Great Place!Their oil change w/ inspection, tire balance etc. special is unbeatable! These guys do great work! Mike is very personable and straightforward. Highly Recommend!

I brought my vehicle in here on Thursday am and they were going to look at my car to see what was wrong,they gave me a vehicle to use to get to work while they looked at my vehicle,I recieved a call from them about 2 hours later and had them fix it,I could not get there till the next morning which was fine for both of us,I recieved my vehicle fixed,washed inside and out, my vehicle runs like new,I am so very pleased with the treatment I received here,I will never go elsewere,they are awesome!!!Thank you so much!!

These guys are great and know their stuff. They never sell what your vehicle doesn't need and always are honest and keep your vehicle running tip top shape. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

They are always helpful every time I go here 10 times better than Christian brothers and very honesty. They are a place. I suggest everyone take their vehicles to and they do a top-notch job.

We have used Pike's for our last few repairs and will continue to bring our cars to them. They are prompt with communication, up front about costs, and they do good work. We had one instance where a seal they installed didn't hold correctly and they immediately took the car back in and fixed it same day, free of charge. I definitely recommend.

Pike's provided such a great experience. Had to replace my rear brakes and was apprehensive about taking my 2015 vehicle to an auto center that wasn't Honda in the 7 years I've had my vehicle. They transitioned easily from talking to my dad (lol) to working with me. They got me in immediately and provided a loaner car so I didn't have to miss work from my job that's 45 miles away. Their price was the same as Honda's, but again, provided a loaner that was available. It definitely felt like I was working w/ a friendly local business. Also, the cute dog in the office makes stopping in worth it.

We had side rails added to our 4Runner and the owner was knowledgable and polite. We are grateful we chose Pike's Auto Care. They completed the job quickly and my vehicle looks amazing! Thanks for the phenomenal work!

12/20/19Someone from there shop contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication and see how they could make it right. Considering this was an outlier experience I have changed my review to more accurately reflect the situation as a whole--------------------------------------------------------11/5/19: I unfortunately had an experience that has drastically changed my opinion of Pike's. I took my vehicle in for regular service and they informed me that I would also need brake work and that it would be about $600. However when I went to pick up my vehicle I had a bill for over $1,100. It may have been that they did not correctly communicate all of the costs to me beforehand, or did not update me while repairs were in progress. Regardless, having a bill nearly double without being made aware isn't what I would consider professional. I no longer see myself recommending Pike's to anyone and will be taking my business to Loveland or Fort Collins moving forward.------------------------ Previous Review--------------------Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I will continue to use them to service my vehicles and would recommend them to anyone

The guys in the shop were incredibly kind and honest. I went in because I thought I needed an alignment. The guys said they would see if it was necessary and they deemed it was not so they just balanced and rotated my tires instead. They saved me a tremendous amount of money and in the end when I asked about tipping them they offered me a flower. :) I have never been treated so fairly. You have made a lifetime customer. I am so glad that I chose Pike's

Finally I found an honest auto shop who gives great auto and customer service and even loaners when they are available! I decided to check Pike's out after dealing with some shady dishonest dealers, auto shops and I even put Pike's to the test to do a diagnostic on a "diagnostic " I already had, but I didn't share that as I wanted to see what Pike's found and would say.Of course they checked out and I've been going to them since. They have helped me out in also some straight up great advice on purchasing a used vehicle for my son, including giving a diagnostic and Mike, the technician, gave a test drive with my son and I in the truck to point things outThese guys are awesome! Thank you Sean, Mike the manager , and crew for all you do and being a good vibe when I had been beat up a bit by the bad ones. You've got a loyal customer now.Thank you!Shannon Denton and son

I had some much needed work done on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. Very professional and polite through the entire process. They called me several times to keep me updated and did a great job ... faster than expected even. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are very reasonably priced and do excellent work. Plus I like that they went out of their way to help a local teacher who couldn't afford her repairs. Will definitely be back.

