While searching for a car for my husband, I stumbled upon a car I've been wanting. While I didn't NEED a car, I certainly helped myself. Gino was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. They are a great dealer bc they know they do right by their cars and don't need to hound you to buy. They let you inspect and test drive without any pressure. Been in the business over 16yrs and I can honestly say they're top notch. We kept an eye on their inventory and now we're picking up his car later this week. 2 cars in a month. Thanks Gino and to everyone at Tru!

I traveled all the way from New Jersey to Connecticut to come to these guys! Gino and Ken were awesome. Down to earth and professional. Made each step easy and explained! The car was spotless beautiful unique! Great easy experience!

Had a wonderful experience. After being let down at another dealership I came here as and kicked myself for not coming sooner. Ken and Gino are wonderful, they have reasonable prices and they work with you to make sure you re happy. Definitely coming here the next time I need to purchase a car!

I had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.First, you can tell when you walk around the lot that this is no ordinary used car lot. Every car in every price range is a clean, high quality example of that car, and they are well maintained. They have some rare/specialty cars on the lot, which shows they understand cars too. I found what I needed and was able to take it for a no strings test drive.Gino was very helpful and is a stand-up guy, such a pleasure to deal with. The purchase process was straightforward, no surprises.I did have an issue that was resolved quickly and fairly. TRU had clearly already replaced all the brake pads and rotors on the car before selling it (thank you!). There was a stuck brake caliper I noticed when I got home, and when I mentioned it to them they inspected the car and replaced two of the calipers free of charge.The car has been a great addition to my family and I am super pleased. Would recommend TRU to anyone looking for a new ride.

Just went to Tru Auto Mall, this was the most smoothest car shopping experience I ve ever had. Gino was the sales guy who helped us out through the process. He was extremely professional and super helpful! Would highly recommend working with his directly!

Unfortunately, my experience with TruAutoMall dealership has been a negative one.I was told by Ken while signing my papers that my vehicle was fully inspected , when in fact it was not!After having my vehicle for 3 weeks I realized that my brakes and rotors were bad. I was driving around with unsafe brakes. I trusted that it was inspected. I believed Ken s word.I called ken to make an appoint to get it fixed on a Friday, when my son arrived that Friday, he was told by the owner of the dealership that his mechanics don t work when it s snowing out! Apparently, he was unaware of my appoint. When I spoke to Ken because I was furious as to be expected, Ken assured me he d have it fixed and not to pay attention to the owner because he was sick with covid! He was in the dealership even though he had covid!I would highly recommend if you are buying any vehicle from this dealership, that you bring your vehicle to your own mechanic because TruAuto Mall cannot be trusted.My brakes were fixed as were the rotors that Friday but when I drove my vehicle home I noticed a lug nut was hanging off my wheel. Again, another unacceptable mistake made by this dealership and their incompetent mechanics.I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership.They were quite rude during this experience. And I forgot to mention that the tires are bad as well! Buyer Beware!
