The owner Jared is a GREAT guy, competitive pricing.I am a Very picky person when it comes to my vehicles, Jared and his Crew at B&B Performance never disappoint.Customer service is A++Great communication!1/21/21I just had a question for Jared.After talking for a couple of minutes he had a solution.I can't say enough about the customer service that B&B provides!

I support small business fully. However, some of the items here are outrageously overpriced. I understand it's hard to make profit. But it is down right price gouging. Especially since the AN fuel fittings are available in same quality for 20% of B&Bs price online. Save your money and shop online. Customer service was dismal. Not sure if they were just in a bad mood but for a preformance shop they were pretty snobby.

I have been going to B&B for a very long time. Get your aftermarket performance parts, regular parts, accessories and detailing products and much more! Great place that has been in business for a long time!

The salesman at the counter was very helpful. Knowledgeable. And was honest he could have sold me something I didn't necessarily need but suggested otherwise. He did do a wonderful search of parts they've got a lot of neat stuff in the store display

They are very helpful. They have paper catalogs that you can find stuff that you want much faster than on line. Sure you can find what you are exactly looking for. Or the search comes up that there is no such thing. Paper catalog will show you something that might work cause it's 0.25mm different size. Good people and bright positive attitude, cause no one wants to deal with little drama queen.

Jared was absolutely amazing! I wanted to surprise my husband with a bed cover while his truck was in the autobody shop. Jared helped me pick the best one to meet our needs and made it happen. I was so thankful how simple he made the transaction. He even called the autobody shop to work out details and make the delivery. Previously, I was looking online, and I was so grateful to find Jared (B&B Performance) and use someone local. Thank you for making this happen! He was so (read sooooooooooooo) happy!

This place has been nothing but clutch for my shop in Wallingford. They offer a wide variety of aftermarket parts that you can't typically get at the local chain part stores. It's worth the drive to us in Branford as their really isnt a solid option for aftermarket parts stores in our immediate area. Guys are super knowledgeable behind the desk and are always their to help. Would 100% recommend.

I have been to B&B Performance three times in the last six months to get lights replaced on my Subaru. Both headlights and both taillights needed the bulbs replaced. The materials were inexpensive, but the service was invaluable. I'm inept at all things automotive and the guys at B&B have taken the time to come out and install the bulbs for me. It's the little things like this that make for a loyal customer.

Horrendous service from both Staff and Owner. I went in to get a multi part installation. Purchased a "supposed" top of the line Roll & Lock tonnueae cover for my new 2017 Chevy Silverado that was to be installed by B&B Performance. Initial install left tonnueae cover with out opening but human installationerror is acceptable. What is not acceptable is the fact that I was received by angry Staff and an even more antagonistic Owner after being forced to make a second 1 hour trip back to this location as I am based out of lower Fairfield county.After much difficulty, the installation issue was resolved.Now, after 3 month from the installation, the cover has locked and will not open. On top of this, it has opened on one exterior edge leaving a 1/2" exposure for water to freely enter my bed. Again, human installation error is acceptable. But when I gave B&B a call to address the issue for a 3rd time. I was again received by an uncomposed Owner. Accusing me of tempering the bed myself in an attempt to void warranties. The lack of consideration and service this company has offered to me is beyond belief. I was told by the Owner that the only solution would be to contact Roll & Lock personally as they would not personally offer a solution.So now after a $1,800 tonneau cover install, 2 poorly executed installations, a broken tonneau cover, and an unforgettable lack of service to a client, I will never go back here again. And I will strongly recommend you look elsewhere as well!Sincerely,Ed Cortes

Great service! I bought the wrong headlight bulb and when I went to return it, the guy helped me out and put the correct replacement bulb in and put back the old high beam bulb for me!!! Thank you very much!
