork was revised with the coupon savings.

This review is long overdue, but here it is:I moved here from NYC, never owned a car before. In March of this year, I had to buy my first car. My brother had positive experiences purchasing his vehicles in March 2021 and December 2022, so we returned to Premier Subaru to search for mine. Matt was our salesman and Phillip handled the financial component. I purchased an Impreza sedan on a Saturday. After "running some numbers" we changed our minds and contacted the sales team, who responded quickly during the weekend and were understanding of the situation. On Monday, we returned to the dealership and found the car I wanted, my Subaru Crosstrek. Phillip did the financial paperwork all over again (sorry for the added work, Phil!), but we were met with nothing but the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the entire process by everyone at the dealership. I drove my first car home that same day. The next morning, Matt called me to check-in and see how the ride home in my new car went. The staff at Premier Subaru make high quality customer service look easy - they treated us like family and we are truly grateful. My family and I will return for our future vehicles, and we recommend Premier Subaru to anyone looking to buy/sell their vehicles.

Do not recommend if you re a first time buyer! I m a young professional, grew up locally and have always seen premier Subaru on the road. When I finally graduated and was ready to get my first car I knew I wanted a Subaru. I did extensive solo research on how to buy a car, required services and add ons. I got preapproved through my own bank for a loan/lined up paperwork and felt prepared. I arrived here with confidence and excitement. I drove my first Subaru and absolutely loved the car, my sales person was thoughtful and touched on personal conversation, I felt valued. This changed when I went to purchase my vehicle. Costs and associated added bells and whistles became the main pressure point, emphasis on pressured. It was no longer personal, I felt like a pawn, a wallet, especially viewed as a inexperienced, not confident buyer to whom one should take advantage of. I really honestly didn t take this lightly, I felt so disheartened. The sales person offered a $200 discount. At this point I just wanted to leave but I wanted the car I d worked so hard for. The arrival time of my car delayed, I had time to reflect on my experience, Premiers head sales manager was meant to contact me but never did. It has now been a year since I ve gotten the car, initially I wanted to do everything with this dealer, service, oil changes, check ups, maintenance, maybe resell the car if I wanted to jump to something electric in the current market. I no longer feel this way. The service team did leave the engine oil plug loose after one engine oil change which led to me getting low oil. I m a highway driver primarily (still highly recommend my vehicle type for this) but the service team set me aside after this quoting that they could not take responsibility for this despite the attendant saying it was his boys fault. They detailed the car instead. I made a claim with Subaru directly but have heard nothing of it. I regret buying from a dealership, I regret trusting premiers online reviews and other online research about how to buy a car. Do not recommend this dealership if you are a first time buyer.
