Went to make a new FOB key. Got it done in 1 1/2 hr, which is not bad. The cost was taken care through my EW third party. However, the new key was not even new, but used. You can tell by the scratches on the Honda logo part. I only realized it once I came home. I should have inspected it there.Also, once I removed the actual key out of the casing, there was some amount of water/fluid that came out.I am little disappointed, since it was my first visit ever.The least I would expect them to let me know that they will use an old key to program it Not going to this place again, sorry.

Absolute scam artists. Take your car anywhere else. The bill magically doubles when it's time to pay.

Great place for an oil change and getting information for services. I ve been quoted on services only to go to another Honda and be told it was not needed. Recently I decided to get my fully car detailed with them. Don t bother. My hood is now covered in tiny scratches that WAS not there prior. I thought detailing from a dealership would be better, but I was wrong.

I had to bring my car in for service due to a recall. I was very impressed by the ease of how they handled everything. Very polite and friendly staff.Definitely will use again.
