Customer service was over the top! Very responsive even after hours ( whoops) they made my transition fast and seamless into my dream Yukon diesel!! Thank you Edgar for your patience and attention to detail and answering all my questions and Chris for wrapping things up so quickly and being such a delight to converse with. I will definitely recommend to others ( already have). 100% worth my 2 hr drive from MA.

Michael D Angelo was very helpful! I went in thinking I was going to buy one car, and quickly realized it wasn t the right one for me. I ended up with a wonderful new car at a great price and I m very happy. The dealership could use a bit of updating, but that s no reflection on the great team they have there! Would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future. We drove an hour to get there. Worth the trip.

Both Bobs were great working on my car. I brought it to Chevy of Milford prior to bringing it to this shop and Chevy ripped me off and couldn t figure out the problem they falsely diagnosed my car. As soon as I brought it here Bob reassured me that they will figure out the problem and get it fixed. He did exactly that. Being a woman it s hard going to a shop and feeling like you re constantly getting ripped off. But this was not the case, the communication was spot on, I felt comfortable knowing that they would get exactly what I need done. In which they did. Great job fellas! I highly recommend Tremonte Blasius of Branford. Their service department is worth the drive! We need more Service Departments that have open communication with their customers.

WOW! What an amazing dealership!!! We live in NY and found this GMC 1500 Denali and called over and spoke to Alex. They were closing up but he took the time to take all my info down and told me he would call me tomorrow. First thing in the morning he called and went over every question and opinion I had. I didn't want to lose out on the truck since I couldn't just drive over quickly to see it. He did a video walk through with me and really went above and beyond for us. He was patient, not pushy at all, and he stayed in constant communication with us. He was so busy with other customers but never once made me wait or feel like I was less important just cause I wasn't in the same state. When we finally made it over to the dealership again WOW the customer service was amazing. Alex greeted us at the door, didn't make us wait for anything. The truck was ready and waiting, paperwork ready no nonsense at all. I expected to be there forever and they all made it so easy and smooth for us. The finance manager Chris was also amazing! Not pushy at all and didn't try to upsell us the world that we didn't need. He was also patient and had everything ready and we were literally in and out. No hidden fees everything was explained in detail and he also went above and beyond to help us prior to getting there. I will definitely give them more business they totally deserve it. I promise you won't be disappointed going here. Everyone was so amazing and so friendly. Ask for ALEX he's the best!!

I just bought a new vehicle from Blasius GMC and, unlike most car purchase experiences, it was easy. Michael D Angelo, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions. After I made my decision, Michael walked me through the paperwork and made sure I was happy with the price and the extras. After that, a smooth transition to their business manager, Joey Posa. Mr. Posa made the numbers work and got me a better deal than my own bank. He also explained all of the warranty options and didn t push anything on me. Once the deal was inked, Mr. D Angelo took the time to show every feature on my vehicle and got me all setup. Although I live in northern Connecticut, the drive to Branford was worth it as my last GMC experience in Vernon was terrible. If you are looking for a great vehicle and a stress-free buying experience, go to Blasius.

Absolutely love the vehicle that I got from them. It is used but it is in great condition compared to used vehicles offered at other places. The car salesman Alex and the sales manager Joey were great to work with. Both very easy going and they didn t not pressure me. Joey was great about helping me finance the car at a payment I could afford. I d buy a vehicle here again.

Blasius GMC in Branford is a newer location from my understanding. The sales department was very professional and to the point. Edgar was my salesman and I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was extraordinary. I absolutely love my truck I purchased from them and will continue business with them in the future.

Upon entering the dealership, Edgar was very attentive to providing exactly what I asked for. I was able to look at the car, thoroughly, test drive the car, put a car seat in to see the fit of it all, spend time checking out the computer system all while Edgar gave me some space. Both sales and financial departments were a breeze to work with, everything went smoothly, and we are very happy with our new family vehicle.

Buying a commercial box truck from them was flawless. Living 700 miles away, Chris and Edgar were amazing. They used a company called mavsign and had the paperwork done and deal done in less than a week for my business in CT. I highly recommend this dealership, honest and trust worthy. Chris and Edgar were a pleasure to do business with and Ken was great too! Any issues I had with the used truck, they fixed with no questions. 10 stars!!!

