I got my oil change there the other day and when I was told my total I was absolutely shocked. 130.00 for an oil change is ridiculous. I have synthetic oil for my car and I understand that it is higher quality but 130.00 is way too expensive. They overcharged me almost 2x what I usually get. Back home I get my oil changes got 65-80 dollars and get much better service. I will never be going back here ever again.This place is not worth your time and money!!

Another great experience at Firestone in Bloomfield. This time we needed an oil change, a few lights changed and to give the car an inspection to identify any issues. Fortunately only minor recommendations. The prices were completely reasonable and the work completely quickly. I had an appoint and the car was taken in right on time. Really couldn't ask for anything more.

I had an 11am appointment, I was there from 1045-1515. There were no less than 10 people that came in after me and left before me. You guys miss the whole point of what an appointment means. Don't worry, I'LL NEVER COME BACK THERE!!!

I arrived close to noon time and the person who assisted me was upbeat, courteous, and efficient. (I was a walk-in.) My car had the emissions checked and was ready sooner than the 1/2 hour promised. I was more than pleased with the whole experience.

Saved me money and helped me out with no problems or questions asked. Tristan was awesome and helped me and my father out in a heartbeat and saved us money in the process. Great job and workers there were super nice and helpful.

Has lots of potential there is room for improvement workers socialize more than work you are stuck there waiting hours for a simple job to be done I wouldn t recommend going to this location unless you have patience. When someone is coming in to get something fixed especially when paying with their hard earned money you would expect them to get the job done quickly. Like I said not a bad place but needs to focus on getting customers in and out at a designated time.

Came in around 5pm. Was told to wait outside to have my tire pressure checked. Waited 20mins only to go back inside to inquire on how long would the wait be? To be then told oh you should have pulled into the bay so they can see you. Ok. 30 mins later still waiting... great customer service

Courtesy while answering phone and giving realistic timeline. I wanted to go for Emission check although i do go there for car servicing. Good place to go. Will go again next

I am never stepping into this store ever again. I went for a complete auto inspection. It was difficult getting any information from the rep about the state of the car and what they claim needed to be fixed. I had to literally beg to be given a quote of the work they were recommending for me to review. I get their job is to upsell to to the customer, but I felt like an inconvenience asking for an explanations eventhough I was going to pay hundreds of dollars. Finally, when I asked for the report of the inspection for my records, the rep tried to fob me off. I had to insist on getting a print-out, eventhough I paid for the service. Go to this place if you have lots of money and won't feel the pinch of their antics. Maybe it was the particular rep Or may be they treat some people differently than others. I guess it is for you to find out.

I found whoever worked on my car had grease on the bottom of their shoe and a transferred to the rug in my car. They never put down any paper so that would not happen. Also the running board again the mechanic who worked on my car dragged his feet and put all black marks on it. I just had my car cleaned a couple weeks ago and it was pristine so I know it was the mechanic. I went in and the manager came out and apologized and I even said where is the little piece of paper. This would have eliminated the grease on my rug mats.

Brought vehicle in for a thermostat change. They didn't put the radiator cap back on correctly. Leaked coolant all over engine and put air in the system.

Our alternator gave out at 6:30am on a Sunday on our way to Virginia. Firestone was one of the few places open so we had the car towed there. They were fantastic! The staff was very kind and was able to quickly assess and repair the car to get us back on the road. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Terrible appointment process. I have tried to book an appointment with this locatoin twice and have been unsuccessful. I have booked an appointment online and received an email confirmation. Then I get a message from the location saying that appointment time is not available. I try to call them back and they dont answer the phone or put you on hold immediately. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Useless. Completely unwilling to help with a flat tire situation while 250 miles fr home. Also, saw a tech drive a customer's car across the parking lot on completely flate tire, i.e. on the rim. I have a video too.

Leaking tire not fixed I understand things happen but when you bring it in to have it corrected and they say can t fix it till tomorrow ??It s what Firestone advertises that tires is what they do but not so much apparently

I m so pleased with this location! I had a flat tire and a spare on the car. Everyone I called, including this Firestone location were booked. They said the car would likely be kept overnight and fit in between service appointments the next day. Instead, they fit the car in that same day and fixed the flat in under two hours. Thank you for an easy visit and great communication.

The alignment guy is very cocky. For a person who does alignment job, he has no idea or pretend like he has no idea how unaligned car behaves or it's just that I was a female. Idk. Wasn't pleased with the service I received.

A good crew at the Avon Firestone Tire store. On first phone call got emergency help right away. Got my tire delivered and replaced within 3 hours. Thank you guys!

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Replaced melted tensioner pulley, one other seized pulley, and belt. $379.00. In 6:55am out 4:47pm. A bit overpriced and took a long time, but they are usually pretty busy. The convenience of the Saturday hours was really nice. Kind of shady with the pricing because they charge labor for replacing the tensioner and charge additional labor for replacing the belt when you'd have to take the belt off to install the tensioner anyway. Also reused old rusty tensioner screw instead of using the new one that it comes with.

They couldn't do anything for me. And all I needed was a flat fixed. Of course they didn't have my size after I said I'll buy 4 tires. Because he didn't want to use the 1 I already had. After sitting and wait for them to open for like 5 hrs. He knew I was desperate to get rolling again. I explained my whole situation. Oh I can't just change 1 tire on an AWD car. It was going to be a temporary fix til I can get to my own area code, (203)
