This was the first time I ever had to get the body of a car fixed. I was nervous about it and how the process was going to be. I was recommended to Giovanni's by two different people. When I initially called them I sent over an insurance estimate I received (that was priced way too low). Giovanni's ordered parts and set me up with an appointment. When I dropped my car off I talked to them about my concern with the estimate as I knew there was more damage than insurance said. They told me they would take care of it and not to worry as they stand by their work. Within the week I got a call that my car was ready- it came out great!! They handled everything with insurance to get my car fixed the right way and I didn't have to do anything or even answer any questions. The process was better than I could have imagined and I'm so so happy with how my car looks. Thank you!!!

They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my car. The process was super easy with my insurance and I got regular updates from the auto shop. My car looks brand new and the color match they did for my new door is flawless. They even detailed and buffed out the scratches I had. The car looked so good I had to check my license plate!

Giovanni did a great job. My car looks as good as new. It was spotless when I picked it up. Only drawback was it took 2 weeks longer than anticipated because parts sent were wrong. Would have like to been notified of delays instead of calling for updates. All in all I would definitely use Giovanni s again! This is the second car he s worked on and always happy with their work

My experience at Giovanni s was great. They were very accommodating and the service was swift. They kept me updated through text regarding the status of my car. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was cleaned by the staff prior to pick up.

I have always trusted Giovanni for body work because they are really great. And if you need a rental they share a lot with Enterprise. They go further than just great repair work but they clean interior and wash the car completely.I highly recommend them.

While the communication from the office could use improvement, the work itself was excellent. My car unfortunately was here for about four weeks, due to delays and the lack of available paint shop personnel. The communication from the office staff was nonexistent, I had to continually call and press for a completion date, and the completion date kept getting bumped out. That part of the experience was frustrating.However, the end product was outstanding, and the car looks brand new. They did an outstanding detailing, both inside and outside the car, as part of the service. I am very happy with the work itself, and would recommend the shop for quality work. They just need to work on customer relations a little bit more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Giovanni s was an amazing experience integrated with Geico and Enterprise, I was able to drop off my car walk, literally next-door and pick up a loaner, barely skip a beat for three days and then they coordinated with Enterprise so I wouldn t be overcharged for last day of the loaner since I couldn t come and get the car before Giovanni s closed that night.What s more, when I got in the car I was astounded by how clean it was inside! After all I had only scraped the running board outside, so there was no reason to clean it inside, but they even washed my windshield and windows inside and out!! My deductible of only $250? I would have spent that much trying to get a good detailing job but Giovanni s was so much better that grody center console with cup holder? It s as shiny and spotless as it was the day I drove it off the lot!I hate to say that I would always use ANY auto body shop since it will never be easy to deal with results of an accident, but these folks couldn t have made me more delighted.

Giovanni s recently completed auto body repairs on my vehicle following an accident. They were professional and their work was excellent! I was also under a tight deadline for return of my vehicle and they were able to complete the repairs in the requested time. The vehicle was detailed inside and out prior to being returned and the work done was impeccable. Giovanni s took my car in for a routine repair. Little did we know that it would be there for months because VW could not provide a hood for it. During the wait they kept me appraised of their efforts to get me back on the road and treated me exceptionally well. Once they were able to get the part my car was repaired qickly and competently. When they returned my car it clean and expertly repaired. I can t imagine how the whole experience could have been handled better. And, my car looks great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommended. I needed repairs to my car due to some *&^% &^ %$%$ #@&^ pieces of %$#@ that broke into my car. Oh wait back to the review...lol. Mark and staff were informative and patient keeping me up to date with what had to be fixed and arrival of parts. When I picked up the car, it was detailed. A break light bulb was out and they fixed that was well. I hope I don't need you again but if I do I would be a return customer. The car came back good as new. It took a little longer then I was hoping however it does look really good from the parts to the paint I am happy with it. Only thing I feel could of been better was the communication as I had to reach out for updates but I also blame my Geico rep for that as they also barely communicated with me during the process. I brought my vehicle to Giovanni s on the recommendation of Geico. The car was brought there for an estimate and inspected by the Geico Claims adjuster and it was $1,600 in damages. Because the car that caused the accident (multivehicle accident) had only $25,000 in Liability I knew that I was not going to be reimbursed for the whole amount, but was told it would be roughly $800-$900. Giovanni s told me it would be 5 days(per the estimate) for repairs, after I dropped it off, I called the following week and was told it was not finished and they had to order more parts (the entire SUV lift Gate), at that time I asked if this was approved by Geico and they said it was, I asked a second time if they called Geico and got the approval for this and they said they did. I asked them for an updated quote and they emailed me a quote for $2,600 and again I asked in the email if they called Geico and got approval for this added expense and they emailed me back and said they did. 2 weeks after I dropped it off, I stopped by on a Friday to find out about the status as my daughter needed the car for the weekend and they said that it would be ready later Friday or Saturday and handed me a bill for $3,200. They never contacted me or Geico to get approval for any of the extra costs or parts and took it upon themselves to jack up the bill. At this point my car is hostage and I needed to pay it so we can get it back. I spoke to the man who was repairing it and he told me that the liftgate had to be replaced, but the insurance adjuster was well aware of the damage and only put in repair. The adjuster even took a specific photo of that damage and shared that with me during the initial insection.I called the shop later that day after I stopped by and was told they would take $200 off the bill which Is minimal at best and was told I could pick it up the next day after 11 AM. I was away for the weekend so I told my kids they could get it after 11 AM, but my kids found out that Giovanni s closes at 11 AM on Saturdays and no one was there when they drove to pick it up. Giovanni s knew that they were wasting our time to drive out there after they were closed.They claim to be a Geico shop but were not in communication with them to find out how much Geico was covering or that I would be covering a part of it.I will never use them again, I own 5 vehicles for me and my children and have had several interactions with body shops over the decades and never have I been taken advantage of like this.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love my car again! Giovanni's did a perfect job putting my car in "brand new" shape after being hit with debris from a pick up truck on the highway- damaging the body and shattering the windshield. I highly recommend them!

My had been rear ended. There was damages to back hatch door and bumper. I had recently purchased my jeep so I was quite upset. Giovanni's went through throughly to examine the damage. When I went to pick my jeep up after all work was done I was very pleasantly surprised. My jeep looked brand new again! They even took the time to detail it. They even stated all work that was done they would stand by. What made it easier enterprise was right next door so I didn't need to go anywhere else. I was referred to Giovanni from my insurance company. I was in a hit a run accident. My front end messed up. Kept up on the time it was taking to fix my vehicle. Check out done quickly. Made sure I understood to call if I had any issues with the repair. Car detailed too. Thank you
