I was involved in an accident Saturday and they ended up towing my car from the site. The whole thing has been a nightmare to deal with, but Speed Demons made their part of this extremely easy. Told me exactly what I needed to do, who I needed to call and were very helpful when I showed up to get my belongings out of the remains of the vehicle. I hope no one needs towing services, especially for something like this, but if/when you do I would recommend them if you're in an area that makes it judicious to do so.Thanks to the gentlemen working today who made this so efficient and simple for me, I appreciate the assistance more than you'll ever know!

We had a truck stuck in the mud and were on a time crunch. They came within 30 minutes and had the truck out within 15. Their price was also about half of what others in the Hartford area quoted us. Highly recommend!

Great service! Rob found a great set of pipes for my bike. Erik did an amazing job installing the exhaust and power commander. They got it done quickly and below estimated cost! The bike runs great, sounds awesome, and tears up the streets with the added power!

They picked my bike up on a Sunday evening, when I was broken down on the highway. The repairs and upgrades were a vast improvement and the service and prices were much better than a dealership. They have created a trusted customer in me.

Love this place people are really friendly and i did not even have work done there i just need them to move a flatbead truck that was in the way off me making the turn since i was driving a semi truck behind there shop thx guys

They store your bike for the winter, maintain the battery, treat the fuel and perform a safety check as well as any other service you may need. What shop does that?! This one! Rob seems awesome to deal with. Super professional and knowledgeable. They Def won a new customer over. I'll be coming here from MA, about 30 minutes away from me from now on for any and everything I need for my bike. Thank you! It's really hard to find a reliable shop in the area for motorcycles but from the moment you step in the door all you get is good vibes! Looking forward to getting more work done here in the future!

I definitely found my new shop! Possibly one of the best experiences I've had at a bike shop. Had tires installed and an oil change done, during their busy season. My bike was ready in a 1 and 1/2 days. Three and a half days sooner than quoted. When I picked it up it was washed and ready to go. Of all the places I've used my bike has never been washed by anybody but me. I would highly recommend giving Rob and Speed Demon Cycles a shot.Services: Tires, Oil change

This place was amazing. Emailed them after 5pm on Saturday. Got a response practically instantly and had an appointment 1st thing on Monday. Rob handled everything so professionally and we had our baby back in less than an hour. Great service, great prices. Even got some great recommendations for places to visit while here in the CT area. I had high hopes for this shop because of the high reviews but was overall disappointed with my experience. I took my 1999 VFR800 in for a valve check/adjustment and a service. I was told by Rob (owner) or Eric that the pickup was free because of the work I was getting done. I went over my receipt after picking up the bike to see a $80 charge for pickup. I asked Rob about the charge and he told me that pickups are only free if you spend more than $1000.00 (my charge was a little over $900). I was not informed of this stipulation. The best Rob could do was a $80 store credit. I was not happy with this and he refused to credit my card. On top of all of this they had my bike for close to a month. I asked them to inspect the brakes, informed them that the rear brake barely worked and it still barely works. Eric did not know that the bike was not Vtec even after I gave him the year make and model. Saying that he needed the VIN # to verify if it was Vtec or not, which is incorrect (you can know by the year/generation). I would not recommend this shop.

I had an issue with my bike was running . I went down and they went over options and pricing so I can keep it in my budget. Great people to talk to. Everyone had a lot of knowledge of what to do once they found the issue. They stayed in my budget and did absolutely amazing work. I will definitely be going back for all my upgrades and repairs.Service: Engine repair

I wasn't expecting much when I got a flat at 3pm on a Sunday, but thanks to Matt at this location I was able to get my car fixed the same day. I contacted them and Matt was at my location hooking up my carall within 40 minutes. He was super nice and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. Thanks Matt!Service: Local hauling

This was my first time dealing with Speed Demon Cycles and I had very positive experiences with Rob over the last couple of weeks. First, they performed a 1K mile service on my new Softail Deluxe and then installed a set of slip on mufflers the following week (today). The communication from Rob was excellent, they took my bike in almost immediately with barely any wait and completed both jobs very quickly and at reasonable prices, which were exactly as quoted. I'm glad I went here over a dealership and I'll be glad to return for future service needs.

Hello! I recently had an old blinker on my bike that caught a rock and cracked and these guys replaced it with a new rear tire in just a day! Service was great and fast and I'll definitely be getting services i need from them again in the future!

