Not really sure where to even start... After getting some not so great responses from tuners closer to me I decided to reach out to EFI. They just spewed knowledge and professionalism from minute one. They took amazing care of my car, made informed suggestions, and the work done is just amazing. I've had the tune/upgrades going on my Subaru for about 6+ months and zero issues, not even a bolt coming loose. I wish I had done it sooner to be honest.No question to me that these are the best guys in the state, and probably New England. I will be back for any further upgrading to the car without hesitation.

Words can not express how satisfied I am with the work EFi has done to my FXT. I have been wanting to do a 6 speed swap for a long time. Doing tons of research, I decided to go with a JDM Forester STi 6 speed. EFi Logics was referred to me by a few friends, including Sam at Jspecauto where I obtained the 6 speed. After having a lengthy convo with Pete at EFi, he gave me a very reasonable estimate and we came up with a game plan. Not to long afterwards the car and parts was delivered. Jack took on the challenge of my swap. He went above and BEYOND any and all expectations with my car. He was extremely meticulous with this swap. Every single thing was addressed. Transmission. Axles. Seals. Hubs. Studs. Brakes. Rotors. Sway bars. Control arms. Lateral links. Ebrake. Ubrace. Subframe. Struts. Springs. Steering rack. Drive shaft. All of it. Not only was the work top notch... the customer service was too. The communication from the team at EFi Logics was very comforting. Pete. Jack. Ben. Will. Cory. They all kept me in the loop as to what and why. I couldn't be happier. It was worth every penny and then some. They gave me the best estimate and I am quite satisfied with the job. The customer service didn't stop after I picked up the car. I ran into a problem on the road. I called EFi and within mins Ben, and Jack were there to help me. Jack addressed the situation on site, got the car to the shop and quickly fixed the problem. What made that more meaningful to me... was the issue was not related to the work they had done previously. They simply wanted to be sure I was ok, and was back on the road enjoying my car. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service still exist. I recommend EFi Logics to anyone looking to do upgrades on their car. From simple, to Extreme. In a time where the market is flooded with quite a few qualified shops that specializes in similar work. I am glad that I chose EFi Logics. They were very patient with me. Answered all questions, and addressed all doubt in my mind. I am looking forward to finishing my build with them. If anyone has any questions about my swap... feel free to shoot me a PM. Ben and his crew over at EFI are the best in the business. They ve not only allowed for me to leave happy with my newly tuned car, but have also given me nothing but awesome customer service from the beginning to the end. Whether it was an email, phone call, or even talk at the shop, the guys over at EFI were more than willing to answer any questions, give insights about the car, or anything car related in general. Went with my brother to get his '18 WRX dyno tuned and it went great! The mechanics are Subaru wizards and the tune really transformed my brothers WRX with real performance gains that are reliable and maintain the driveability of the car. If you are serious about automotive performance and are ready to take your car to the next level you owe it to yourself to go to EFI.

Huge thanks to the guys over at EFI taking care of me these last couple of days got my new intake, injectors and tune done and chased down a misfire on the dyno pulling a late night to make sure everything was good to go. The guys are super knowledgeable in there and will help take care of you during unexpected problems. Great bunch of guys at EFI. Worked with Ben setting up my tune appointment. Had some issues with parts I had installed personally that needed to be corrected. Without hesitation, Kyle and Jack got my car on a lift, fixed my amateur mistakes within an hour, and then had my car back on the dyno to make its runs. Then Calvin from Dotson Tuning did an amazing job getting my WRX feeling great. There is a reason EFI is a primer performance shop on the East Coast, it shows from the great group of guys working there.

Ben and his crew are top notch. Customer service level exceeded all my expectations. I run a service department as well, and know the day to day challenges. 100% recommended for any of your daily driver or high horsepower needs. These guys do not disappoint!

