From scheduling the appointment to having my car out of the shop, the staff was very helpful, they immediately responded to all the specific questions and requests.They did not try to sell me anything I didn t need, more than that they offered a discount and I noticed they asked other people if they had points on the app so they could use them.I have been to other dealerships in the past for all my car needs and this one pays attention to the customer more than any of the other ones I have been to.My car gets the right care all the time and the price is fair.All the staff is super helpful and Melissa especially is the one that goes above and beyond to make sure that everything gets done in due time with professionalism.

I highly recommend Ford of Branford for your automotive and parts needs. I purchased a new F-150 that I ordered in August. Starting with the salesperson Karla and her manager James, they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Gina the Finance Manager was very upfront and detailed about my loan paperwork and recommended, what I feel, was the right protection for my new truck. Omar in parts helped me with ordering a few black Ford ovals that weren t an option for my specific order. He followed up with me when my parts arrived and held them until I picked up my truck. The owner Melvin and his team are extremely trustworthy, I can t wait to put miles on my V8 Coyote and visit their service department.

What an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in until I was handed the keys to my new truck the crew at Branford Ford was amazing. From the sales staff to the finance department I am truly grateful with how hard they worked to make this deal happen. They are true professionals and it was great to do business with them. Sometimes it s the little things that makes an experience a great one and this team really has it together. Thanks again my new friends and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco from Ford of Branford and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The Bronco itself is a fantastic vehicle, with all the features and capabilities I was looking for. I highly recommend Ford of Branford to anyone in the market for a new car. 5 stars!

This is the worst service dealership I ever dealt with. They had my wife s SUV for over 2 weeks for brakes, after numerous calls and delays they delivered my car to my house with an 1800 bill, I paid the bill and the next morning morning my wife s brake pedal was to the floor, I had the SUV towed to another shop and they fixed the shoddy repairs for additional $500.00, after many calls to the service department. I finally got a call back and they re telling me I should ve brought the car back to them to have the repairs fixed. Long story short I m taking them to small claims court. I lost all confidence in their ability to fix my SUV.

I had a terrible experience at Ford of Branford - I hope this reviewsaves others from enduring what I was forced to.I purchased a used car from them, paying the full amount upfront, but they were unable to provide me with the title within 30 days as required by law. I followed up multiple times over a couple of months but was given no clear answers - just excuses and the runaround.Ultimately after over 50 days, it was confirmed they never started the title transfer paperwork with the DMV, proving beyond doubt this was an illegal sale. My attorney noted this is a clear violation of both consumer protection and vehicle sales statutes in CT.I finally got the owner and general manager involved. They agreed to buy the car back but then went unresponsive after I returned it, failing to process my full refund. I had to get my credit card company involved to claw back a portion of my payment.The management and ownership at this dealership clearly do not stand behind their vehicles or transactions. They failed at every level to make this right on their own. I gave them every opportunity, but they ultimately left me high and dry for over two months.I absolutely DO NOT recommend buying any vehicle from Ford of Branford under any circumstances. The way they treated me was downright shameful. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and take your business elsewhere where at least a shred of integrity still exists. An all-around disastrous experience I hope no one else has to endure.

Today I am currently sitting her waiting for service on my Ford EDGE. At check in I verified the pricing of my new tires, oil change, balance and alignment it was different that what was quoted to me on Tuesday 2/20/24. I was upset and disappointed the quote was not granted to me as I felt it should be. I decided against the alignment and was choosing to go somewhere else to have it done. It wasn t because of the money it s about the principle! After speaking with the Service Advisor Melissa V she was very understanding and in my eyes went above any beyond to help resolve this issue. She was not only able to have my quote granted but able to make additional adjustments. To me that is superior customer service and she should be commended for it. She supported her customer, was kind and compassionate.I was ready not to come back but because of Melissa she changed my mind.Thank you Melissa !! 5 Star rating for you!!

Worse experience EVER. Alden tried to get me to purchase a vehicle without being able to give me the price of the truck. I didn't get the price until 3 days into the process. Then, the truck was overpriced. I found the exact same truck, with 30,000 less miles with lower price. Then they didn't want to give me back my deposit. Took me from 1:32 one day, until 4:22pm the next day before getting the call that my check was ready. Alden is about as smart as rock. Save your money until you find the vehicle you want somewhere else.

