So far, so good. Very happy with the work they did on my car. I used their services for the first time during the past week & they installed a new starter on my Honda Civic & they did a great job. Car starts right up very strong. Very reasonably priced shop too. Recommend. Thanks again, guys!

I love coming to Riverview Rick and Rich always make me feel like royalty. It never matters if its just a simple oil change or a big job these guys always help me find the safest most cost efficient way to keep my vehicle road safe. I have been too many repair shops in town. And I have been unhappy often, never has Rick left me feeling unsafe.I highly recommend this business these guys are some of the best in town.

I went in here today and Rick was not here. I am waiting to get my brakes done. I'm happy I came in earlier than I had planned because the parts were not here. The part was supposed to be here at 10. It's now 10:15 and the part is not here yet. I know they do great work, but without the owner on premises as it used to always be, the quality could go down.Let's see what happens in the future. Rob is definitely not Rick who has always been wonderful.Service: Brakes

They are very true to their customers. I went in and they gave me the ultimate care and advice for my vehicle. Great neighborhood auto shop! I recommend them to anyone in the area..and if u don't know much about cars.. they got ur back..they patiently show you and explain the problem and what needs to be done to solve. For the past fifteen years, the only place I trust to give me solid, straightforward, honest advice about my vehicles. Rick always takes the time to explain and never does more than needed. He is very accommodating and gets the work done right and fast. I would and do recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid mechanic shop.

While I never like to write mediocre reviews, as I have had good service from this place in the past, I felt like I had to write this one as this experience was not great.About a month ago, I noticed that i had some shake in my steering wheel and also when I applied the brakes. So i dropped off car and Rick had said that my rotors and pads in front needed to be replaced. He also addressed the rears saying that the calipers were leaking fluid. So I said go ahead and replace the parts to the tune of 400 for the front work and and something like 300+ in the back to replace the calipers. Work was done got car back and drove it about a month till just last week.Noticed the car was shaking again at 65mph and car was also shaking badly when applying brakes. So i call and talk to Rick who said that we can warranty the rotors if they are warped, so i made another appointment. I was then told its not the rotors but the wheels had corrosion and that i needed to come drive it to see if the removal would fix the vibration. So took for ride and it seems like it was fixed so i paid the 88 in labor they charged to take care of this corrosion and felt good to know it was taken care of.Next day I took it out and car again was shaking very badly. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and low and behold the rotors are warped. They also said they were from a local parts store and most likely not the highest quality even though I paid for the premium rotors. They also couldn't believe that they didn't do anything for me here as the car had a noticeable brake vibration. I just don't understand why they couldn't warranty the rotors as he said they would. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to car services but when your car is shaking when hitting the brakes I know its warped rotors. I feel a bit deceived here unfortunately.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We don't trust many with our vehicles. I trust Riverview. I drive far for my job and the work performed here is very trustworthy which makes me not second guess driving on the Highways. The professional staff are very nice and thorough and will take the time to explain anything that you may not understand. We recently moved to Milford but will continue to bring our vehicles to Riverview. A+

Riverview is my go to place. It doesn't matter if I just want my fluids checked or I need service these gentlemen are always willing to help. Today I brought my sons car in for an oil change. As I was leaving I mentioned to Rick that the seat was stuck and It wasn't safe for me because I couldn't reach close enough. Before I knew it he had his tools and my seat was working. Just the kind of shop this is. Don't allow a call to a shop where it seems like the person can't be bothered. Sometimes there are people standing waiting for services they have appointments for.So if things seem busy just call back it definitely is worth the callback.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Rick is one of, if not the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He is very accommodating and always cheerful. Rick does not try to sell you more than you need, and I trust him with my car and my wallet.

I think I've been fleeced. A first time customer, I was charged over $400 for a repair 1/2 a dozen mechanics told me they'd charge around $250 for. I am familiar with the auto parts industry and understand the necessity behind marked up pricing. However, there is a mark up, and then there is a shake down.Had I received service that was just and fair, it could have been the beginning of a relationship with a repeat customer. But instead, given that I was stranded, my car inoperable until it was fixed, I felt the repair transaction was a cash grab, ensuring that neither I, nor my family, nor any of my friends will trust our vehicles with this place.We won't be back.

I will never go anywhere else-Rick and his staff are always compassionate and thoroughly explain what, if any problem there is with vehicle-his recommendations and price savings surpass any other shop I have dealt with before meeting him. No one is better!

Fantastic service. Reasonable prices. These guys know what they are doing and aren't trying to sell you what you don't need. I moved several towns over and make the trip to them each time still. The best service I've found thus far

This is a bit hard for me. I went there to get my break line done because it leak all the break fluid. I know the guy for a while so I figure that he was going to help me out. When I got the bill he charge me $93.75 for a 25 3/16, 1 ft alloy break line. I could have saved if I bought it myself.
