I Bring ALL my vehicles here for after market add ones. Weather it be side rail step UPS, muffler upgrade and/or difficult bull bar add ones etc... each time these guys are polite professional and treat your vehicle as if it's their own. I am ALWAYS impressed by their work. To the owner, and guys who work/worked on my truck... thanks again for another amazing job. I will ALWAYS recommend this business.... They get 10 stars not 5.

Al Mac is top-notch! I came here with my girlfriend to find her a car and the process couldn't have been easier. Dan is the sales guy and he treated us with so much kindness and respect even with less than perfect credit. Dan is a good guy with a good heart and just wants to make an honest deal with his customers. Inventory here is impressive and the repair shop is really nice. Will be a repeat customer for years to come. Thanks guys!

My husband and I had such an awesome experience buying a wrangler at Al Macs Motors! We were first time buyers and Dan made the process seamless. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We will be using their services for years to come. We would highly recommend this auto shop!

In November I decided to buy my first jeep. My biggest regret is the fact I wasted so much time driving a Subaru and i missed out on the jeep experience... a Subaru is just a car... a jeep is a lifestyle which is the corniest thing I can say, however if you bought one it would make sense. I never had any passion for jeeps, but now im.all about it..The owners unfortunately dealt with me as a buyer. I'm not generally a bad client... we all have our days and i was not easy to work with. ... throughout the process they were professional and helpful even though I probably didn't deserve it.They have an incredible inventory of jeeps to choose from. Going to AL Macs was the best place to buy a jeep from.If you buy a jeep anywhere else, you messed up.

My wife just had an amazing experience at Al Mac Motors II. She took in a Jeep Liberty that we had purchased privately. It needed a minor repair. The manager informed her of the most cost effective way to solve the problem, and then fixed it on the spot. He could have replaced unnecessary parts and upcharged her, but he did not. We will definitely be bringing our business there in the future.

In 2021, my wife and I bought two JKs from AL Mac Motors. Initially, we were excited about being Jeep owners. This was my second Wrangler and my wife's first. The first problem I noticed was that my top would whistle while driving. Upon closer inspection, I realized the top didn't truly fit this particular Jeep. I also found screws missing from the top's support structure. I noticed the rear window was tinted and didn't like to zip up fully. The rest of the soft top windows were not tinted. This should have been a red flag, but I was excited to own another Jeep and didn't think too much about it. When I did finally replace the top, I realized the top that was on it when I bought it was not actually for my Jeep and had been crudely rigged to fit. The new top fit perfectly. A few months later, I started seeing my "Check Engine" light light go on and off. I took it to a recommended mechanic who found several sensors wired incorrectly and in one instance in the wrong place and crossthreaded. I ended forking out another couple of thousand dollars to have it replaced.Just a week after I bought mine, my wife wanted one. We went back to Al Mac Motors, not yet realizing the problems mine had. The Jeep she bought had severe leaking issues with the top. We took it back, and their solution was to pack the door frame with some sort of putty. This worked for about a week, and the roof continued to leak. Once again, we have to replace the mismatched top to solve the problem. We had also replaced all the door seals prior to replacing the top. The doors never seemed to close properly.Today, we traded it in, and the dealership let us know there was frame damage, which explains why the doors don't close properly.Needless to say, neither one of us can recommend buying anything from Al Mac Motors. They buy broken Jeeps, throw together whatever they need too to put it on the lot, and wait for unsuspecting suckers like us. Putting lipstick on a pig.You have been warned!!!!!

I can t thank Wayne and everyone at Al Mac s enough for all of their help with my car this week. I heard a concerning noise that would only intermittently happen and Wayne stopped what he was doing to check it out. He realized my caliper wasn t bolted to my brake (which is apparently insanely dangerous). He pulled cars out of the shop that he was working on to fix it immediately for me. Not only are these mechanics phenomenal at what they do, they re genuinely kind people. I ll only get my car serviced from here from now on.

They are not trustworthy. I bought a jeep from them and the Jeep had MAJOR issues and they found a way to turn off the engine light and sold it to us. They never said anything about the condition it was in. Weeks later we started having issues with the Jeep and took it to the mechanic, and it cost over $2k to fix it. I do not recommend Al Mac Motors to anyone. We are very disappointed with our purchase and was ripped off.

Just had a great experience with Wayne Sr, Wayne Jr and Dave. I purchased a used Wrangler hard top at a very fair price and they treated me like I just purchased a brand new car. They even helped install it. Incredibly helpful and courteous. I live 50 miles away and am pretty darn certain this is where I will be bringing my jeep when it needs service. Thank you guys, you earned a new customer by delivering old fashioned service.

