I have been coming to Bolton motors for quite a few years. Chase and his team does everybody very well they've been maintaining my cars . The cost is very reasonable compared to other garages that I've been to over the years and I'm nearly 60 years old so I appreciate the locally owned business instead of a large corporation that doesn't care about little people . These guys always have a smile on their face and have never done me wrong over all the years that I've been using them ,I feel very safe driving my cars anywhere thank you very much Bolton motors you are the best . THIS PLACE BEWARE I HAD A 2011 RAV 4 THEY CHARGED ME OVER 600 FOR 02 SENSORS LIGHT STAYED THE SAME I BROUGHT IT TO TOYOTA DEALEAR ND I WAS TOLD BOLTON MOTORS INSTALL WRONG 02 SENSOR ON MY RAV 4

We have been going to Bolton Motors for at least 40 years now. We have bought a few trucks...and a couple of cars along the way plus many repairs of all kinds from brakes, leaks, tires and tune ups and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend this shop of honest men who really care to do the best job for you. Thanks Bolton Motors for all you do!

Get a second opinion about extra work thats recommended. Went in recently for tires and was told that my inner tie rods were bad, it was recommended that I change both the inners and outers (I was told that it would be almost $1,000 to do because the entire rack would have to come out, which is not true. tie rods can be changed by just jacking up the front end and pulling the wheels). I believed them, but after taking a look myself one had a very minimal amount of play and the other side had none. Can't say I'm going to be back after that. I almost do feel bad about even saying this because they seem like very nice peopleService: Tires

Car was in for a transmission leak, Ed and his crew quickly took the car in and diagnosed a bad front seal in the transmission.The transmission had to be removed to fix the problem.The seal was replaced, transmission serviced, tested and checked and everything back in order in 2 days.Thank you guys. Recommended for peace of mind.

I haven t gone to the garage portion of this but do not go here if you are looking for cars. Very unprofessional and they do not offer financing options, you have to figure that out on your own.

Got my catalytic converter fixed along with my tires done. They messed up on both of them (two different cars) within the whole year last year. Engine light by kept turning on, kept making weird noises, sounded like things were loose, etc. Went different auto mechanic place and was told it wasn t fixed. I brought my car in about late June, early August 2021. At the time of writing, December 9th, 2021, the issue has only gotten worse. The original issue persists (albeit less intense) as well as a host of new problems cropping up.Initially we were quoted only about 300 dollars, mercifully being told we would be charged for the parts and labor that didn't work. That promise evaporated when he thought he figured it out and we were charged nearly 700 dollars more. Even more issues cropped up. The car is even less usable, as it's now switched over to kilometers, has no radio function, and the battery issue that nearly killed it has cropped up yet again.I cannot recommend Bolton Motors after this mess. It's been a long several months and it feels like i paid over a thousand dollars for functionally nothing.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

I stopped in today for a tire rotation and I was very impressed with the service personnel and the quality of their product and the way they handled themselves The cost of the service was more then reasonable. I was very surprised on how well my wife was treated , the shop was more then fair on labor and parts costs( they could have charged me much more based on several factors and didn t!) I would highly recommend this shop, by far the most professional and honest in the area.This was a big job and everything is as it should be.

I used Bolton Motors for brakes, rotors, and an oil change for the first time. My email/calls were answered promptly, all questions answered, and if something else was needed on my car I was called, explained the situation, and was given a price. I worked with Ed on this. Wonderful customer service! I will be using them again for future work!Thank you Bolton Motors for giving me a pleasant experience!

I bring my vehicles to Bolton Motors and they are WONDERFUL! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of like I have with the big box car repair companies. I am always greeted with such a warm welcome. What I appreciate most is the fact that I am included in every decision that is made before the work is done and they really take the time to explain what is going on. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I wouldn't suggest you do either. Try them they are wonderful!!!!!

Great experience several times. Recently had an issue with my Pick up truck Fisher plow controller, acting erratically and a snow storm was predicted for the following day. Manger "Ed" said bring in right in. A couple hours later, got a call and the repair was complete, wiring issues found by technicians. Next day was back to plowing as planned, thank you Ed! Always courteous and helpful with the customers time in mind.

Easy purchase. However, this car is a nightmare. So much wrong with the suspension. Test drive and inspection reveal no defect. But boy was I wrong. Spend over $1500 already changing many things from shocks to sway bar links to control arm and ball joint and still so many knocking sounds. Stay away from the cars. They are all auction cars with clean title. Mine said clean title but was in a fender bender which was never reports. So many things wrong with this car. I wish I can return it. Dave and Susan might look honest and sweet talk you, but make sure you test drive your car for over 10 miles and away from Bolton. Take it a ghetto neighborhood with bad streets and go over all the bumpiest roads to reveal any defects. Wish I did that. All we did was test drive it on Bolton smooth roads.

I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know and advise anyone else to not waste your time. Made an appointment to come in and have my winter tires put on. When I got to the shop, someone came out and just told me "yeah, we can't do them." and then proceeded to turn around and walk back inside without any explanation. I was shocked to say the least. I didn't bother going inside because that interaction was enough for me to not want them touching my car. They came off as rude an unprofessional.

The work they did on our car was the absolute minimum that they could have gotten away with. They tried getting my significant other to purchase extra services for her vehicle that was not necessary. She spent hundreds of extra dollars because she did not understand what they were trying to sell her. We do not trust them. They are getting two stars because the work they did for us was done correctly. However their honor is questionable.

I'd bought a car in FL and forgot the DMV registration list of items includes emissions testing - I had an DMV appt at 11AM that morning! Having come to Bolton Motors for other matters, I rushed in at 8AM/fully prepared to beg them to fit me in. Luckily, there was only 1 person in front of me/I was in and out in 20 mins. Everyone is friendly & professional - I live in Bolton and hope others support this great local business.Service: Exhaust

A great auto shop that does quality work with integrity. Ed is great at what he does and he runs a tight ship. The staff are qualified to handle pretty much any car you bring in from Lambo's (yes!?) to classic cars and your average Toyota (what I have!) :) I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys are great. Needed my rear suspension fixed on my 98 Volvo called them up and was told tobring it right in, no waiting for and appointment and their courteous staff got the job done in no time flat at a price that couldn't be beat.

The folks here are great. I had quite a round of trouble with my older truck and they got the problems solved. I appreciated that they were able to keep me up to date on the schedule for ordering parts parts and completing service

Brought my vehicle here 3 times & as they sealed my leaking tire each time. Failed to tell me my rim was CRACKED. After bringing it to tires international that is what they told me & it was dangerous driving like that. Never again coming here.
