I could not be more pleased with my entire experience at Absolute Auto. We worked with Carl who helped me to determine exactly what I needed/wanted and found me the perfect Honda. He only has clean, reliable, well-maintained cars on his lot and takes a lot of pride in his work. It was also very easy (and fair) trading in my old car and getting financing for the new car, thanks to Julie. All in all, it felt wonderful to have such great customer service and expertise - hard to find places like this anymore!!! Thank you Absolute Auto! Highly recommend and will return (from 45 minutes away) for all of our future car needs and will tell all our friends and family. Editing to add that I have also chosen to bring my van here for oil changes and work. You will not be disappointed when working with Carl and Tucker!!!!

It's so nice when you bring your vehicle in for basic services like oil change with tire rotation etc. You're on your way to work or home in less than one hour. Carl and Tucker know how to treat customers. Good service is the reason I have purchased 4 cars from Carl over the last 20 years.

Carl, Julie and the whole team at Absolute Auto are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best vehicle possible. After hearing nothing but great things from others who have done business with them my wife and I purchased a 15 Pilot from them. I can clearly see why people speak so highly of them! Cannot recommend enough!

Brought our Acura 2000 TL to check for a trace oil leak, do the Timing belt, water pump et al R&R service, and R&R the cabin filter. The whole job was completed in one day,.Tucker was very friendly, efficient, and very clear and honest about what did and did not need attention. The long years of experience of this facility shows in it's professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended ., and noteably less expensive than the Acura dealer.

When my wife needed a replacement vehicle and was leaning towards a Honda, I advised her this is the place to go.Being an auto technician myself, I am very familiar with their work and reputation (through professional networking).She found a vehicle she likes and has been coming here for her oil changes and some other services for years. They keep an eye on things for us and advise us of when things are needed/recommended.I do a lot of the major stuff myself, but if wasn't a technician myself, I would certainly trust these guys.Jay, in the service department is awesome. Very knowledgeable and honest.If you want to buy a Honda or Acura, this is the place to go.If you own one and it needs service, it is also the place to go...These people are truly Honda/Acura specialists.

Jay and the service crew are the best, highly recommend them for Honda and Acura service. They have been doing all the maintenance and repairs on my Accord for years. But now I can also give my 5 star rating to Carl and the sales team. They sell only quality cars and the laid back style is a pleasure. I'm picking up my new (used) Acura TSX tomorrow!

Tucker was extremely respectful, could not have been more nice and professional. Fixed my front brakes, and told me the back brakes did not need attention now, which i appreciated. Also i told him i probably needed a new battery, because leaving my door open for a short time caused me to jump it twice already , door in vehicle was noteven opened long, and caused a dead battery which was strange. He tested it and said no your battery is good, and he did other things as well too see. then he asked me a question to which i answered yes , then the reason was solved . I m highly confident another mechanic would easily of charged me for a battery i did not need . But Tucker and his mechanics did not. Thanks again , i will be back

I highly recommend Absolute Auto. I've had nothing but exceptional experiences with this team. Jay goes above and beyond to ensure that your vehicle is serviced as best as possible. Angie is great and Carl is direct and to the point. The Absolute Auto team listens to your needs and gets the job done efficiently. They've been operating for nearly 40 years and it shows in their high quality of service. If you need to purchase a vehicle or get a repair, this is the spot! Kudos to the entire Absolute Auto team. This was my first time going to Absolute Auto Center and I am so happy I did! A family member first recommended this place and said Jay had helped them with their Acura. I have a Honda and I knew they specialist in these cars as well. Jay was so helpful and definitely knew exactly what he was talking about! He fixed all my problems and was able to get my car back to me the next day while accommodating for an evening pick up after a regular work day. I would go back in a heartbeat!!

A used car dealership you can trust and a great service department to keep you car driving great for years to come. Carl and Jay are a great team. No pushy sales guys who work on commission and very knowledgeable service department. I have been very happy with my (2) car purchases and the service they have provided to my Hondas for 10+years. The next time you need a used car or service for your Honda give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Carl and his staff are great to work with. My family has been buying cars from him and going there for service for many years. We most recently just bought our 4th car for him! He makes sure when the car leaves the lot it s the best quality it can be top to bottom. We had a few hiccups with a 3rd party finance bank but his staff was easy to work with and handled the issues with grace. If you want a reliable used car I suggest you look no further and go here.

I bought my 2012 Honda Pilot here. Bill was very nice . So far 6 months with my truck and no problems at all.The back window didn't work I took it back 3 weeks after and they fixed it. Also got my first oil change for free!! I will definitely recommend.(Update) -> So far almost 3 years with my truck!! I still love it, no problems.

I have used Absolute Auto for about 7 years now and am always happy with the service. The repair is always done right. I recently needed an oil change during this pandemic and Jay worked with me to make it happen. I also was in need for a "new to me used car" and the first place I thought about was Absolute Auto, where I was able to buy a fantastic used Acura which we love. I highly recommend Absolute Auto.

I brought my car in a few weeks back, a 2007 Honda Accord with close to 300,000 miled on it.I was helped by Jay whom took excellent care of me. He got the oil leak figured out and fixed tge problem that's been there for a few years and nobody else could seem to pinpoint and repair at other shops. Jay was the one that finally took the time to find the problem and fixed it for me. I'm very grateful and I wish I knew about this shop earlier!Thanks guys you did a great job! It's been almost a month now. I've put a ton more miles on the car since and it's not leaking anywhere! Yay!! JoAnna.

I have use Absolute Auto for years and find them honest and reliable for all sorts of repairs especial on Honda's They are familiar with them and know a lot of the problems that these cars have much better than a general repair shop that does all cars and probably only a few Honda's. Jay the service manager is honest and will tell you the truth about your vehicle especially on what needs to be done now and what can wait and that matters...

Jay is great and very knowledgeable. I always go to absolute auto instead of going to the Honda dealership because the prices are much more reasonable and repairs are actually done correctly. Jay seems to run one of the very few honest shops in CT and he even works with you to make the repairs affordable.

Jay and his team always come through for me and my 2002 CR-V.I bought the car there and have most service done there.It's a bit of a trek, but every other oil change is free and the loaner cars make it worth the ride for me.Jay always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and reviews what was done when I pick up my car.Once again Jay and the service team at Absolute Auto Center have gotten my 2002 CRV running smoothly.After 217,000 miles it needed a "new" rear wheel bearing. they came up with a solution that make the car feel new again.I can even hear the radio now.10-12-21Even with regular maintenance and inspections stuff happens. And when stuff happens it's comforting to have Absolute Auto Center in your corner.I had a caliper seize on my 2002 crv with 223, 000 miles.This wore the brake pads down to metal which made a horrible noise.Jay was able to get my car in for repairs quick even with what I'm sure was a full schedule.On the road again!

Absolute Auto Service Dept. is truly the best! Jay and the entire team are outstanding. Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, reasonable, caring and friendly. Jay takes the time to talk with you and really explain details so you understand. Always a great experience.

Carl, Patty and Jay are the best. Lovely honest reliable people who sell the best preowned cars. And they guarantee them for a year or 12K miles whichever comes first. If you're in the market for a quality used car, ABSOLUTELY go to Absolute Auto

Honest, responsible, trusted & competent technicians & service personnel. Even though their facility is not convenient to where I live, they are worth going the extra mileage. Have been going to Absolute for over 25 years. They service both my Honda & my wife's Toyota.

I purchased my Acura a little over a year ago. I found Absolute Auto to be courteous, honest and professional. The process was seamless. Literally just walked in from picking our Pilot up for service at Absolute Auto. Jay has got to be the most knowledgable and honest guy out there. True testament to how the business is run. Only regret is that we got our Honda from Carmax. Wish we had given Carl our business - they deserve it!! Crazy if you're bringing your Honda anywhere else!!

Very friendly and professional staff. Extremely knowledgeable of the product. I feel that my Honda is always in good hands when I bring it here. The pricing is better than local Honda dealers and the biggest factor is the trustworthiness.

My second, and now third cars were both bought through Absolute Auto. The team here are great to deal with, and, amazingly the prices are pretty fair. Some have some negotiation room, but it seems to be based around what, if any work, the vehicle may need before leaving the lot.Jay over in the service department is also a terrific guy. Before returning here I shopped around a bit, but, I think in the future I'm just going to head to them first.

Absolutely the best!We are on our 2nd vehicle purchased and serviced at Absolute Auto Center. Carl, Jay and the team at Absolute have been nothing but excellent in both sales and service for us for nearly a decade now. Work quoted is work performed, all service work is done competently and timely. Advice is given when asked, and our experience is always pleasant and professional. When time comes to upgrade from our 09 Honda Accord, we will most likely purchase our next vehicle from Absolute. So glad I found this place. Jay in service is incredibly honest. He will even tell me when I should bring the car to another dealer if it's warranted. Have been coming here for years. Time and repair estimates are on target. They will provide a vehicle if you need to get to work. Reliable, reliable, reliable.
