We lost our transmission on the side of the road. We had our pickup towed to Slick Spot and crossed our fingers. Turned out to be the best place we could have hoped for. Knowledgeable mechanics figured it out immediately. The part was going to take several days and we were offered a pickup to get home in. Top Notch business!

We were traveling through the area in our RV and the turbo went out in the diesel engine. The employees were very helpful and quickly assessed the problem. They ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer for overnight delivery and allowed us to stay in our motorhome in the parking lot while we waited. The staff kept us up to date with the progress and took the time to explain each step to us. The staff were respectful and we very much appreciate how quickly they repaired the motorhome. Had a slow leak in my tire and found these folks close to the hotel i was staying at. Asked at the hotel and they said it was a good outfit. Drove there and they got my car right in and fixed the tire. Wasn't there very long. Appreciate their quick and kind service.

I will do all my business here. They always get tire repairs done in a timely manner . The guys always do a great job and are very helpful and knowledgeable

Truckers avoid going there (Wray)... the mechanics are haughty, I even had to see a Latin mechanic complain to a customer for bringing work to the shop... the only saving grace is that the owner and the head mechanic seem to be nice people

I was referred to Slick Spot by my friend who said they give top-notch service. Before getting the reference, I had pretty lousy experiences with local mechanics. One didn t answer their phone, one died, and one told me he could do the work, but never got to it, so I just took the truck back home. I had a big cross-country trip a week away and my truck was leaking oil, so I got the reference and called Curt Lapp. This is where exceptional service started and continued. As a military man, I appreciate reliable knowledge and exceptional service.I dropped off the truck the next day, and Nate came out with a clipboard writing notes as fast as I could tell him the symptoms. He captured everything, acknowledged my time crunch, and laid out the plan for getting my truck ready in time for my trip. They managed to get parts off, shipped out for warranty work, installed, and addressed a few other issues in record time and at a reasonable price. Also, Tom kept me in the loop with everything as things progressed and answered all questions I had. I could not be happier with Curt and his team and I ll be taking my truck there in the future! This place was AMAZING. We are all the way from Minnesota and had car troubles while we were road tripping back and Slick Spot got us in right away!!! They were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Their staff members were very friendly and awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed! GREAT BUSINESS! 10/10!!

I ruined a tire on my riding mower, didn t even know if they worked on those types of tires but decided to give it a try. Took the tire in and it was determined that it was unfix able but they had one in stock and were able to get the new one put on the rim immediately and get me on my way! Slick spot is one of the best places I have been to to get my truck repaired very friendly people they work with you the owner is very nice they will help you out Spanish they can I live in Florida and I always use them when I m up in Colorado to get work done on my truck thank you slick spot family for helping me out of my jam I just gave you a good review

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The employees are courteous and friendly, respectful and helpful. Maybe one of the most notable aspects of this business is the service, above and beyond the expected. We are pleased with our new tires and how nicely the car drives again. Thank you Curt and staff!

If I could give it ten stars it wouldn't be enough..had a tire tread come apart driving into town.noting its after business hours.Thinking im about to spend the night there..Got in touch with a tech..given spot on directions and told that someone would be out right away..Was met by two courteous young men who had me up and on my way within minutes...Thank you.

Excellent Service and Prices~I would high recommend Slick Spot Farm Truck & Auto for any diesel repairs! Last week we had an emergency break repair that need to be fixed ASAP, stopped at the shop in Fort Morgan and they where able to make the repairs immediately. Everyone was very friendly and the work was completed quickly. Not to mention the great price for all the work that was completed. Thanks guys for the great service! ALAMO Trucking LLC,

We broke down on the way home from vacation and they came in on a Saturday afternoon to see what it needed. They couldn t get parts till Monday morning. They let us stay in there parking lot in our RV and hook up to there electricity and we had access to water. What more could you ask for. And let us use a vehicle to run to town for groceries. It was fixed on Monday morning and we drove on home with no problems. Everyone was very friendly and I couldn t be more pleased with all there help. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Chuck & Bill for taking a bad end of vacation and making it pleasant.

The Slick Spot team are down to earth, caring individuals that make up a very productive and efficient team. I cant say enough about each one of them. They down to earth, understanding and just - relatable. Knowledgeable. Do it right. Communicate. Guess I hats the benefit of small town. Real people. 4 stars.

It is a long story why I'm giving them two Stars. We had them work on multiple trucks. Never have had that good of an outcome. However they did work on a pickup of ours with no issues.

I have been working with Slick Spot for a year and a half. Richard and Mike have always done what they promised and gotten it to me on time. When I have been in a tight spot they have always done what they could to get me going. I would recommend Slick Spot to anybody living nearby or traveling through.

Misdiagnosed my car which resulted in the head gasket blowing. They had to have known it was blown, but they changed my thermostat, charged us $480, and told me it would be fine.Car didnt last a week so all that money and time I could have spent finding a new vehicle was wasted on a vehicle they knew was broken down but they did the bare minimum so they could still charge me. Sad.

Worst place in the world! I do not recommend going here! The owner Richard screwed me out of $5,000 that's I'm still trying to get back after 7 months of fighting him. Suppose to be warranty my 2 month old turbo but instead he writes up a fake warranty claim and he will not send me my turbo back so that I can claim it myself. I have never been around a guy so aragonite in my life. Horrible horrible horrible

Rip off dealership! The overcharge for a simple coolant expansion reservoir 1300. 10 hours labor??!?!? You better go elsewhere. Called several dealerships for similar quote $400 or $500 total.

They were there to help when I couldn't get sold of a Triple A. I was in a pinch and I had a legal apmnt they let me use a loaner witch saved my day. Very nice people.