Hello Subaru Community!So, this review is a bit overdue mostly because I wanted to make sure I had time to give credit where credit is due. Let s just say, if you are planning on bringing your Subaru somewhere else, turnaround and bring that thing right to EFI Logics. It s not that where you are taking your car is bad, it s just EFI is hands down the best shop I have ever been to, let alone a Subaru shop! From professionalism to customer service, to end results and satisfaction they are the place to go to. And I live all the way in DC, so that s saying something since they are based in CT.And so, the story goes, I destroyed, and I mean DESTROYED my WRX s engine. Luckily, my brother who also has an Impreza (2006 Eagle Eye STI) found EFI and suggested I take my car there based on his experience with their team, which was also amazing. Pete, who is most likely a Subaru professional sent from the heavens, gave me every option under the sun on suggestions and paths I could go to fix my car. Whether it was upgrading my 05 to a JDM STI engine from later years to just keeping my car stock/ replacing the car with the same 2.0L engine he was never pushy/never tried to make me go the expensive route. And it was like I had my own mini consultant. He even gave me a breakdown on all the costs for each option.Needless to say, I was all in at this point since the pricing was right based on what Pete and I discussed, and his team was on top of everything even sharing places I could find the engine I was looking for (I got mine from JDM Depot in NJ).Well, as I said my car was a goner and it turned out even more than we had thought. Once the team got into ripping the car apart probably everything that could have broken had broken when my engine failed not to mention the car was old and just needed a lot more work. But hey, no worries, because I took my car to EFI! I am not saying this is always the case, but labor-wise I was way over budget nearly thought my wife was going to kill me--yet The EFI team worked with me and swallowed a lot of time/cost just because they knew I was a Subaru lover crazy enough to fix a car that s more than 15 years old. That s after they not only fixed the engine, but pretty much did an entire rebuild in my eyes.What came out of this experience?Me driving away with a perfectly tuned, running, driving 2005 Subaru WRX and a smile on my face knowing that because of EFI Logics I had a car I could pass down to my kid. Sounds corny but hey, take your car to EFI and you will be tearing up right there with me. They are not too good to be true!Oh, and after they work on your car it will be hard not to tip the team based on the amazing outcome of their work. So, just an FYI, lunch/dinner fund money is welcomed at EFI, or so I have heard. Because let s face it they put their heart and soul into everything they do working on your car night and day and meals are probably eaten at the shop more often than not!MANY THANKS EFI. EFI Logics is the best shop in the state of CT. Pete and the entire staff are super knowledgeable not only on the Subaru platform, but any brand car you bring to them. The service is excellent and I can rely on any one of the mechanics there for spot on diagnosis and repairs. They built my STi in 2015 and it's been solid every since. Whether you need repairs or advice on a build that you want to do, give them a call to steer you in the right direction!

My car was tuned here years ago by Mike Botti. Tune felt great. Great power delivery, no flat spots, areas needing attention or problem areas. Staff here also great. Blew a vac line on dyno. All the mad scientists crowded around to give my 12 wrx the fix it needed to continue the tune. Some shops would just say.. come back when its fixed! And quite possibly charge you anyway. Not these guys!Thanks!

I was in a crash in April and really screwed up my BMW and needed a serious alignment. These guys were recommended to me by a friend and hands down the best recommendation I have received since tracking this car. These guys are the best performance shop I have ever worked with. They aligned the car to my specs , they walked me through the whole process, made recommendations , helped me learn more about my car and by far the friendliest guys I have met in the last few years. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Pete/Ben/Jack were helpful in discussing what I wanted to get done and recommended only the necessities for a Stage 2 upgrade (power/reliability) for my MY'18 Subaru WRX. Matt was great and cruised with the install on the car and had it setup on the dyno - where Calvin/Ben had it tuned to the best of the car's capability to handle the mods.reasonable pricing, good facility and chill dudes all around! will definitely be heading there for future work.

I brought in my 2010 Subaru WRX hatch for a dyno tune after modifying it with a list of parts. First off, Ben was beyond helpful with emails and phone calls back and forth pointing me in the right direction. Then their tuning guy Calvin even sent me a base map over email to get me down to their shop as I live 2 hours away and was nervous to drive all the way with a stock tune. While I was watching them work I had no worries at all, super efficient, friendly, and while you wait the parking lot is like a car show in itself. Just incredible service, and I highly recommend them. 5 out of 5 stars!