At first I thought I brought my car in the right place considering all the bad reviews and comments from friends about this dealer, I still went through. I thought maybe I will have a better experience but I was totally wrong. I brought my ford explorer to the service department on 12/6 to get diagnosed. My car is on warranty, the person named Alyssa promised to call the next day which she did to give me further information. She said that my car needs new transmission and that claim will be sent to Ford. She told me at least two weeks to get it done. I asked for loaner car but then said they don t offer courtesy car?? She said she ll give me more updates once she gets anything from Ford. She never call me since then. I ve been calling this dealer and put me on hold for an hour till the call drops off. I even personally went to the office just to get a clear update because they won t answer your call. The guy just gave me Ford customer service number so I can apparently call them about loaner car and told me it might take months to get my car fixed?? I was told two weeks but now months??!I made several calls on this dealer but same thing happened, they ll put you on hold saying they ll put you through the right department but unsuccessful. have been using Uber and even rented a car to get to work because this is only my vehicle. I escalated my concern but still no resolution. I called today again and I was answered by Karla and she told me same thing that as soon as they get back from Ford then they call me back. And as far the loaner car is concerned she said all their cars are out so none of available and as soon as they become available she ll contact me? I thought hang on as sec, the first time I went there Alyssa said they don t offer loaner car but why today told me they are all out? So which one is true? Why giving people falls hopes? I am so frustrated and stressed out with the situation and the way they treat my situation. I am a professional so I expect to be Treated the same. My car is still standing still at this dealer and God knows how long it takes to get fixed. I so do hope they ll do something about how could I get at least a courtesy car that would help me in my daily commute. I go to work everyday and pay Uber, I even rented a car the other day just to get work during holidays. I can t afford to do this until my car get fixed.I don t usually do reviews but this situation pushed me to do it.A very bad and stressful experience. I may change my opinion and reviews but not until I get an action from management then I will have this stay on.

Stay the hell away from Ford I have a company plow truck that they said would take a week then 2 weeks then they don't have the part they have to order the part from a 3rd party this truck has been sitting there for over a month nobody will answer the phone and when they do they just put you on hold for over 20 minutes until the call drops. I advise anyone to go elsewhere this is how they are with companies in need of their trucks for business that luckily do have backups people that need their one car as their only transportation will be screwed by them guaranteed!edit; although we ended up towing our truck out of here their employee Jonathan went above and beyond for us he got answers and did more for us in 2 days then employee Alyssa did in an entire month! Had Jonathan had this work order from the beginning I'm very sure it would have turned out a lot differently. Jonathan definitely deserves a raise or promotion for all he put into this but in the end Ford just didn't work for us.

Smooth and Easy process purchasing my new bronco! Big shout out to Dan for making it such a breeze for me. He was excellent in helping me find something in my price range, while also walking me through all the new features of the vehicle. Gina in the finance department was extremely helpful as well. BOTH Dan and Gina came in on their day offs for me, so i could make the purchase on the day i wanted too. If that doesn t speak volumes to the level of their customer service then I m not sure what else does!

Recently bought a bronco from here. Florida from sales was amazing! Very professional didn t get the pushy sale vibe she cares about you and what you need, Florida was able to work with me on my busy work and school schedule to get the car I wanted. She made me comfortable with the process and answered every question I asked with the correct answer if it wasn t for her I probably would have bought a car somewhere else. If you re interested in buying a car here ask for Florida you won t regret it.

Absolutely awesome service department! These folks were able to program my new ecu/pcm without an issues and the car is running flawlessly! They were ready when I was ready to get the work done and made sure I was updated through the process which only took a day or two . Much appreciated, I just wanted to mention the staff was super friendly and welcoming as well. A+

We've been customers for a decade but this is by far the worst service day ever. First off, $154 for a Works Oil change is robbery when the average in New Haven county is $65! This might explain why no one is getting cars serviced. It was only out of desperation we came because Bob Thomas was full (maybe because they charge _54.99?). Zero communication between the various desks, service and casher. I had to ask several times what they needed to get me cashed out. Never again.

Heard this was a great place to take Ford vehicles to be fixed, obviously, right? No. I was proved extremely wrong by these people here. Not even a response back! Once again, I left a detailed voicemail for them, and they never returned my call. All I was asking for some help with my vehicle, these people don t care enough to help the common public. They only care enough for people who are making purchases on the floor.

