This is my second time using express tire and auto care and I ve have nothing but great experiences. First time was over a holiday weekend, my tire blew on the highway. No one could locate my exact tire for replacement except them. Second was for a recent brake job. Scheduling was super easy and they fit me in in one day. All for 4 pads and rotors installed at a great price. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality mechanic work. Great work. Great price. Great people.

I had a good experience here. I had 2 new tires put on my car. My appt. was at 11:30 and they started working on my car @ 11:30. They said it would take 45 minutes and in fact, the car was ready in 45 minutes. The price for the tires & balancing was more reasonable than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Express Tire over the Big Box tire store on Branford Hill.

This is my second time here and I m just as happy with the service. I had spent my whole lunch break waiting somewhere else where they couldn t even perform a tire patch because they couldn t find it Since Express Tire and Auto Repair is on my way back to work and I had a few minutes left I stopped in to see if I could set something up. When I explained my situation to Tony he immediately came outside, looked at the tire and had Charlie patch it for me. Not only were they able to fix my problem they did it so fast I was able to make it back to work before my break was over. I will not hesitate to bring my car here and I ll always recommend them. They have great prices, good service and the best part is that they re honest !

Between auto repairs and tires we ve used Express Tire Branford almost a dozen times and we ve always been EXTREMELY pleased with the quality, price and speed of service. I dropped my old BMW off there late yesterday afternoon for brakes and rotors and I got a call at 8:45 am this morning that the car was ready! And when you need tires they ll do it on the spot while you wait and they do it at a great price.If you re having car trouble of any kind or need tires do yourself a favor and go to Express Tire. You ll save money and get great fast service. It s right near Cumberland Farms. Thank you yet again Anthony!

I love Express Tire. Was difficult to find a garage I could trust, but this is it. Extremely helpful, honest and competent. I know when i walk thru that door i find people I could trust with my car And my wallet.

Amazing auto shop! My tire blew out on the highway so I had to have my car towed. When I brought it to the shop I was met with the most amazing and friendliest service anyone can ask for. The owner ordered a new tire for me from the warehouse and I was on the road in less than 2 hours.

Price is great service is great but the mechanic Jermaine it's a theft he was changing me more than he supposed when I told him I would like to speak to the manager or the owner he come out and tells me he is the owner I no he is not Jermaine is one guy u don't want to get ur car fix he messed up my sister car and he over change her for a oil change stole from he wallet Jermaine is not a good worker people like him gave business bad name a make u think that all mechanic are like him keep ur eyes open on Jermaine he is a black African man drive a black Audi four door I'm just letting ur no we work to hard for our money

Just had a tire replaced. Traveling from NJ to CT when our run flat bulged. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Dave found and ordered the tire, called me back and had us come right over once it was delivered. In this day of sub-par service it was a pleasure to be given 5* service. Great people, highly recommend, wish they were in NJ! Thank you Express Tire of Branford CT.

I had a nail in my L front tire.they fixed it for free.Ordered new tires for the front to match the rear tires. Went back,a few days later.Sat down,before I could finish my coffee the car was done. Great prices,Great service and just good folks. I highly recommend Tony and the rest of the crew.

I am an Uber driver and I live in Branford, Tony and Lisa are extremely professional and honest. This is the best place I ve ever taken my car to to have it fixed. They fit me right in when I have a nail in my tire or other problems like I said, they are honest, which is hard to find in this business

This place was beyond amazing! I called up last minute and I had a screw in my tire. No one else was able to fit me in especially Town Fair tire that's so corporate now. This was a nice small mom-and-pop place everyone was friendly and I will definitely be back again.

Great customer s service experience !I was greeted with a lovely smile!My air conditioner was not at all working for the whole summer and these mechanics were able to fix the issue fast and they didn t charge me as much as another auto shop had quoted me , I wished I would have come here first but didn t because of my first AC Quote an lack of financial funds .Tony is an amazing guy !while waiting there with my siblings , Tony offered to get us something to eat , since he was ordering food from the Hornets Deli .The work that these guys put in is really nice to see .I waited a long time to write this review because I like to see if the worked that was done is good enough.Thank you Tire ExpressYou guys are amazing

Never buy a car from these people. Especially from Alexis, a cheater. They all work together. Still having problems with the car. Radio don t work. Shocks were never fixed. Problems with windows. Check engine lights on. He is mechanic he removed it just enough time to pass inspection. Left the car at the shop with them for more than one occasions for weeks. Always gives excuse never fixed anything. I can go on about his lies. I have texts from him and videos about excuses. Just want to warn other peoples from his or their scams. Be careful before u buy any cars. Be careful where he sends you for registration. I hope state of Connecticut will ban them from selling cars in CT.

This was my first time bringing in my Jeep. I needed new brakes and new tires. Dave and Tony are amazing, super friendly and very responsible priced. I dropped my car off at 9 and picked it up at 1. Would highly recommend ..Excellent service!!!