Seeking new shop that is nearer to me than driving for 6 hours, and i feel like I've made the right call. Put up with me there all day, friendly, communicative, tolerant, what else can i say. EFI is my cars new home. Did a full exhaust switch for Focus RS, sounds way to loud and i love it.

When they do the work it s great but they never answer the phone, emails are spotty and I just can t ever get a hold of them my car hasn t been running good for a month but they don t answer ever. Would give them 5 stars if they used the phone

Just got my 14' WRX tuned at EFI Logics and they did an incredible job. Ben was fast at answering my emails for weeks leading up to this appointment making sure I did everything to ensure my satisfaction. All the guys in the shop were very professional and double checked everything before strapping it into the Dyno. Calvin did a great job and the car feels completely different now, they definitely unleashed a beast! After I was done Ben gave me some pointers on what to watch out for in the coming weeks & months and stressed that they want me to be happy so if i have any issues to let them know. EFI logics was who i was referred to by my machine shop and they have a reputation for being a place where people take their cars and the shop doesn't see them come back needing rebuilds.Thanks Ben, I'll see you when I'm ready to go to the next level of tuning

Great staff, did quick work on my car and had me back on the road at my requested time.They also didn't mind answering questions I had in other future work, and also on a totally different car.

All I have to say they made my car pull hard and strong one of best tuners out there. I drove 2 1/2 hours from New Jersey to them and well worth it. Made so much horsepower and torque to the wheels on my setup that now I have to get used to my car. Enough said I m taking that drive again when I put a bigger turbo on my speed3. Car feels different rides so much better and the pulls are really strong. Almost feels like a new car off the dealer just with a punch so keep up the good work EFI and hope to see you again next year for re tunes

Everyone there was super friendly and cooperative with me. There were some issues that needed to be addressed with my car and with my permission they fixed them quickly and correctly. The tune they put on feels great and my car runs much smoother than before. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants performance work done to their car!Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning

Recently made a visit for some diag on my car and I m so glad about the whole experience. Although my vehicle needs some tlc im happy knowing that this shop exist. I had a full exhaust, clutch replacement, and tune done that was m seemed like it was great except the tune kept having issues. This required an hour drive every time I went there and was finally told the transmission was noisy so they adjusted the tune which worked until the transmission went. I had my local mechanic replace it but found that I had broken bolts that was never mentioned by EFI. I then had an engine code come up for a bad front O2 sensor and bought a denso that was supposed to be the stock sensor. After this was installed I had more tune problems but when I contacted them about it I was told they couldn't do anything because it's not the official Subaru O2 sensor and I'm out the $175 I spent on the sensor and have to spend another $180 or so to buy the official sensor from Subaru or I'm stuck with a broken tune that makes my car stutter on hills and if I hit the gas to hard. I liked the people and how well they knew what to recommend for my car but for them to say they won't even look at my car because I bought the OEM from a store instead of Subaru is ridiculous.

These guys are hands down some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of taking my car to. While they are known for the performance and tuning work on Subaru's, they handle even the little things like maintenance on my 99 legacy. They will be straight up with you and tell you what you don't need and have a no bullshit approach. Pete and the rest of the staff give great estimates and really work with people to get them the results they need. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who has a Subaru, modified or not.

EFI was very friendly and helpful even when I called them late in the afternoon because my Subaru had problems getting into boost. I stopped by and they were able to get my car back up and running normally very quickly. They are very knowledgeable and educated me on things to keep my eye on. I will certainly bring my car back in the future!

