Bill showed me the situation under my car, explained the repair necessary so I could understand, scheduled it after ordering the parts, and had M we back in traffic all in under an hour. I'm very impressed and appreciative.

It's always a pleasure going to Bloomfield Garage to my cars service there . They provide great service for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for car repair services and also they sell cars as well.

You cannot ask for better service. Every time I ask a question they have an answer and a solution. Great sense of humor and always a smile. Fran and his team are the best at what they do.

Had to replace my power steering pump on my 2015 Nissan Altima could not be any happier they also fixed a few minor things they saw at no extra charge my go to place from now on... EXCELLENT SERVICE do not regret taking my car to Bloomfield Garage!!!! Thanks!!!

Went to Blomfield Garage for a 40,000 mile service. Fairly routine stuff. One of the service operations was replacing the cabin air filter. While doing that, the mechanic noticed that the filer had acorn shell particles in it, a sign that critters were invading my car when parked. In my case chipmunks. Not only did they replace the filter but they cleaned up the mess the chipmunks made in the recesses of my car. I really appreciated that extra step.

This company one of best in Bloomfield, my family always going there all time, and I did bring there and they fixed whole my engine and everything went great! I would recommend people who need fix the car something go there.

Everyone at Bloomfield Garage is courteous and attentive. They provide excellent diagnostic service and excellent maintenance and repair work.An update to my previous review:Bloomfield Garage provides the most excellent service!I had a mini-emergency last week. As I was leaving for a busy day at work, I noticed one of my new tires was flat. Bloomfield Garage went the extra mile to locate a matching tire and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. They saved the day for me! They are the BEST!Previous review:Extraordinary ServiceThe owner, mechanics, and staff at Bloomfield Garage provide extraordinary service. I recently had a flat tire and while I was at Bloomfield Garage getting new tires, I mentioned that my AC wasn't working well and the car was running hot. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my car as quickly as humanly possible. My car has been running smoothly and much more quietly all week. Mickey and Frances are awesome! Honest kind and all around wonderful people. Would never consider going anywhere else to take care of my Lexus. Love them! 1999 RX300 250,000 miles and still going strong!

Hands down the best garage I have ever been to. Francis and the team are so kind and genuine. I have taken my car here ever since I moved to CT a year ago. I truly trust them. They even took a look at a car I was going to buy to make sure everything was okay on it. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I really can only say great things about this garage. Every experience here, whether it has been an oil change or electrical issue, I have felt at ease knowing Francis and his team are taking care of my car. This is a place you can trust and they come from a place of education and honesty. Definitely recommend Bloomfield Garage highly!

I rarely leave reviews, but Francis helped my in-laws secure a new (used) car in a crazy market after a stressful and unexpected cross country move. He and his staff were professional and accommodating at every step - even went above and beyond by buffing out some scratches and throwing in a few free oil changes. Top notch customer service from a local family owned company is so reassuring in a world where everything just feels so transactional.I'd highly recommend this shop.

I am so very pleased and thankful for finding this automotive service!! Our 2007 BMW X3 was sitting in our garage for two months because last automotive garage (serviced our vehicles for past 7 years) told us it would cost between 4-5K to fix. Obviously we were not going to put that much money into it being a 2007. The market being crazy, we decided to get a second opinion on the cost for repairs to see how much we could get for the vehicle to apply money to a new vehicle. Well Whoo hoo a mere $450. and our vehicle is running pristine! Now we can continue saving for a new vehicle to purchase when the market isn t so crazy!!I absolutely love the thorough printed reports on assessment and repairs. Office staff are pleasant and patient. Brought our GMC Sierra in for brake work as well and turn around time is phenomenal!So nice to find a company that truly is all about making sure their team know what they are doing so you are confident in their work.

So I was having a problem with my 07 honda Accord. I brought my car to Bloomfield Garage and they fixed the problem also give me info on some of the other code my car was given off. I will be going back to them for more work. Thanks again

Awesome people, brought my car there after catalytic converter got stolen in Hartford. They were very reasonable, patient and explained the questions I had. The pricing for all their worker also seemed fair.

Was so happy with initial service here that I came back for more! Seriously, needed some issues addressed with my Honda van and the folks at Bloomfield Garage were very accommodating, priced fairly and even provided a loaner when I expressed concern for needing a vehicle available for family medical appointments. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Bloomfield Garage since I worked in Bloomfield over 14 years ago. I have not worked there for over 12 but still prefer the garage over all others. The owner and staff is second to none. They are friendly, accommodating, outgoing and reasonable. I feel they are there to give me great service and do only the repairs that I need. Where I bought my most recent vehicle, they kept trying to get me to change my brakes over 18k miles before I needed to.Most recently I had a tail light out and the place I bought the bulb from would not install it. I went to my Bloomfield garage I ended up getting out of work late and still thought I may make it before they closed on a Friday night. I didnt make it in time, fortunately for me one of the mechanics Earl was working on his own job his own time. I asked if he could help me. It was a challenging task and he graciously took care of me taking around 25 minutes if his time. I offered him some cash for his time and help. He refused to take anything smiled and said to have a good night. This goes way beyond EXCEPTIONAL service and is one of the many reasons I drive 40 minutes across many towns to go there. THANK YOU EARL and the entire staff at Bloomfield Garage for being the Best!!!
