I have used RDZ Motorsports for the past 5 years and my experiences have been nothing but stellar. I have had them do major engine and suspension work as well as simple oil changes on my 2010 Camaro and all of the work done was top shelf. They are the only shop that has ever touched the car and it will continue that way. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous is how I would describe them. The owner Rich really cares about having a reputable business and works hard to insure you to walk away with a positive experience.

Rich is very professional and does a great job from the estimate to the actual work. RDZ did an awesome job on my Nissan 350Z, I have been there 3 times and never had an issue. I recommend them to my friends all the time.

I have an 05 350z I was looking to get tuned, im from Ny and couldn t find any shops I was comfortable with tuning my car in my area . I find RDZ on rev ups website as a pro tuner, I gave Rich a call and he was very helpful and speaking to him I could tell he was very knowledgeable about Nissans and tuning , I made the trip 2 hours and 30 min and got to his shop first thing in the morning and he got the car tuned abs I will say the car drives like new it has so much more throttle response and noticeable HP. While rich was doing his thing tuning the car I noticed I burned up a tire on my trip down because my tires have a very aggressive camber I had mentioned it to Rich abs before I knew he was making phone calls trying to find me tires to have a safe trip back home . All said and done I got recommended to a awesome tire shop who got me in and out and Rich did an amazing job tuning my car the trip was definitely worth it I highly recommend Rich for any type of performance needs or tuning

Rich and the team has always been great people with me. Never rude. very passionate about his business. Things can get pricey but the work is always guaranteed and done right. You can always bring your car back if any issues after they service your car and Rich will make sure to take care of you, even free of charge in some cases. I always recommend RDZ to my buddies with sports cars and always will,They will always try to work with you on price if you talk with them professionally. But if your looking for the CHEAPEST performance shop option for your car then this place is not for you unfortunately.Will be stopping by the new shop soon

I had Rich at RDZ Motorsports work on my 2013 ZO6 Corvette...This is my pride and joy and was very nervous leaving it at any high performance shop... After interviewing and checking out multiple high end performance shops I decided to go with RDZ Motorsports.. My decision was based on how clean the shop was, and talking with Rich for a while I got the feeling he really knew what he was talking about and seemed to genuinely car about the finished product and not just how much money he was going to make ( like most of the other shops).. So I dropped off my car and left it in Rich's hands... not only did he do an amazing job on my car but completed the earlier than the proposed completion date!! Needless to say I was EXTREMELY happy with the service, knowledge, and care they gave my car and would HIGHLY recommend RDZ to anyone who is thinking about doing anything aftermarket on their car, as well as regular mechanical issues.. I will definitely be going back to RDZ with my 2013 Mustang GT500 in the spring to get some aftermarket work done!! Thanks again Rich!!!

RDZ is a complete joke of a company. Rich (the owner) has no idea how to run a business properly and probably explains why all of his employees end up quitting on him as well as his own business partner left him too. I would never recommend anyone to have any type of service done by them at all as he does not grasp how to function and operate a company correctly as need be.Also they have no respect for any of their customers either. I dropped my car off to them and they damaged my rear bumper due to their carelessness as a company and said it is not their problem and I need to take care of it on my own. I have shared 20+ emails with Rich directly trying to solve this issue and kept it extremely professional with him as I was giving him the chance to make the wrong right. But when he told me it was no longer his problem and stopped responding this is now where I need to take it. I have photo proof of the damaged rear bumper with the car sitting in their parking lot in front of their building before the car had even left the spot. Rich can not be trusted and will try and work over all customers for extra money. Please be aware of this poorly managed company and take your work elsewhere.