Short Story:Without a doubt, this is the best shop I have had the pleasure of bringing my Subaru to. I couldn't recommend them enough.Long Story:Well before I first called EFI Logics, I had a different shop rebuild my EJ255. This was a few months ago. Within 200 miles, the brand new engine started developing issues. I won't go into detail, but it was a pain. I had initially planned to bring my car to EFI Logics for just a dyno tune, but I had to push it off because my car kept having issues. Eventually, I did all that I knew how to do with no luck, and brought my car to EFI Logics for diagnosis. When I arrived, Matt immediately came to help me back up the trailer, and helped push the car into a good spot.EFI Logics first looked at my car on a Monday. Pete was excellent about maintaining a clear line of communication, and answered any question I had. He was always very courteous and professional on the phone, and was great about explaining certain things to me I did not understand. They were very quick with diagnosing and fixing the issues. By that Wednesday they had gotten to the bottom of the problems. One of the things I appreciated most was that Pete was happy to give me his professional advice, and presented me with a full picture, and then allowed me to make the major decisions with the car.When I called to pay the final bill, Pete was out of the office, so the owner Ben picked up. After a few minutes talking with him, I realized that it wasn't just Pete and Matt that were so good-natured. It was clear that they really enjoy helping people, and are incredibly knowledgeable about Subarus (and other platforms as well). He told me that if I ever needed advice with my car, to feel free to reach out and ask them. This was after I had already payed the final bill.I took my car here once and it feels like I have been a customer for 10 years. I talked personally with Pete, Matt, and Ben, and I cannot stress enough how kind and professional they were. Pete, Corey, Matt, Ben and the rest of the team are wonderful to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.The EFI Logics team tuned my 06 sti for 93 octane and e85. EFI took a lot of time to explain the steps to me, work together on scheduling, etc.The car runs well and I am thankful to a friend of mine who recommended EFI. Calvin did the tuning remotely and everything went smoothly.I don t typically write google reviews but if you re reading this, you really shouldn t have any doubts in working with EFI - the team will treat your car like their own and treat you with respect.

These guys are honest, fairly priced, and do exceptional work. They really think through what is the best thing for your needs and work with your budget. Though they could easily tell me, that yes, you NEED to do 'x' on your Spec Miata, instead they list out what needs to get done for safety and maintenance, what would be nice to do, and what can really wait for awhile. They even list out the items I could easily do myself.They understand 'race' and 'track' cars because both Ben and Jack race and Cory tracks. They know where things should be mounted so it is convenient when your racing because they do it too. They also know what parts to check for wear or cracking because they've had it happen in their cars.They bailed me out recently when I 'forgot' about the sound limit at Lime Rock Park and only 'remembered' the night before I was going there. They fit me in so I could stop on my 3 hour drive to Lime Rock, took care of that and even fit in an alignment. Talk about great customer service. Go to EFI Logics and you'll be happy you did.

Came in today to do an APR tune on my Audi S3.Was in and out in a little over an hour. Cool waiting area with racing games and car magazines. Update 5/10/16Had a Jackson Racing Supercharger installed and tuned at EFI, Can't say enough great things. They continue to stand behind their work and tweak every thing I asked. (Which was a lot) Mikey made a fantastic extremely driveable tune and even gave mee separate maps for launch control and auto blip. I would recommend anyone to trust EFI with your car. Theyre true enthusiasts and put 110% into their work.Dropped my car off on a Wed morning, and it was done and picked up Thursday.Fantastic shop. Every employee here is extremely knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic about motorsport. I had my allignment and Trans and diff fluid swap done. The techs were more than welcoming and extremely personal and they ended up saving me money by getting my rear camber setup perfectly without making me install the expensive bushings that most need. I brought the car back to get the steering wheel perfectly straight because it was off by an almost negligible amount and they were more than happy to fine tune it to make me happy without any charge. I would definitely recommend going here especially if you have a subie.

Where to begin.... I have been having issues with my subaru. I had some work done by a local dealer and the refused to help me with my issues after working on my car. They claimed that they couldn't work on it anymore because it was "modded". Which wasn't a problem for them initially. So still having problems I figured I would try EFI. Thank goodness I did. They went over the work the previous shop did. Terrifying. RTV for gaskets that I paid for, over torqued timing and cams and much more. The knowledgeable and professional people at EFI saved my car from becoming the ticking time bomb that the dealer left me with. Without a doubt... this will be the only place my car goes for service in the future. Thanks again!

Absolutely 5 star. Set up a time to bring my 2021 STI in for small parts install as well as a tune. Ran a few min late due to traffic and they basically had someone outside waiting to bring my car in to get started. Staff was laid back and knowledgeable. Tuner was on point with what I wanted with my car. Car runs like an absolute dream right now. Will be back here for a re tune when future upgrades come no doubt about it. Also very reassuring seeing a ton of Subies outside while pulling up for the 1st time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning
