Why am I posting a picture of a toy car? Because my three year old left it at the store over two months ago. I walk in and the manager gives it to me before I could even say hello.If you can have thousands of customers, and recognize one instantly (that s rarely comes to this shop btw, I usually use the Napa closer to my house) then that s the mark of an awesome shop. They ll take care of you, they ll remember you.I then had the guy look for half an hour trying to find some bearing for a 55 year old rear end.The thing about this shop, is you can say I ve got a weird rear end, it needs this and they ll find something for you. I can t go to other auto parts stores, because when they ask for the year make and model, I can t give them that, then they freeze because they don t know what to do then. That s why These Napa guys are awesome. Sometimes I have a part number, sometimes I have measurements. I have a bronco throw out bearing, to my ford ranger pilot bearing, to a clutch plate that is just found by knowing measurements. You ain t getting that Frankenstein mix at other places. Works like a charm!

Well it's summer and the heat/AC blower goes out. The gentlemen there went above and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately I can't remember their names but great service is a team effort.Thank youNAPA Branford Ct.

The employees here are great guys, but their prices are astronomical compared to other parts stores and online vendors. My business no longer buys parts here. They charged me 300% of what the exact same parts exact same brand cost from Amazon. I paid just under $100 for an OIL CHANGE! Where is the profit? Even autozone beat their prices by a landslide. The owner is local so he knows he s robbing people in his own back yard. Awesome business plan. Makes me feel welcome.

These guys are awesome. I've stopped by in a pinch when my work equipment breaks down and I've also used them for my personal vehicle parts. They're knowledgeable and friendly.

Good parts store. The selection is good and they usually have what I need in stock or can quickly get it. The guys working are friendly enough and helpful. Recommended.

Everyone I've dealt with is quick and friendly and very accommodating. The parts are little more expensive but when its something important you get what you pay for.

Better brands better quality parts than competitors. Staff is a bit more knowledgeable also. I will probably be coming here for my future automotive needs.

NAPA Parts Place Inc. Branford has a huge inventory and offers same day delivery for may hard to find parts. Parts are better quality and most warranties are lifetime! Not the most dynamic staff and a pair of NAPA wiper blades was $40, now I remember why I go to Advance Auto or Parts America.

Had a tricky situation with a repair and warranty through two auto different repair shops in CT and RI while stuck with a vehicle I couldn't drive; the staff here was a huge help when they had no obligation to assist with the warranty to begin with.

Employees are knowledgeable and will assist in any way they can. Parts are a bit on the pricey side but they are always well made.

Ordered a part they ordered for next day. When I called said it came in. When I got there they couldn't find it and made me wait at least 25 minutes! Unacceptable!