Best place to get work done for your car. Excellent service and great prices. They re quick and easy to schedule. I have never had any problems trying to get my car looked at on ever use other car mechanics again.

My husband and I stopped in very last minute while driving my dad's car. The tire problem light had come on, and we needed to be sure it was ok to drive. The owner greeted us, and got someone to look at it and fix it right away. They place was understandably very crowded, and yet they welcomed us right away. What an amazing, old-fashioned, honorable and helpful business. Thank you!

Much preferred compared to the large chain companies. I received friendly, unhurried service over the phone, and a continuation of such in person. I like meeting the people who are working on my car and appreciate that they consulted me regarding concerns with my particular wheels. I m very happy with the tires they recommended and with the price I paid. Happy with the price and the service: What more could I ask for? Thanks, guys.

Overall I have been to tire express 3 times in about 2 months. Brake job was fine. Put a plug in a tire. No problems. I went for a AC recharge and this become an issue. They hooked the car up the machine and said everything looks good. We can t recharge. Well that s great and bad since my car blows luke warm air but great they are not going to do work that s not needed. The mechanic says it s probably the expansion valve. Quoted 150.06. Turns out my car takes a unique refrigerant and it s going to be a lot more. I m the zone of 600$. Now I was never given a call to see if that extra expensive was approved. They took my car to another dealership to have the work done. Again without my knowledge or permission. If the original quote was accurate to my vehicle as it should have been I would have declined the job. It also leads me to believe that the recharge they didn t do would have also been a lot more money than quoted.My bill jumped 4 times more than the original quote. We argued this point with the owner and we ended up paying $360, still over double the original quote and more than I would have been willing to spend on this particular car. To top it off I drove by the shop later that night on my way home from work and my car was left in their unsecured parking lot unlocked. The following morning when I picked up up once they were open I entered my car to see the leather seats had a layer of oil from when the mechanic drove it.To sum up they attempted to charge me 3-4 times the original quote. I never authorized anything over the original quote. Any extenuating circumstances such as a refrigerant should ve been communicated to me immediately. Under no circumstances did I give anyone permission to take my car to another facility to get work done. To top it off my car was found unlocked in their unsecured parking lot.

Dont ever buy a used vehicle from this tire shop, they "micky mouse fix" used vehicles with temporary solutions until you're screwed. They lie about fixing issues and then avoid you at every cost until you show up un person. Clowns in uniform. Save your money. DONT BUY. Also david taylor is major headache and AHOLE to deal with.

Yesterday while taking a walk outside and deep in prayer, I noticed my front left left tire was getting mighty low. Checking online I notice this business been getting excellence review, and so I went there. Problem solved . The problem was a nail was lodged in my tire. The staff was very friendly and I met two owners and they were very down to earth. Sorry I do not remember the name of the people whom I dealt with.I strongly recommend this business to anyone as I will be heading back myself

My tire blew out while visiting from NY.THESE GUYS GOT ME IN THE SAME DAY I CALLED!I decided to go with a set of 4 tores as another tire was constantly loosing air. I brought my small senior pup in his crate. They carried him around for me. They were friendly, accommodating , quick, thorough, efficient and fairly priced. Super nice guys to do business with. Kind of a rarity these days. Highly recommend!!!

I have been coming here for about two years now ,every time I come in for repair I get excellent work done by Anthony and his mechanics. They are honest and very knowledgeable of what they do.And they are very reasonable with there prices. I always come out of there feeling the work is done professionally and knowing it s done right. Express Tire and Auto saved our vacation! We were on our way from NJ to MA and started to hear a loud rumbling noise. We pulled off 95 and stopped in another service place which was too busy to help. They recommended Express. We pulled in and Jimmy was so kind and helpful. He and the owner road tested it and put it up in the lift. They ruled out tires (which are new), motor mounts ( which looked suspicious) and figured out it was a couple of broken fender clips. Got us back on the road in under an hour and didn t want to charge us (we tipped the workers of course). I cannot tell you how much it means to find a shop that has kind, competent and honest people running it. I hope their business thrives!

It's good to know that GREAT Customer Service isn't dead!I punctured my front right tire in a massive pothole on I95, car has run flat tires so no spare but this tire was ripped up and I couldn't really drive on it much more than a few miles, even as a run flat. I sat on the side of I95, about in the middle of my 350 mile journey, calling tire places. Nobody had my tire, no suggestions. But Express Tire , while not stocking my tire, said they think they had a used tire for my car if I wanted to wait on hold. I was stranded on the side of the road, so hold was fine, what else was I going to do?! Not only did they have a decent used tire of my exact size, but they took me in right away and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. But beyond that, knowing I had no options given my situation, they could have charged me whatever they wanted for that tire and I'd have had to go for it. But because of the professionalism and great business practices of Express Tire, they offered me a great price on the tire, mounting, and balancing. Awesome Experience! Buy your tires here!
