Mr. Cross is a character.... in a good way. Honest, engaging, and definitely has his customers best interest at heart.I had the opportunity to work with him for an insurance claim where the automobile was totaled and he was a strong advocate for me, I really appreciated all his help.I did have the opportunity to see the quality of his work, and it looked at or above industry standard. I will definitely use him in the future for any auto body needs.

My car got into a smash up on November 14 and today marks four months that I am still without my vehicle. For the past two months of them fixing my vehicle I would either go to the auto body shop itself and check the status of my vehicle or call them and I would always get told tomorrow it will be done every day now for the past two months. If you need your car to be fixed and need it back ASAP. I do not recommend bringing it to cross auto body. Once you hand your car to them you won t see it for 6 months-One year. I will not bring my vehicle back there to be fixed ANYMORE.
