I have bought quite a few new cars and this dealership rises to the occasion. They are fair and very easy to work with. I truly felt they wanted the deal to work out for me. Mitchell, Jeff, Phil were awesome to work with and Owen their tech guy was incredibly thorough when going over the car with me and was super nice!! Premier is where to go. Second Kia bought there!

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a KIA at Premier recently. This branch wasn t close to home, but reviews & inventory for what we wanted led us here. The facility is very clean, welcoming & comprehensive for sales, servicing and financing. Working with Nathan our sales manager, was a delight. His commitment to finding us the right vehicle & package whether or not that meant a closed sale for him, was so reassuring. Philip in the finance office was just as great. We felt informed, respected, and comfortable. Props to this dealer for creating & nurturing an environment that defies the typical car sales experience we have come across elsewhere. If a KIA is what you are looking for, I can t imagine a better group to work with.

Great service - from Dan, Ally, and Es! From getting my concern triaged, communicated, the service team resolving the issue, the shuttle service, I think the team did fabulous. It s a pretty seamless process getting my first hybrid car inspected. Worth the peace of mind!

My 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid was involved in an accident on January 10, 2024. To no fault of Premier Kia, it took a week for the insurance adjuster to come out and give an estimate of damages. 7 weeks later the work on my car was completed. Although this took what seemed to be an eternity, the service department kept me up to date every step of the way. They put a rush on the parts. They stood firm on using Kia parts only vs the after market parts my insurance company wanted to use. The Service Manager Jessica was hands on throughout the duration of my repairs. She was outstanding! Professional, polite, compassionate, and eager to provide the best customer service and make my experience with Premier Kia a positive one despite the situation.I will continue to have my car serviced at Premier Kia! Thank you Jessica and the staff in the service department for excellent service!

Had a great experience with Nikita and Phil while buying my 2024 Sorento Hybrid. All other associates were extremely helpful and offered a great deal on new car. The overall process was smooth, quick documentation and delivery, and they also suggested packages based on my projected car usage. Would definitely recommend it for all car buyers.

My experience was a good one. I was checked in promptly and conveniently upon arrival. Had an appointment for 9 AM which was made a week or so prior. The only reason I gave four stars is because I would not expect a scheduled oil change to take over an hour. I approached the desk after one hour and 15 minutes and found out that my vehicle was finished. Apparently they were short staffed that day and that is why I was not notified. Other than that, all was good.

I purchased my second car from Premier (another Forte) today and could not have had a better experience.I know I m often not the easiest of customers but with that said - and knowing it s the end of the year which usually means more pressure to make the sale in any business (especially autos), everyone from my sales consultant Tyler, former salesperson Nate, their Business Manager Phil, and finally Owen (who I m guessing is a utility guy with less than a week on the job yet did an amazing job showing me everything I needed to know with my new Kia) were patient, polite and professional. Seriously - even the person now in charge of their service department had a genuine hello and smile on his face when I crossed his path on my way to their sparkling clean rest room. During the 3-plus year span of my interactions with Premier Kia - I felt their Service Department was their only weakness. The good news is they must have recognized that too and Fixed It! Kudos to you all and thanks for my best car-buying experience in 50-plus years. I know I tend to ramble but in this case, I truly cannot say enough - I was that impressed!

The staff was extremely friendly. I called earlier in the day and asked for an appointment. They took me right away. I was treated to a free cup of coffee and my car was completed in one hour. It was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Would highly recommend them.

This is my second car I purchased from Premier Kia with Nathan. They gave me a fair deal ..both times. I love that the dealership is right in my hometown. My car arrived a few days early which was great! Nathan takes the time to explain everything clearly to me. He did not push me on the sale. I signed when I was comfortable That means a lot to me. Loved my last Kia and hoping for the reliability w my new Seltos. I would highly recommend Nathan and the entire team including Mario, Phil and Ronnie. Mario worked the numbers. Phil explained all the paperwork and Ronnie explained how the car works which is difficult for an older woman! All together they made my experience wonderful. Thank you all, Karen

I had six spark plugs changed for 800 dollars. I was a a little taken back by the cost but i know how hard it is to work on cars. I found i had a cylinder 6 misfire Saturday morning, by Monday afternoon I had my car back. I was able to get a shuttle provided by the dealer to get back home and into my work van without my day being altered. The associates were all very professional and polite. My overall experience was 5 star.

I traded my old car in here for a 2023 Kia forte gt-line late last year and just took it in last Thursday for its first oil change! The people here have always been nice, the oil change was fast and they kept everything clean! I would definitely buy cars from here again and will be bringing mine in for service to this location every time!

I got a new 2024 Kia Seltos this week at Premier Kia and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I ve had at a dealership. The facility is very nice and clean, the waiting area has coffee, water and these very tasty cookies (must try lol) Romello is great and was very patient with me as I test drove quite a few vehicles and am very picky. I felt no pressure at all and the entire staff was very friendly & knowledgable. They even called to see how I like the new car and I ve never had that at any other dealer it s a nice touch shows they actually care. If you re looking for a great Kia dealer check this place out, I drove an hour to get there and it was 100% worth it!

I'd never believed in Southern�hospitality until I spoke with the same white guy in the parts department twice. I was looking for more information about some parts and didn't realize rudeness�could be a person. I guess I assumed that customer service was a very valuable trait a company should have and the same everywhere, apparently not in Bradford, Connecticut, and the response the company is giving anyone who gives them negative feedback about how they were treated says it all. I suppose people are different down there. You can learn from other Kia dealerships in different states, particularly in Georgia. The only reason I purchased parts from here was the price difference. I guess the price of a rude customer service agent in the parts department was well worth the price difference. And I know they are still going to respond to this review like big babies. Shame...............

I am a regular service customer at this Kia dealership for over 4 years. I like to come here due to their great service department. If I have any questions or concerns there is alway someone to address them. I personally feel that the prices for service here are inline with other places that can also service my vehicle. I have purchased their pre-paid oil change service and know that this program has already saved me a lot of $$. Keep up the good work.

I bought a Sportage here in 2022. The sales experience was okay but they registered my email address at Kia without my permission, and then Kia sold my information to other commercial interests who immediately began spamming me for services like satellite radio.Then there was the matter of the voltage spikes on the trailer hitch electrical harness. That engineering blunder actually caused cars to catch fire. I had few choices in '22 for new cars and the one I bought had no trailer hitch so I bought an aftermarket hitch and harness, and paid to have it installed. After the Sportage fried the first harness, I had it taken out and sent it back for replacement. I paid to have the second harness installed and pretty soon, it was fried like the first one. Then I found out about the recall and I began to realize that the problem was not an Etrailer problem but a Kia problem. There will be no reimbursement for my time and money unless I want to hire a lawyer and try and navigate the legal responsibility of Kia for the damages, and try to move some kind of action into Superior court. Ain't nobody got time for that (or money).I'm getting rid of the car, and its replacement won't be a Kia.

After researching a lot, I finally found a dealership that was not charging any ridiculous market adjustments on their vehicles. My experience at Premier Kia has been amazing right from the moment I stepped in. Alden Fox was my sales consultant and he was amazing right from the start. He walked me through each and every detail and kept me updated with the status of the delivery of my car. I would definitely recommend to visit them if you re in a market for a new car and would definitely recommend speaking with Alden!!

My tires needed to be checked and filled to spec with air fir winter driving. I was told I could come any time to have that done. They took the car right in and inspected the tires and fill with recommended air pressure while I waited in their waiting room. Very helpful!

This dealership has gone down in customer service big time. Barely any communication and had my car for over a month! Between the service, unanswered phone calls and my car getting broken into 4 times in one year I am done with KIA! Which is a shame because they're very good cars and I was an avid fan of KIA before.

We recently purchased a new Kia Soul from Premier Kia in Branford CT. The staff was super helpful right from the start. Nathan, our sales rep, helped us select the right car, take a test drive, and he also took time to talk us through our choices and to ensure we were making the right decision. Phil sorted out our financing and got us exactly what we were looking for. We were really impressed with the time Ronnie spent after our purchase talking us through the system setup and electronic (and other) features of the car. He made sure all our questions were answered and that the Car Play and dashboards were set the way we wanted. For us, it was well worth the drive out to Branford and nothing but the highest recommendation for the Premier Kia team.

Good place, no sales pressure sales guy Tyler had the answer to all questions asked.Went back for a oil change and air bag recall. They let me use a loaner car. Turned out to be electric. I loved it. They changed the oil as part of the sale and balanced all wheels. The car is running smooth. I am again impressed with the service.

Top tier customer service, extremely down to earth, and even took the time to explain every detail of my girlfriends first car buying experience. Hands down the best deaership I ve ever dealt with. Friendly and helpful in every way. I was extremely confident in my purchase - Cris is and excellent salesman attentive and not pushy at all. Highly recommend him. Management there isn t push and is very straightforward. If it s not what you want they don t want to sell it to you. Customer centric top notch 10/10 will buy my next car here after the experience of buying this one.

I've been having my car maintained and serviced at the Branford Kia service department for 7 years now and honestly they are the sole reason I'll probably buy another Kia when this one dies (and from Nate because he's awesome too!) Dan in service has been great to work with over the years, going above and beyond to assist me and the other customers I've seen him interact with. I've seen many service advisors and service managers come and go over the 7 years of coming here which makes me wonder how they are treated by management, but nonetheless Dan has withstood the test of time there, and for that reason I'm a loyal customer to this service department. The technicians are knowledgeable too and never rush the job. I hope they are all treated very well by the dealership because they certainly are a huge asset.