We had Rich change the clutch in our 300zx. Very soon after getting the car back my husband noticed the clutch starting to slip. Rich basically did his smooth talking, your car is old and falling apart routine. Within a week the car was leaking huge amounts of oil. Rich got very defensive when we told him about this he said " I guess I'm the bad guy since I was the last one to work on the car". After arguing with him he finally said to bring it back and he would look at it. Since he is over an hour away and we would have to tow the car to him we decided against it. His behavior, and lack of any responsibility to the problem we were having with the clutch he just changed didn't give us a good feeling. Finally, months later we had the money to bring it to someone else and we were informed the spring needed to prevent the rear main seal from leaking was missing and all the bolts to the rear main seal were hand tightened and now loose. Very clear the rear main seal was not installed properly. These were the words of a very experienced mechanic who has been in business a long time. This is extremely sloppy work and cost us a lot of money. I would advise against bringing your car to RDZ.

Over the past 5 years I have had 2 300ZX TT that RDZ has maintained and upgraded. The most current Z RDZ has upgraded; the Turbos, injectors, exhaust, brakes, clutch, replaced the tranny with a 99 JSPEC and installed a short throw shifter, cleaned, painted and tidied up the engine bay. This year I decided to start show the car and took 1st in class at The Central Ct State Unv car show, the CT Z club car show, and the NJ Z club car show. Needless to say I have been pleased with the service and support. Rich has worked with me on any issues or concerns that I had and resolved them to my satisfaction. I have found him to be honest, I had an oil seal leak due to improper work a Nissan dealer had done (prior to coming to RDZ). Instead of doing the work and charging me for the repair (I would have been none the wiser) he called the dealer, found that the work was under warranty and sent the car back to them for repair, no cost to me. I would recommend RDZ to anyone.

Well, I found Rich a few years ago when searching for a shop to addperformance products to my Jeep. To cut a long story short, new stuff all over, the Jeep came our great and the work was precise. Next project was the MAD MINI. I actually spent more on the upgrades then the car was worth. But once again, the BANG for the buck was on point. This bad boyis some finished product. Custom exhaust and everything else the shopinstalled works great. What a sleeper. If you want somebody that knowswhat they're talking, call Rick. You wont be disappointed. RDZ does it.

The RDZ Crew made my 2008 Infinity G37 Sport into a one of a kind beauty! It's hard to describe without seeing it but one of my friends heard it coming, peaked down the road as I was approaching and mistook it for some exotic, six figure sport car. I had 3 cars modified and RDZ was by far the most talented in the industry! They were able to cover my 5 "C's." They were: Curtious, Creative, Careful, Custom, and Cost Conscious! I would recommend RDZ in a heart-beat, without hesitation. I just bought a Mini and am planning to see them soon - Chappy

I have only trusted my G 37 to Rich over the past 3 years and he is great.From my experience he is the the practical "car guy"... applying his mechanical skills and knowledge with surgical precision to any car upgrade or project he does.How many pros like that do you find in this country?

I had Rich install a new exhaust system from the headers to the tail pipes on a 1967 Camaro. From the honest consultation to the end of job, Rich demonstrated his professionalism, know-how & friendly nature. The shop is neat & tidy, I couldn't be happier with the results. I do intend to return for future service. If you are looking for a specialty vehicle shop for a car that you care about, this is the place.

RDZ did an up-tune on my 2006 Nissan Murano and not only am I getting 3 more miles per gallon, it accelerates like a rocket!!! I have had work done to that and other cars throughout the years at RDZ and rate them an 11 (on a scale of 1-10.) Very easy to see why Bob Sharp Nissan is so impressed with them...A+++!

Rich and the team at RDZ really know what customer service is all about!We now have them care for our Audi and our Armada. A few repairs, performance modifications, and everyday service has our vehicles in top shape, and we couldn't be happier!

I was a Datsun/Nissan dealer from 1970 to 1988 as well as a consultant to Bop Sharp Nissan on route 7 in Wilton, Ct until 2006 when it became Bruce Bennett Nissan. The customer is always Wong at RDZ. This guy blames the customer for everything. He has to farm out tubing and does not have his own dyno. Trust him? Ask his business partner who sued him. I made the mistake of tuning my GTR 2016 Aniversary with him. The new tuner shakes his head looking at the old tune. Do not use unless you want your engine to grenade.

Very professional and knowledgeable tuner. Car runs amazing after I got my G35 tuned. Will recommend and refer anybody who wants to get their car tuned needs to come here!

Where do I even begin. This place is horrible and the owner is a con. I brought my mustang there to have extensive work done. Now, mind you, I could not find anyone who really New how to work on these engines(Soho). I expressed to rich how disappointed I was in not finding Credible mechanics who truly knew how to work high performance engines. He was such the Charming fella( all an act). We had a great conversation, which consisted of car builds, racing and the knowledge that goes with it. I also needed for him to see that I was highly knowledgeable when it came to motors, however, Could not do the work due to time space and tools. I needed my cams installed AND degrees PROPERLY. Man, you would of though He invented the cam install by how he spoke. Well, in the beginning it was "hey, don't even bother knocking, just come on In anytime". My mistake was I paid almost 40 percent upfront. Well, that's when all went sour. No more offerings of coffee, or the just come on in attitude. They ended up knowing NOTHING ABOUT MY MOTOR OR ITS APPLICATIONS. They tried to tell me that the cams were to big and my research was wrong and that's why they could not degree them in. The fact was they put the DAMN CRANK GEAR ON BACKWARDS AND BENY MY VALVES. My car sat there for 6 months. I knew something was wrong, but never imagined that. Finally had enough. Rich became a nightmare and even tried to lock me in his shop. I laughed and said" call the cops, I want it on record anyways". I will see You in court. Conclusion- sued RDZ!!! Went to court and I was victorious in a matter of a couple hours. They didn't even want to go before the judge. My attorney had a field day with them. Listen, I don't have a problem with somebody making mistakes. I have a problem with arrogance and being phony. Don't take on a job if its out of your league and then treat customer like a pos once you screw it up. Well, received my money back and had a REAL shop complete the work. Car runs great. Oh, and I hear ALOT of his guys have quit on him, including his partner. SAYS IT ALL..

Beware of this shop. The owner Rich Amatulli (notice the last names of the good reviews, likely relatives) defrauded me of ~16K in repairs and charged me for storage of the engine + car during repairs (to cover fraud), my license plate went missing in RDZ's care, they installed a junkyard engine (not the engine Allstate quoted), a turbo from the wrong model car (not the turbos Allstate quoted) with 70k miles in a 30k car (they undercut the insurance quoted parts with inferior parts for profit), and they held my car for 6 months and kept putting off repairs. They didn't install the catalytic converters they were paid for (~3K), and refused to pay the money back, which is mind blowing. The engine doesn't work, as the Vanos gear unit is faulty (junkyard engine, with no warranty)- so that's an additional 4K in repairs. They didn't put the correct amount of oil, and did not install the DME harness correctly (left it blatantly unplugged) and stated they were scared of electrical damage to hide their fraud. How do you install an engine and don't even make sure it works (real "professional"). They're not even licensed in CT to do auto repairs in New Milford (per DMV). The only satisfactory aspect of the ordeal is they sure are good at using rags to detail my car. "Oo shiny"- this shop's a joke.

Called rich up yesterday at 4pm and he made room for me the next day to install my meisterschaft gtc exhaust on my 2016 BMW M4 flawless install and overall great experience definitely recommend him if your looking for work

I send Rich at least 2 repair jobs a month, and have never been let down. We do all of our custom exhaust through him too, nobody knows it, but they have a mandrel pipe bender in the back!!!

I have been a customer of Rdz for about 5 years I have been more than satisfied with the professional help and advice about any and all concerns of my 2010 titan from performance to regular maintenance the thorough knowledge and expertise by the Rdz crew is top notch clearly explaining all the steps and process before they get the job also they regularly contact me with updates or any unforeseen circumstances thank you all at Rdz