Fast forward two years later: the absolute best service, prices & knowledge~ only 2nd time needing to come in for some routine/necessary maintenance & i always get treated w respect~ I ll always be loyal to Wayne Sr & Jr~ my Jeep service & purchases will always only go through them!!Just bought my dream Jeep yesterday! The buying experience was very comfortable & honest. It was highly recommended by many friends in the community to do business with Wayne Sr & Wayne Jr! I look forward to many loyal years getting my Jeep serviced by them & doing business with them!

Really excellent and fast service all around. Wayne was very professional and did exactly what he promised. His shop, Lot, and office is clean and organized. Price was very fair and whole experience was painless. Really no other place to go for your Jeep service in my opinion.

I went in to see their inventory of Jeeps. They had a nice selection to choose from and I narrowed it down to two. The owners were professional and pleasant to talk too. They took good care of me in getting a loan quickly. I was into a Jeep by the next day, very prompt on getting my paperwork done. I highly recommend them for your Jeep needs.

The best Jeep dealer around. Good people service after the sale.Update on this dealer. I made an appointment for a large job to be done on my Jeep. I dropped off the Jeep at the scheduled time. One week later they called me and said they were so busy they hadn't worked on the Jeep. They reassured me they would be getting it in next to get done. I said I understood they were short of help. The next week they still hadn't touched it. So with an appointment the Jeep sat for 2 weeks. They never touched it. Then the owner told me to come pick it up he couldn't get the job done. They lost my business and I can't recommend that anyone else go there either.

If you own a jeep and have any questions about it or need any work done Wayne Jr is simply the best at what he does. I went to jeep dealership, even got a transmission i Did not need and still had problems. Went to al mac 30mins later my problem was fixed . I will never go anywhere else to fix my jeep again. Al mac only!!!

Would recommend Al mac to anyone looking for a jeep! Got one from them in November and ended up in a accident and they got me in another one in no time with no struggle! Family business and they do a great job with all your Jeep needs!

Best service I have ever had. I have bought 6 Jeeps from Al Mac in the past two years and would only ever go to them for a wrangler and or service for my vehicle. On several occasions I showed up without calling needed help and they helped me immediately. Love these guys

I recently purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty from Wayne Sr and his son Wayne Jr. They treated me as though I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Their service was great and I love my Jeep. They made sure the vehicle was completely ready for me to drive. They are a definite (5) star operation.

Nice guys, good selection of Jeeps. All smiles until there is a problem. At which point the outright lies and 'repairs' begin (still behind nice smiles). Do not trust the sales spiel. Take it to another mechanic before you buy - a cardinal rule I unfortunately did follow. Why? I made the mistake of trust. Typical used car tactics from a family that perfected them selling the ultimate in problem cars: AMC.

Al Mac Motors simply goes above and beyond. Hubby and I are longtime patrons and we're continually impressed at the craftsmanship and care that goes into the work these guys do. Recently, Hubby surprised me with a (very much-needed) interior & exterior truck detail and they knocked it out of the park so hard three weeks later she's still lookin' like a beaut and brand new. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!!

Yesterday my credit card got stuck in one of the gas pumps across the street from Al Mac Motors - The attendant (who also was waiting on tons of other customers) tried in vain to get my card out- resetting the pump again and again yet my card remained stuck int he pump. I asked everyone i could find whether they had pliers and no one did. Extremely frustrating and we were already late for a picnic we needed to get to 2 hours away. In a desperate attempt I crossed the street to Al Mac Motors to see if they would lend me some pliers and a super nice guy handed me not only one but two pairs - I was able to free may card immediately, fill my car and get on my way. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to them for repair. The shop was spotless and the staff amazing. Thanks again guys! Can't tell you how much I appreciated your help!

Bought my jeep there. Great service and attention to detail. Wayne Sr. Has a hospitable personality and went out of his way to make the deal a rewarding experience...so I thought. Never, ever have I been treated and talked down to over a minor defect problem with a tire. Literally accused me of hitting something which if I did, I'd own. No scuff Mark's on the tire or rim...surveillance camera at the gas station shows them putting air in it and it blew. Maybe a bad day for Wayne Jr. but I didnt deserve to be treated disrespectfully. He was very argumentative and when i finally told him what i thought of him, he wanted an apology. Since i openly came out with this I've gotten an ear full from others about bad experiences as well. Good luck dealing with attitude n disrespect especially when you're investing your cash into a part of your future necessity.

Genuinely good people who know their work inside and out. An eye for attention to detail and treats your vehicle as if they were driving it. Quick service as well. I took my Tacoma in for work and they communicate with you throughout the process and update on the timeline for completion. Couldn t of asked for a better experience.