I went in for a shakey tire. The owner Rob was excellent. He took my bike for a ride. Checked it over for safety (first-time rider) and ended up just putting air in my tires (I know )... Didn't charge me anything...The amount of peace I left with was priceless

Just call them. THEY'RE AMAZING! I ended up stranded at the Bradley international airport at 9pm.. No airport personal could help, AAA just kept sending me to some auto system and even my "roadside assistance" through Toyota was a scam to say the least. Still haven't even been contacted by them. ( its 11 now). Called speed demon cycles and towing. I was in my car shortly after with a very friendly voice on the line that gave me an eta on my driver (who was awesome!) and they stayed in contact with me the whole time. I cant get over how amazing this company is. I could write more lol

I am so pleased and happy with the work Speed Demon Cycles did to my bike to prepare me for my first track day. Speed demon cycles set my forks to perfection, fixed my suspension, greased my chain and had my bike perfected for my first track day. My bike has never been so smooth. Bonus points were given for the track advice I received from the owner.I will continue to bring my bike for all my needs to speed demon cycles and recommend to all my biker buddies!!!

The Town of Bloomfield used this company for towing after accidents. I would not use this company again and I would strongly encourage anyone else to call your tow truck after an accident in Bloomfield! They make it very inconvenient to tow anywhere but their yard, I m assuming so they can charge storage and other fees. The driver would only take cash if it wasn t towed to their yard . This policy is predatory in nature because who has a couple hundred dollars of cash on them right after an accident? It is 2022 who doesn t accept some form of electronic payment via a credit/debit card, Venmo or Apple Pay. I run a small business PayPal, square and clover all sell card readers for smart devices for small businesses with very minimal fees there is no excuse to only offer cash as a payment option anymore. This is an terrible way to conduct business.

3 weeks ago I went in and talked to Rob about some things I needed done to my 2001 WideGlide, Oil change, new front tire, and some carb work. He said bring it in next week and we'll work on it. One week later I found a voicemail on my phone from them, my first thought was they found something else that needed attention, nope he called to say it was ready for pickup. I rode it home, Rob, it's never ridden so good! No hickups, burping, nothing, and for a great price. My only question is where were you 48 years ago when my BSA Victor broke down in Penwood and I had to pay a premium price for pickup and to fix that damn Lucas electronics. Cudoos to you and your team, I will never go back to the dealership again, you got me. Almost forgot, they even washed my bike which was really needed since it was in my shed this past winter.Services: Tires, Tire change

Here is all I can say about Speed Demon Cycle. They have a customer for life. No dealership will ever work on my Motorcycle again!!!! The level of service is outstanding!!!! They take responsibility for their work and that s what you want in a service center. I was so pleased with the level of service that I had them put the new exhaust on, along with the recommendation of putting an FI controller on at the same time. They did not lead me wrong. After a 300 mile ride this weekend this bike has never run this smooth.

I had to have my bike picked up and brought to the dealership after a fire. Rob was very professional, showed up when he said he would and helped me out in a bind. Highly recommend these guys, thanks for the great service!

Everyone at Speed Demon Cycles were easy to deal with. Rob makes you feel at ease leaving your bike there. The mechanics have great knowledge of different bikes. You can be sure your ride with be fixed correctly and for a reasonable price.

My bike died this week. I called several places for a tow ... some places did not pick up, some were just rude (I got the feeling I was inconveniencing them by calling!) , one said he would come and never showed up, and one told me they didn't tow motorcycles. Speed Demon Cycles & Towing wasn't even on my radar - they were the last place I called ... just the result of a google search really ... but I am SO glad I found them. It was a great experience - I dealt with the owner, Rob. He was kind, professional, and responsive. It was a relief and should I need a tow again or any work on my bike, I would absolutely contact Speed Demon again in future.

Got my car stuck at my backyard in the mud, thanks to speed demon they got my baby up and running in less than 15mins.Great service and professionalism from Rob, I will highly recommend them to anyone and seek for their services should the need arise.

Rob and the guys did some bars on my bike this week. Very clean quick and trustable. The bike came out great and the bars are amazing!Looking forward to getting some miles on them.Speed Demond cycles will be the only shop to touch my Harley.Thanks guys!!!
