Great customer service and very fair pricing, they were very thorough with their inspection, extremely knowledgeable and friendly employees, didn t try to sell me anything I didn t ask for. From my experience they are in the business of repeat customers and won t nickel and dime you, I Highly recommend. Paul and Keith are great examples of what customer service should be. I ve recommended them to coworkers and friends, and as stressful as buying tires can be I feel relieved knowing I ll get the best help/advice from this company.

Used this shop to install some tires. The service is great. Had an issue with the tires I bought online and they tried to help me with it. Paul answers the calls coming in and he's great to work with. Alexis, the technician was very helpful in addressing my tire concerns, thank you! This shop is alright in my book. I do plan on giving them more business in the future and some referrals.

These guys are great! They ordered tires I wanted for my 4x4 that ended up not fitting; I tried to push that size envelope. (Lol, not my fault!). Keith recommended the perfect size Falken Wildpeaks they got same day, and fit just as I wanted. Easy to work with, cool personalities, and fair prices. No complaints here!

Friendly and great customer service. The experienced mechanic found and repaired my truck's front end parts that the dealership missed. I highly recommend Connecticut Tire and Auto.

We bring all of our cars here and have for years. Service and most importantly customer service is outstanding. So if you're looking for a shop use them. It's a great example of how things used to be. Individual business that is town oriented. Not corporate.

Excellent customer service! Paul and Keith were friendly and responsive, they took the time to explain their services, recommendations, and price points available. They worked around my schedule and kept in great communication throughout the process. I definitely will be returning!

We had a great experience with Connecticut Tire. We needed new tires for our truck and Paul showed us the different options and actually called warehouse to make sure they were available. He kept us updated with the work and notified us that the truck was ready earlier than expected. We would recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with the new tires.

I had a nail in my tire and brought it to the shop and Keith and Paul were a great help for me. Was able to order a new tire and have it on my car in a days time. Would recommend them to anyone!

I unexpectedly (as they often happen) got a flat tire and CT Tire & Auto were able to take my car in without an appointment. They take care of you, like a family! Highly recommend it!!

Friendly and knowledgeable service. When other service centers said they couldn't look at my car for a couple weeks, Connecticut Tire took me the same day. The same morning, they sent me a full inspection report including a video of the problem on the underside of the car. Top-notch service. Highly recommended.

My tire blew & my other tires were not in the best state. I travel all day for work and didn t want to risk be stranded or an accident. CT Tire was able to get me in the same day & put 4 new tires on my car. Not only were they able to get me in the same day, but their prices were great & their service fantastic! If you need tires, definitely call CT Tire!

I purchased 4 falken wild peak tires for my 2019 trail boss. I told Leo about the tires I was going to buy , he recommended the falken tires and assured me they would be quiet because that was my main concern. They also aligned the front end . I m very pleased with the tires and alignment . Great advice and great service very pleased.

Awesome shop! Their alignment job was spot on and they were able to clear my VSC/ trac off code for the steering wheel angle sensor at the same time. Very experienced professionals and it shows!

I had a great experience at CT Tire. I got a flat first thing in the morning on my way to work. I was able to bring my car in shortly after. Keith came outside and looked at the car, made a professional assessment of the damage, and advised me on what my best options were. I was out of there in an hour with 2 brand new reasonably priced tires. Very efficient, professional, and friendly service.

I have always received excellent service from Connecticut Tire. They are honest in how they deal with you, explain what is or was a problem, offer thoughtful alternatives with the financial information needed to evaluate the situation. My daughter went there one time and was told: "Just park your car. The car frame is rusting out." It made no sense to work on the vehicle, put on new tires, and allow her to put herself at risk. Today, they looked at the front and the rear tires. Because the car is all wheel drive, they could have simply said, "You must replace all the tires." Keith did not do that. He recognized what was a reasonable, cost-effective solution that solved the problem. One may be able to purchase tires at a discount at some other stores. In my opinion, what I received from the people at Connecticut Tire is far more precious than saving a few dollars. They do good work and stand behind their work. I know that I and my family will be treated fairly and not be taken advantage of. Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment to get my tires mounted on some custom wheels. Got in there in one day and I was able to wait for them. Henry mounted and balanced everything. He did a fantastic job!

Great customer service from the time I made the appointment to the completion of the installation of the new tires. All of my inquiries were answered fully. I felt that my needs as to the selection of tires was the primary goal in completing the sale. I have been a customer of Connecticut Tire for years and recommend them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

If I was able to give more stars I would. Connecticut Tire and the friendly staff who work there are beyond helpful and will take care of you like family. Very professional service, clean shop, and excellent customer support. Working with custom jobs that differ from factory sizes can be complicated as issues with fitment often occur. Connecticut Tire was extremely helpful, patient, and provided excellent service while test fitting different tire and wheel combinations. The service is fantastic and I cannot have been more satisfied with the results. If you need tire related work done, whether for a lifted truck or a lowered sports car, Connecticut Tire is the place to go!

Great experience, easy in and easy out. Leo explained things in detail. I normally do all my repair work myself but will be using them in the future. First visit for tires and alignment, ended with tires only no alignment, need second appointment.Update, second visit for alignment I was told I needed ball joints and bushings, "I wasn't told this on my first visit, it would have saved me a trip." I installed ball joints and bushings and called about adjustable alignment slugs and was told to put them in to make it easier for them to align. I bought and installed them.Third trip I was told they couldn't align with the adjusters they recommended and they would charge me to remove the new ones install the old ones and then charge me again to remove and install the correct ones. The manager and owner said they were sorry but didn't offer any sort of resolution to the problem that was caused by their recommendation except for them to charge me double to correct it.I find this unacceptable in a shop I want to depend on.

Great service! They took me in for my flat tire the day I called and it was done within a few hours and price was very reasonable.