My experiences have always gone beyond my expectations!Service has been consistently excellent under current management. The Service Department continues to provide excellent customer services & support. They will always figure out a way to meet my needs in a timely fashion & it is much appreciated. Honestly, it is the primary reason I continue to utilize your service department. In addition, folks have a generally cheerful attitude which brightens up an otherwise dull experience!!!

I asked them to do a wheel, four-wheel alignment, change the oil and put new software in the entertainment system because my phone was not always connecting. They completed 66% of the job. They change the oil and they put new software in the entertainment system no wheel alignment car still out of alignment and they screwed up my running board on the driver side. It s all loose now. When I step on it makes noise. very unhappy with the service. I ll never go back there ever not if you pay me.

Had an awesome experience buying my new 2024 GMC Sierra. Worked with the sales with Mike and finance stuff with Chris and they were so helpful and patient with my million questions through the whole process. Won t be buying another new truck tomorrow but when it comes time some day I ll for sure be going back.

The service side is very pleasant to deal with. The sales side is okay. When I first reached out for the truck we were buying I had a gentleman answer the phone before operating hours and convinced us to come take a look at the truck. They gave me to a different salesmen when I arrived which as a sales person myself this did not sit well with me. Nevertheless, they got us the truck we needed and have taken care of me on the service side since then.

My sons car had a timing chain break and was originally towed to the nearest garage but we were not familiar with them. So we had it towed to a recommended garage who diagnosed it but could not do the work so it was then towed to Blasius. We are so happy to have our car back and fixed. The communication from Blasius was great, the work and the price quoted were spot on and they squeezed my sons car into the work load even though they were two weeks out with other cars. This was a big fix and a lot of work and we feel that the entire process was honest and exactly what they predicted. This was a very positive experience. Thank you so much!!

Scam artists.Not even 2 months in and having issues with the truck. Randomly will be dead yet it s a brand new battery and all the connections are tight. Radio will randomly reset itself while driving. Brought it for service after leaving multiple voicemails and messages with the secretary for a call back to no avail. Got it serviced, finally, they said they reprogrammed the radio but couldn t find the other issue. 30 minutes after leaving, radio turns off again on its own. Called and left yet another voicemail. Guess I shouldn t wait for a call back. Now when I bring it back in, I won t have a vehicle for work again because they will not give out a loaner. Is Blasius going to pay my mortgage? Probably not. This issue will now be dealt with the dealers and repairers division of motor vehicles. This is also what came out from under the truck and wheel wells after they sold me the vehicle. Are they going to pay for my undercoating? Once again, probably not. Frame was filled with mud and rocks, yet it somehow passed their safety inspection. DO NOT buy from here2nd edit. Dealership reset the computer showing new brakes. 2.5 months later, my pads and rotors need to be replaced. This dealership cuts corners and deceives the consumer any way that they can. Dealership will not work with me on replacing front pads and rotors. Another reason not to buy from here.

This dealership is one of the best in the northeast, I purchased a truck here with Ken in sales and he made the process go quickly and smooth, the price was very reasonable as well. I have to say, I'll definitely be going here to buy my next vehicles!

Bought a used corvette and on the way home the transmission blew. Also live wires directly from the battery shorted in the trunk and major water leaks from the removable top that they said was water tested. Got over 15 codes in the computer on the way home. Radio is dead.Called them and the only answer I got was, "if we knew we wouldn't have sold it, good luck".Also a pulse system for the brake lights to flash was supposed to be installed on the car, that I didn't want but was told it's installed on all there cars was never installed. Charged $495, they refunded $299. Upsale rip-off. Can buy it on Amazon for $30.Funny how everyone is so nice and friendly until you sign the papers and you can actually see them treat you differently.And yes I did sign the "as is" form but damn not even some help on a deal I got screwed with.Your choice if you would like to do business with them. "Goodluck"Update 4/4/2024. Finally saved enough for repairs. Cost me $6500 for my transmission rebuilt with replacement of electronics and computer flash. $500 for weatherstripping to stop all the leaks. Still repairs to be made and still haven't heard a word from Blasius GMC.