Great experience. I have been staying away from dealerships for service because of past experiences, being overcharged for service.I am writing this to thank Ford of Branford for a change of experience. My car was diagnosed with a couple electronics issues and I was quoted a fair price to do the work. To my surprise when I went to pick up my vehicle it was $300 less than quoted. They also changed the touch screen and did a complementary $100 oil change. I would post negative feedback, so why not let people know about a dealership that is honest and fair.Thanks F.O.B

I bought an F-150 in early November. I love the truck but had a bit of issue with them paying off my trade-in. They did finally pay it off and the owner personally cut me a check to pay the difference between what they ended up paying off and the extra payments I had to make until it all got sorted out. So, because of his efforts I ve upgraded my previous review of 1 star to 4.

I brought my Bronco here this morning for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, First thing I had to argue with the head service department woman on was rotating my tires. I had a full size spare which means that the spare should be rotated in with the other four, she said now we don't do that and after a couple of minutes I got her to do the tire rotation correctly. If you leave the full size spare on the back of bronco by the time you buy new tires that tire is going to be no longer available. You are better off rotating all five tires especially with a full size spare, 20% more time before you need new tires, it's just common sense. When you buy a new set of tires you pick the best of the 5 as a spare, and now rotate the 4 new tires. Then I asked them if they were going to use synthetic oil in my own little change they say yes and now I'm looking at my invoice and they used a synthetic blend. I'd bought this bronco brand new. First oil change at 500 miles, second oil change at 1000 miles 3rd oil change at 5000 miles in every 4000 miles since then. I typically get 300,000 miles on my vehicles with no oil burning. I would never recommend this place for service its just easier to do it myself

There was no pressure from either two of them, but only their hard kind work, when making this wonderful sell to a man from NJ! It was a worth a trip to their location in Branford, CT. I visited this dealer once for service. Property went missing that was in my vehicle. I went back into service when I noticed it. The service writer assured me I was mistaken. To the point, a technician returned my watch after I made a fuss about it and stated it 'fell out of the car'. I left it in the back seat of my vehicle because after the service I was taking the watch to be repaired. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Why was the technician in my back seat??? Which tire was that???Anyway, first and last visit to Ford of Branford. Never again. Shameful.

Best dealership experience I've ever had!! Karla helped both my mum and I with everything we needed. She was exceedingly knowledgeable, patient, and had the best intuition of whicu cars would fit each of our vibes. Overall, the Ford of Branford team (shout out to Gina) is so warm and welcoming . Plus the mechanics are really trustworthy (shout out to Jamie, especially if you like Toyotas). I would recommend everyone to get a car here! And especially ask for Karla

Last week my husband and I spotted the perfect new vehicle advertised online for the right price at Ford of Branford and immediately inquired. Karla s interest in meeting our needs and professional followup made the process smooth and easy for all. Rewriting my review from 5 stars to 1 star.So I have to say, the salesman and saleswoman, were great. Devon was super helpful and Tanner was a great too. I appreciate the both of them.My issue with this dealership is that my customer service plummeted after I put my down deposit on my car. I didn t hear from them for 3 weeks and then they asked me for a copy of my drivers license for the registration. I m going onto week 8 (this Wednesday) with no plates still. My situation is a little odd because I bought the car in CT and need it registered to another state, which I understand would take a little longer (was informed to expect 1-3 weeks, not almost 8 ). When I called their registration department I would get minimal answers, no answers and a little bit of attitude here and there! I would email them and they would take days to respond or not respond at all. I ve called other Ford dealerships asking about my situation and they all told me that 7-8 weeks is by far way too long and someone dropped the ball somewhere. I m really upset. I ve been paying and insuring a car I can t drive in my state for almost 2 months. Really disappointing. My first time car buying experience went from great to this is a nightmare .Update almost 3 years later - just realized they never game me the easy fuel funnel that was supposed to go with me car. Insane lmao. This place is a joke

Came in on the later side on Friday (6pm) and stayed until almost 9pm with Karla and James to figure out my next move car wise! they went above and beyond to work around my schedule and get this deal done! I was able to drive my new car (which im obsessing over) the following day where Gina was able to help me work things so I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted and not sacrifice even though the budget was tough! Further more, since the car was just delivered and not ready to drive off the lot, Glen CLOCKED BACK INTO WORK AFTER ENDING HIS DAY to make sure I was able to drive the car home then and there. I cannot say enough about my experience at Ford Branford and look forward to being a long time customer! :)

Excellent experience with the purchase of a 2023 F150. Out of State purchase made easy, due to the loaner dealer plate to get the vehicle home. Who does that?? Much thanks to the team, would not hesitate to return for my next truck!
