I had my car interior detailed here, I had an issue with mice in my car when I went away for a couple of months, my car is brand new and other than the mouse droppings and smell it was pretty clean from the start.Point is that it was not a tough job to begin with in my opinion.I was disappointed to find that my cup holder still had mouse droppings and what looked like urine after my car sat there for 8 hours.I had to have the employee clean it multiple times again for it to finally be clean.When I voiced my concerns to the manager Luis I was not met with ANY accountability, he simply stated people make mistakes, which I do not disagree with but as a paying customer I expect that the service I pay for is up to par when I pick up my car, I had places to be and waiting for my car to once again be cleaned after sitting there for 8 hours is ridiculous.I think a supervisor needs to check these cars before calling a customer to come pick up the car, otherwise you end up with dissatisfied customers like myself.Service: Auto detailing

Usually don't go with a nice car, but I did. They didn't do a good job at all. Part of wash was wipe dash. They did not even dust dash. Must have been a rock in the rails or something because it made 3 random marks on edge of my wheel. So ir basically cost me hundreds to go here. The tire shine the put on was dirty. Left brown dirty tire shine up.side of my car that I has to clean off. Also made my wheels dirtier than when I came in. DON'T BOTHER. TOUCHLESS BETTER. Saved me hundreds until I went here...

Every time I go here & pay $30+ and leave a tip I always leave disappointed. Time and time again I give this car wash another chance and it s just not worth it anymore. They do not care about the work they put out at all. Leaving soap all over the outside of the car, leaving spray dripping down the interior of my rear window. What a joke. Not worth it at all

For a $35.00 wash, I expect better. There are too many watermarks left on windows and after I left realized tires did not get dressed.

Great place to get your car washed. Quick and efficient. Other services are great too. I've had my car detailed there and their monthly plans are worth it too.

The worst car wash I have ever gotten in my entire life! Literally could have saved 30$ and washed it myself. They didn t prewash it correctly either, so now I have a ton of tiny scratches on my brand new car. I should ve taken more pictures but I ran home to rewash it inside and out as well as re-vacuum. Save yourself the headache and steer clear from here.

I ve been a member here for 3 years, I come through at least once a week and always have the best car wash experience. I get a full detail once or twice a year. It s totally worth it!! my vehicles are professionally cared for and I m so thankful for everyone that works on the team here!

Theyre always very nice and helpful, but i had egg on my car and they didnt get it all off. Now i have to wash it myself. Pretty disappointed.

I ve been here several times over the years and always had a fantastic experience with the full detail package! Most recently was just 2 weeks ago. I called in advance and they fit me in on a busy Sunday morning. Shampooed all fabric seats & carpets with total interior clean feels like a new car again for under $100 including tax! Even removed some old bumper stickers and window decals no extra charge .Highly recommend - but call for an appointment as they are busy.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Last time I when to do the Oil Change on my car, they forgot their Ryobi flashlight right next to the battery, I drove my car for more than a week before I noticed that the car started to make noise, that s dangerous

I was on vacation and the place I booked to get my truck detailed canceled on me, but I took my truck here and they did a fabulous job. They were professional and helpful. There wasn t a single person I interacted with that being wasn t going above and beyond for me. I went here first thing Saturday morning 2/19/22 and I noticed that one of the employees stole a flashlight that was on my visor it wasn't expensive only around 6 dollars but I don't want to deal with thieves the one on the passenger side was left alone.........Response from the ownerHi sorry about that maybe he might of hit it with head getting in or out car . You should have asked supervisors or check around seat area. We don t have stealing problems..The light was very secure no one could have hit it with their head and even if they could have it would not have fallen out. Your response is ridiculous and I did look around the truck and nope it was gone! You may not have stealing problems but your customers do...

This is our only express option in town but with that being said they do not do a thorough job on the inside even for an express place. We ve had our car fully detailed here and that was excellent but the rush job leaves a lot to be desired. The guys are nice and will always go back in and re-wipe the areas that they missed but a bummer to have to ask.

They do a decent job. Maybe service is a little too quick as it looks like the back seat wasn't vaccummed and the interior wipe is spotty at best.

I brought my car here yesterday . April 4th. 2023.when I left I noticed my leather seats were dirty. The console was dirty and sticky. The floor was not vacuumed so great . For 23$ and a 5$ tip I had to come home and clean it myself. If I didn t have an appointment I would have drove back there. I think they rush the cars to get more in. Will not go back there again. I ve heard other people complain about this place too.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Brought my truck there for just a quick was. I recently had clay bar and paint corrected the entire thing. When it came out the other side there was a million scratches in it. They are great! I felt that they were giving me personal care which they did. I would recommend it to take your car to Branford Car Wash. They are wonderful.

