Best service center I've been to!! Lisa at the front desk is wonderful - she took the time to explain everything to me, including future service recommendations. I got my brakes and rotors replaced, along with an oil change. They did a great job - super happy with how the brakes feel! I will not be going anywhere else because they have the best customer service and are super transparent (service due now and service that can wait).

Scott & team has been nothing but loyal to my mom and her 2003 Subaru! Always honest and transparent, plus exceptional customer service! As she heads to FL for her first winter as a snowbird, they took extra good care of her to hit the road!

I took my car because of some rattling noise coming from my muffler. They examined my car, and it was simply the shield that covered my muffler that was loose due to bumps and potholes on the road. I was relieved and happy. The manager, Scott, was so nice and approachable. Treated me with so much respect. I highly recommend going to Midas in Branford for your car needs.

I just moved to Connecticut from Maine and needed brakes, tires, and some routine service on two cars. Lisa and Scott, and the entire crew took great care of both my wife and I, and we re very happy that we found this shop! The service was 100% and but the customer service was 200%. I won t take my cars for tires and service anywhere else now. Thanks guys!!

AMAZING service. Asked for oil change & the lights to be looked at for pricing, they changed the lights free of charge I think out of courtesy because I think it had been changed before they realized I asked just for the pricing. That was very kind of them as they did not have to do so. Staff was very pleasant & explained everything in detail.

They took me in same day that I had an emergency. I booked online through a very seamless 123 process. They were very professional & were attentive of their customers needs (not just my own). My vehicle was repaired and ready the very next day and I loved the text message updates that were very detailed on not just the timeliness but the work being done also.

Enjoy coming here. Scott is great and very helpful. Oil change is always done efficiently and they make recommendations for maintenance in the most professional way so I leave feeling informed about pending care for my vehicle. He does such a great job explaining what I need and why that I never leave without scheduling that suggestion. Also, they re very polite and happy (even on Saturdays at 8am!) Highly recommend!

Great people, great service, shops are hard to come by nowadays that will do right by you. They will absolutely set you on the right path with your car problems, 100% recommending to family and friends. Will highly recommend for anyone! BEST AUTO SERVICE CENTER EVER, I went to this location after being scammed out of my money at a different place (JP Motors) and they were so helpful they, found and fixed my issue and were more than pleasant about doing so. 10/10 would recommend.

Really appreciated, in a moment of a emergency bad tire no one took the time to help me needed to be at work on time. Of many places ended up here. Midas, explained I'm a school bus driver, they check my vehicle and notice my brakes and disc's where pretty bad. Scott Liff store manager was willing to do anything to help. So he did. Fix my tire and replace brakes and disc's. Yes, I needed just the tire to be fix but when he said he will have me out on my way to work in time. I said go ahead. He sure did and awsome customer service with experience employees working for him. Awsome work great prices and flexible financial. That's Scott, I'll be back!!!!!!!

I ve had a lot of cars and been to a lot of dealerships and mechanics over the years. This MIDAS crew provides consistent, all-around best in class service! I am so happy with all of it: the service advising, estimating, timeliness, workmanship, and overall value. 10/10 my go to auto repair shop. Terrific experience : the manager, Scott, was very personable and helpful. He he went the extra mile explaining what I needed and sourcing parts. I d been to another chain that declined to do the work because they couldn t get them. He was great, and my interactions with the rest of the staff, though minimal were positive. As always Scott at Branford Midas has done an amazing job! I always feel safe knowing he took care of my vehicle/tires/and issues! Scott is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the best care of myself/boyfriend/friends/family! He s helped me for years on numerous occasions - he s been in the business for a long time and we follow him wherever he goes! Hopefully Midas takes good care of Scott! The car servicing and oil change were seamless with the technicians providing great advice that I ended up taking. I did have a small issue with the technicians forgetting to screw in the base plate which caused a minor accident while driving, however, when I called and set up the appointment, they repaired it free of charge and were apologetic about it. Very professional service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had an appointment to have my brakes inspected didn't realize they would be able to do it that day but they actually did their job that day and it was ready in a couple hours. The manager Scott was extremely helpful! I drive a very old Toyota Corolla and he was able fix a lot of theProblems I had been putting off for a while and was extremely helpful when it came to the explanation of everything. Everything was in a timely manner and definitely was one of the best experiences I ve had as a young women in a car shop. 10/10 will definitely be backService: General repairs & maintenance

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! I m honestly in disbelief how this place has a 4.6 rating, i m going to assume all of the good reviews are fake and were possibly created by their company using fake accounts. I d had my car towed here by triple A a couple days ago thinking something was wrong with my car because i stalled on the highway and completely shut down, there was something wrong but not for the reason they said there was. The mechanic Scott tried making a fake diagnoses report telling me that i was low on oil and the reason being because i needed my lower intake manifold replaced as well as my valve cover gaskets and tried charging me $2,500 for it (Mind you i check my oil all the time and even checked it that very day i broke down, it was not low)!! I ended up getting another tow to bring it back to my house because that was 100% not happening, and when i did go to pick it up to bring it back home he didn t even charge me for the diagnostic so that s what also led me to believe the diagnostic was fake. I beg anyone that reads this to take your business else where or you will get robbed

Overpriced otherwise I'd give them more stars. I took it to another mechanic right after spending $4600 there and was told they owe me minimum of another $500 in parts and labor and that's on the low end according to this mechanic who has been working on cars for over 30 years. He said in his opinion they charged me close to double the price of the work they did and robbed me blind on parts. They buy a valve cover gasket down the road for 35.98 and then charge me $80! And over and over on all parts and what every other ship charges me 150 per hour they charged me either $250 per hour which is unheard of or they charged me for extra hours. But I gave them 3 stars because they are being nice to me now and went and changed the valve stem that was broken when I left their shop and put a new tpms unit in at no charge. But I know I was being overcharged and wish they would do some of the work they said I need done still. At least the brake fluid change and the brake hoses that they said they were definitely going to do and then I read they didn't do it. Not Anthony but the other owner said he wouldn't do my calipers without replacing the hoses, well he did my calipers and left my hoses knowing I had paid enough for a new used car, they could have replaced the hoses like they said they were. That's all I have to say. I was overcharged a lot in my opinion and a mechanic who has 30 + years experience.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I was referred by Repairpal and had a guaranteed estimate. They shamelessly up charged the quoted price by 2 grand. I took it to another shop and it costed me far less because I didn't need nowhere near the work they suggested. They also didn't properly attach my engine cover.

Anthony & Scott are the best! They re very professional as well as respect! Anthony took the time make sure that I understood everything and answered any questions that I had. This location is by far the best that this company has! I will no longer go anywhere else but to MIDAS of Branford.Thank you again Anthony & Scott for helping out someone who knows nothing on cars! The price we were guaranteed from Repair Pal was not honored. They were trying to charge us over $2000 when according to Repair Pal the rate would have been below $700 for what they were trying to charge me for. My husband wasn't going for that! I t felt like we were being scammed so we picked up my car and will be taking it elsewhere. Very disappointed.
