We get as much of our vehicle servicing done here as we can, as Chris & his team are friendly, honest, and stand behind their work. We have 4 vehicles that we bring here regularly for oil changes, plus anything else that may surprise us along the way. If they cannot repair it, they are up front and honest as to why, and offer a recommendation of someone who can. I have never had any issues here with any of the work that they've done, and they are always friendly and transparent in the process.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

It's about the customer service, and these guys do it right. Went in for a standard oil change, only to get my car back and have it look like it also got a light cleaning as well. Got in windows were cleaned and all was smelling fresh, almost forgot the original reason I was there was the oil change. And same price I always paid!

I had a routine oil change recently with Jiffy lube. The owner, Chris greeted me with a smile. This was my first time at his establishment, but I got the impression he already knew that, which was impressive because this means he is familiar with his customer base! He explained the services he provides with a oil change. He took the time to engage, and give me a sense of relief being a new customer. I was pleased with the service I received, but moreover HAPPY to know there are people who still believe in "real"customer service, making the process a pleasant experience for the customer.Thank you Chirs & your team!!!!Service: Oil change

I have had nothing but chaotic experiences at other places in the area...until I gave this place a try. I will be going to this place for everything they offer from now on. It was so fast, the workers are very nice, and the job was done well. They also do not try and haggle you for more money. It is also family owned and operated which may make the difference in care.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

8/26/23I have been going to The Branford Juffy Lube for years . The service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Chris the owner is a great guy , knows me by my first name . I have had numerous oil changes , air filters ( they always check first and show you the dirty one ). I also purchased tires from them and brake and wipers replaced. They will never try and oversell you . Excellent! Manny Serpis .

Everyone there was so nice, so friendly. I got in and out of there under 10 minutes. It is a family-owned business, which is where I do prefer to shop oh, so that made me happy. I did not feel any pressure to fix the things that needed to be fixed on my car, which is how I feel at most places like this but it was very nice to not have that feeling of being trying to be taken advantage of by the person that knows more than you about your own car. I'm always going to this place even though I passed about 10 places like this on my way there, but I'm always going there from now on. I highly recommend you try it you will not be disappointed. Also, there was a $10 coupon online and they applied that to my though, even though I didn't have it in hand, which I thought was very nice

as a young woman i often notice when i go to car places they make you pay more or trick you into something that u didn t really need. this shop when above and beyond with fixing small things on my car that i didn t even notice or things i wasnt going to care about fixing. great staff and great pricesService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I randomly decided to try this location beacuse I was in desperate need of an oil change and I am SOOO GLAD I DID!. the owner came right to my attention and greeted me with a friendly smile. not only do you get an oil change but they wipe down all windows, vacuum the floors, check tires and top up any fluids! I was VERY IMPRESSED!! He told me he will beat any competitors pricing in the area and I have already gone back for more work to my car ! I am incredibly happy I found him100% RECOMMEND!!!Service: Oil change

I am a big believer in dealership service - generally. Having said that, Chris and his crew do 99% of my oil changes. Excellent service, positive atmosphere, friendly people.I had a minor repair (skirt dragging the ground) and they fixed it in five minutes. No charge, the owner said, and he shook my hand. I'm from Georgia, and I'm sorry I can't come back for an oil change.

Awesome and friendly service. They will do a lot for your car and without putting a lot of pressure on you or making you feel like you dont know anything about cars. I always take my car here for oil changes and any other minor things I might need. They do other major things as well, I just have not needed anything along those lines done.

The oil change part was quick, but it is unlikely that I would go back. When they gave me the receipt - it stated that they checked my lights, but they never did (and I felt rushed while there, despite there were no cars behind me). It is kind of not a big deal, but kind of not cool. Also when I asked to check pressure in my tires - they said their pump is broken. I've been changing my oil in Jiffy Lube all over the country for 25 years - I never experienced anything like that. Never again!Service: Oil change

Good Experience! This is the first time in 15 years that I've had anyone do anything to my vehicle. The owner here really has his shop in order and knows how to present himself and his technicians. I only had an oil change done this time, but he did find a brake problem explaining it to me in a way that I could understand without trying to pressure me into anything. As a professional (I worked 12 years as a CMAT) I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repair and maintenance needs.Update: (04/26/18)I've actually been back a couple more times, once for an air conditioning problem, which Chris handled quickly and efficiently. Is was high Summer and he got me back on the road with ice cold AC in no time.Being backed with on my own work and having a trip ahead of me, there was no way I was going to get this maintenance done today, so Chris was the first to come to mind. He had three guys working on my car and got it all done in less time than I could have imagined. Chris runs an efficient shop? Still highly recommended!

My main reason for choosing this place was that we would get to stay in our car while it was done, since I have a baby and we don t go anywhere. Every oil change since Dec 2020 was greatly appreciated. I have multiple places closer but always went there. Today I was unable to get my oil changed because I wouldn t be able to stay in the car with my baby as I always have. It might seem like a dumb reason to complain but it was such a huge convenience to a parent who can t get this done alone. Not a big deal to most I m sure. Just disappointing to drive to your usual spot only to drive away without service.Service: Oil change

I used to go to Jiffy Lube before my current car and was always happy, I am proud to say that I am even more ecstatic about my experience this morning. I was in and out and the treatment was amazing. Will go back for brakes, tires, and tuneups.

The owner lives here in town (Branford). Super nice guy, staff is great, service is great- fair, honest. They clean your windows and vacuum your vehicle ! Full service station, all repairs, not only oil changes, I take both vehicles there for everything now. Recommend highly.

This jiffy lube and it s staff does a great job. I am in the auto industry and on my way to work my car started misfiring and stalling on the highway.it was a saturday and my normal mechanic moved so I needed to get it looked at and fixed quick which is nearly impossible on a Saturday I called them and got right in it wasn t an easy problem to fix cause the code only said multiple misfire but they had patience and worked with me on price it took a while to figure out but they did a great job and my car runs like a top now. The mechanics were professional friendly and fun to chill wit and now I know they do way more than just oil changes. Got a full tune up o2 sensor control pannel all at fair price thanks Rob Dom Manny and the older guy with 200 years experience and the other two guys who were awesome this is gonna be my new go to garage recomend to anyone in the area