I occasionally write & post a review of companies I do some business with. I especially enjoy reviewing those which present me with an interesting or unusual experience that other people might find helpful. I always try to be objective & fair in the way I present the information & also ask for any responses from the subject of the review before posting on local webpages.After our neighbors highly recommended Pike's Auto Care Center recently, I decided to pay a visit last week to have my front tires checked & get an estimate to replace them.I spoke with Jason at Pikes' front desk here in Windsor, Colorado and found that he has excellent technical knowledge & is very involved in keeping everyone working together. So during my first visit he visually inspected my deteriorating tires and suggested that I replace all 4 tires to include balancing and a 4-wheel alignment.After a call earlier today that the work was completed, I noticed when picking up my car that one of the newly mounted & installed tires was a different size (was visibly smaller than the other 3). Jason had it replaced with the correct size in short order but also pointed out that the alignment for the rear wheels couldn't be done without ordering some alignment shims which will take somewhere between 3 days to about a week to arrive. He rechecked the alignment after discovering those rear tires weren't the same size when he did the initial work; but that apparently hadn't affected the readings, & the shims really were needed.I appreciated his comment that I should drive more slowly until the shims are installed... So as not to damage them, I will be closely monitoring the wear on these new Dunlop tires to make sure any further alignment or repair work gets done in a timely manner.Thanks Mike !

Privately owned auto shops are all over the place. Most are full of good, honest people who care about treating you fairly. These folks here have been really awesome to me. Although I went in bummed that my car needed work I'm really happy I was referred to them. It's a no BS place that's honest. Even though I love all the way in southern Loveland I'll be coming here for things I can't do myself!

Don t go here. First off, don t know why I had to wait 3 days for a quote. Secondly, when I got it they said $4600. We towed my car away to Tony s in Loveland, he gave us a quote all same deal even including tires (4), for 1/4 cost @ just around $1,000 and got the work done ASAP. An absolute rip off, I ve heard the stories about here and definitely flagging with BBB. Can t believe we got quoted over $3,000 more. Unreal. Don t do it, take your car somewhere else and get a quote first, or to Tony s in Loveland.

Scam artists at the finest. DO NOT USE. They will fix brand new parts of your vehicle. They tried to claim my starter was bad a few weeks after it was replaced at the dealership. When asked to show me what was wrong they said they couldn t help me.At the dealership they take a video of the problems and send it to you, if they did this here they would likely go out of business...Classic bad mechanic stay away.

I ve been going to Pikes for over 20 years, Sean and Mike are Very Honest, They know what they re talking about. They have worked on my foreign cars and my American cars very knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone..Hats off to all of the Staff

Got new tires about a week ago. No complaints. My alignment is so steady it feels like my Toyota Carola is a tesla now.. Definitely recommend this place...

Not equipped for quick repair (simple tire plug in my case ). I was told I could leave my car overnight ... for a plug . Apparently, unlike most car shops who fit you in for quick repairs In-between their current workload this shop just refuses quick repairs to their community customers leaving me to continue driving dangerously to find another place , which was another disappointment , Family Tire Shop also couldn t be bothered to fit me in for a quick repair. A tire shop that cant do quick plugs ?? I feel like im in the twilight zone in this town.

Do not go to this family business . They do not treat employees fairly and they lie about the pay when you are hired on. My boyfriend worked there and was let go and replaced only THREE days after having our daughter. What kind of place takes away a pay guarantee AND fires someone with a 3 day old. This is not a business you should support, the owner is very demeaning to his workers in workplace.

As a new member of the community of Windsor, finding a reliable auto repair shop was one of my priorities. The guys at Pike's Auto Care Center took great care of me the first time I brought my vehicle in. I'll bring it back again soon!

My tire pressure light came on unexpectedly this morning on my commute to work. Luckily they were open before I got onto the freeway. Thank you "Skipper" and they guys for helping me out this morning. Very appreciated.

Piles auto is the BEST autoshop in northern Colorado, they helped me twice with major issues,a very bad oil leak,and new tires. I had a 98 Toyota Camry and couldn't really read the dipstick for oil so I kept over filling it, which caused the problem,they didn't EVER say it was my fault, I found out later it was. And they probably knew that but never said it to me. I thought that was very nice to not make me feel so stupid.I was working in Windsor living in wyoming,and needed tires,was living paycheck yo paycheck,they held my tittle til the bill was paid and when I had missed a pay ment cause I thought it was all paid the manager didn't even get mad and threaten me,like others probably would have.I send everyone I know that need their car repIred to these people , you can not get a more honest group of guys. PERIOD!!

Honest guys! - I came in with what another shop told me was a transmission issue. In fact it was a really bad wheel bearing and some other minor issues. They could have easily confirmed the wrong diag - charged me a bunch of money and I would have never known. Definitely recommend!

Showed up with a large screw in my tire, they not only got me in quickly, made the repair and didnt charge me. Its seems hard to find outstanding customer care! I know where my next set of tires will come from. Thanks Guys!