A lot of guys working on the car but missed a lot of spots. I got "the works" but don't see the tires as any different from when I went in. Overall I would go back but wont be getting the higher priced services. Adjusting down to 1 star. Just looked at car again. The nose of the car looks like it was never washed. Extremely disappointed at this point. Not going back again after spending $27 for a lousy job. UPDATE: I went back. They were apologetic. I asked for a re-wash which they gave me. They paid much closer attention this time. I am satisfied.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

They do a fair job cleaning your car here. My biggest gripe is the ridiculous line you have to wait in to get your car washed. I can't even count the amount of times I drove there just to drive right out. It's a decent wash, but not worth the 45 minute wait I have to endure seemingly every time I go there.Just for reference, the last 6 times I have gone, I have driven right out without getting a wash. And that is during the week on a random Monday/Tuesday morning. I won't even attempt to go on the weekends because the line backs up all the way to the street and down Route 1.Unfortunately, they seem to be the only game in town that offers a decent wash. Every other car wash in Branford is complete trash.If the waiting period weren't an issue, they would get 4 stars from me.Services: Tires, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Signed up for the monthly plan they do a decent job. They forgot to unfold the mirrors on one of the washes and I didn't notice till I pulled out onto rte 1. Only real issue is the wait times are a bit long. Have left line more than once because of it.

For over 24 years, I have been going to this place for oil changes and car washes. The other day was the last straw for me, I wanted a car wash and vacuum without a tire shine. When my car came out the wheels were very dirty, but wet. I stated to the attendant " Is there any way they could do a better job on my wheels?" His response was "What wash did you buy?" When I told him the $20 one he replied that the wheels do not get done at that level, I needed to get "The Works" (which includes tire shine). My response back was that I knew it was going tor rain this week so I didn't need the tire shine, does that mean the wheels do not get cleaned? His answer was "No, they don't do the wheels, your car came in this dirty, I don't make the rules here, sorry. You shouldn't have waited this long"So essentially are you buying layers of clean? If you car has 3 layers of dirt and you buy 2 layers of clean, do you drive away with a still dirty car? If you don't want/purchase tire shine, your wheels don't get cleaned either? By the way, I had to vacuum the car when I got home again, only the most common spots like floor mats were done. Guess you need to purchase Express Detail to get a more thorough vacuum job I suppose.

We ve been using them for a few years now but this time my wife went to get her oil changed and by the time she got home the car was making a noise. She went back and someone didn t tighten the filter or something. 3 weeks later her car is making the same weird noise as well oil is leaking out. We will not take it back as they might make it worse and we will definitely won t be giving them our business. Also they are doing a HORRIBLE job when it comes to cleaning your car.Service: Oil change

It was all around an "okay" experience. I got the extreme works service. The exterior polish was pretty good, but there are tons of hand/fingerprints all over the exterior of the car. The inside was cleaned a little bit and the vacuuming job got about 60% of the sand/dirt on the floor/trunk. Ill probably try somewhere else first next time, but it was okay enough for a winter wash to just get the salt off. $30 was a bit expensive for me to have to go home and clean off fingerprints, get streaks off of the windshield and finish vacuuming though.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I have been getting my car wash and very happy with the results and service so I decided try them for an oil change. It was a Saturday afternoon. I pulled into a spot for lube parking, waited and waited watching technicians looking at me and talking away like I wasn't there, finally one technician came to the back of the car he was working on and I said, Hello I need an oil change, rudely he said WHAT! I repeated and asked how long. There was one car sitting waiting parked next to me and two in the bay. He said Hour to an hour and a half, I said there is only one car waiting, with that he said rudely he had a bunch of cars waiting in the back lot. Walked away and laughed. I then left upset for the way I was treated and not believing a word he said. I decided to call, spoke to a women and told her what just happened, her response was who told you that? I describe who it was, with that she said there hasn't been an hour and a half wait for two hours, he told you wrong. With that I asked to talked to an owner, Jose got on the phone and I explained what just took place. He defended his worker and told me his staff was not rude and really had no answer for me. It just showed me why his staff was rude and why I was best taking my business elsewhere.

Purchased the $20 car wash and was assured the inside windows would be cleaned along with the Dashboard and center console. My first mistake was driving off without checking everything, when I got home, I discovered the windows were hardly touched (red lint all over the inside windshield, the dashboard and console were not clean at all. This is the second time I tried this business and the second time I am so disappointed. Will not be shopping here in the future. the employees were quite friendly, especially the gentleman that greets you when you pull at the drive - thru. Service was awful, should have known taking 5 - 10 minutes was not long enough to do a good job.

Been using for a while, for 22 bucks you have a very clean car, Inside and out! Plus they move you thru line very fast. If you live nearby, monthly fee is a good deal.

The woman working the counter was very rude. She refused to help me with my issue in a very transparent attempt to upsell and charge more money. While I was waiting I heard her loudly complaining about her coworkers and observed other customers unhappy with the service. One other person stands out. She apparently was called in after being told her car is ready only to find it not ready.The gentlemen working in the back were polite and helpful.Service: Oil change
