We have been taking our cars to Euro Auto for service since moving to the area. We cannot thank Eric and his team enough for the care taken with not only our vehicles, but with the experience. Euro Auto treats their customers like family. Most recently we took our 14 year old Volvo and our 19 year old Pontiac to Eric for repair. The Volvo had been sitting unused due to mechanical issues for three years, and the Pontiac was handling like it was driving on ice all the time. When we got the cars back we could not believe how well they were working, and how fair the final bill was. Eric kept us up to date with all the mechanical issues and necessary repairs. He even took the Volvo to emissions testing so I could get it registered again before I picked it up. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work or the customer care provided by Eric and his team. We would highly recommend Euro Auto for all your repair needs.

I was recently in need of a wheel alignment on my Tacoma. I Google for mechanics in my area and came across Euro Auto in Bethlehem. Looking at their reviews, I made a decision to take my truck there, since all reviews were 5 star. Well, here s one more 5 star review to add to the collection.If you haven t been to Euro Auto, it s a very unassuming place, but the level of professionalism, quality of work, and fair pricing are just a few reasons why I ll return when in need of mechanical work.Eric was fantastic to deal with. On meeting him, you can just sense the honesty, something that seems to be hard to find these days. Congratulations Eric and your team!Thank you !

When I first brought my car in on a whim Eric promised I d be his next 5 star review and he wasn t wrong. My car was having suspension issues and Eric checked it top to bottom and found another issue the dealership missed. He s meticulous and thorough. It s clear he takes pride in his work and for good reason. I won t bring my car anywhere else and I ve already recommended him to a few people. He s thorough, experienced, and efficient. He walked me through the entire process and I couldn t be happier.

Euro Auto is amazing! I brought in my '04 Toyota with a variety of issues, and Eric fixed them all in just a few days, while keeping me updated the whole time. He also walked me though all the repairs in a clear, understandable manner. My car hasn't driven this nicely in years. I will highly recommend them to anyone! (:

I want to give a big shout out to Eric, the owner of EuroAuto. I was stopped on the side of the road, just about ready to crawl underneath my car, when he pulled up to make sure I was okay. It was a simple fix that his long arms took care of. His kindness and concern restored my faith in humanity, during what had already been a difficult day. Eric did some work on my mini Cooper and knows his stuff. He does wonderful work. He took the time to drive the car with me, listen to my concerns and make the repairs that were needed. The car was ready before I knew it.

Eric at Euro Auto is an absolute legend. He was able to get our VW repaired quickly and properly at a reasonable price. When we picked up our car he was there to meet us, great with our kids. I brought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in to have the A/C checked as it was blowing warm air. I was amazed at the detail Eric took to diagnose the issue. He Started with testing the dash switch, relays, wiring harness all the way to the compressor to verify they were all good before ordering a compressor. Part was ordered and installed the next day. The air coming out of the vents now is in the 36 degree range. My wife drives the car and tells me how quickly the car gets to the desired temperature. I also asked Eric to check on a few items while the car was in. It did need rear brakes but a few of the items I asked him to look at he inspected and said they were fine and no reason to change them out. I love that honesty. Eric is very easy to work with, reliable and a great communicator.I prefer to bring my BMW to Euro Motors over a dealer because he's worked on them for years. Oil changes and brakes were much less than going to a BMW Dealer and he did some troubleshooting at no charge. We recently brought a 2007 Malibu to him to evaluate whether it was worth repairing and he was honest and reasonably priced. He took videos of codes that were showing and his estimate vs final costs were spot on. It's a great feeling to know we have a trustworthy, experienced mechanic in the neighborhood.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Recently our older Suburban's transmission went. We knew we could trust Eric with the job, as he'd helped fix our car in the past. Once again he did a great job, and our car is running great again! Eric is great at communicating and keeping us up to date. His work is always excellent. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else when our car needs work.5 stars isn't enough!

I'm up here from Alabama and needed some work done on my 2008 Ford F350 so I stopped in at Eric's place. Right away he was able to diagnose my problem he also pointed out a couple of other things that needed attention. He does top-notch work and I like the fact that he treated my vehicle like it was his own. Being from the south you become accustomed to a certain kind of hospitality and I have to say Eric displayed that hospitality while he was working on my truck. He took photos of everything that he done and sent them to me. He called before he done any additional repairs to make sure that it was okay. He walked me through the repair process step by step and as soon as he finished repairing one thing he would call to let me know that it was done and that he was moving on to the next issue. I would highly recommend and have highly recommended that people in Connecticut make the drive to Euro Auto and have Eric maintain their vehicles. I travel all over the country for work putting thousands of miles on my vehicle so things are going to wear out, and good mechanics are hard to find. Eric takes pride in his work I'm sad to say that when he retires Connecticut will lose a darn good mechanic. I can tell you one thing as long as I'm in Connecticut Eric will be the only one that works on my vehicle.

Eric is a lifesaver! My VW became disabled in town; thank goodness Euro Auto was in the neighborhood. Eric communicated clearly and was realistic and transparent about the price and hours required for the repairs. My clutch went. Eric replaced this and did an oil change and fuel injection service. I m not exaggerating when I say that I feel like I m now driving a new car!As an added bonus, his colleague, Tim, completely cleaned my vehicle inside and out so that I arrived to a shiny and lovely car at pickup. Recently, my older Volvo received what can best be called a "Death Sentence" (from another mechanic). To be honest, I have never had good experiences with mechanics, until now! Eric was great! I explained to him what was going on, he completely listened, took the time to go for a ride with me and when it was time to start the work, he called me, showed me everything that was needed to fix it and went to town! When he was finished, we went for another ride and I was absolutely blown away knowing that all my worries were gone! Great guy and great mechanic! I went to get my horn fixed on my 2014 VW Passat TDI (wiring issue) and I had my car back in the same day. Eric is one of the nicest guys you re gonna do business with. I had an emergency and needed work done asap. Eric stayed after hours and prepped the car. When the parts came in the next morning he did the job and got the car back to me by 11:00. I was able to deliver the car to my daughter at College so she could leave for a road trip. Thank goodness.
