I just moved to a new house with no window screens. I called and they said they could come measure but it would be awhile but suggested that I could measure and bring in the information for each window. I brought in a list and thought it would take a couple weeks but they called after just 2 days. The screens fit perfectly which is great to cool off the upstairs at night without getting a million mosquitos. They were very helpful and friendly and quick service.

We have been doing business with the Morey's for decades. I used to bring them pop cans as a kid for money. Today we dropped off our car to get the windshield replaced. I made a scheduling mistake and dropped the car off on the wrong day. The Morey's were able to get a windshield ordered and installed despite my error. They are a great family owned business, with excellent customer service.

we Had issues with a contractor and just went directly to Morey s Glass. They came out within 2 days and measured and ordered the glass door. As soon as it came in, they installed and did a beautiful job! Great prices, great people, I would recommend Morey s to anyone! Nate took great care of us and we are very pleased!!

Did not seal with window, took it into the dealership and they forgot half inch spot to seal the glass. Their customer service is horrible, when I called to discuss this with them, they still have not returned any of my calls, it will now cost me over 3800.00 to fix the paint that they ruined, plus the $1000.00 for the new windshield. On top of the $500.00 I already paid for the windshield to them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are great! Took a big rock on the highway on new car & didn't want to have to replace windshield. They took us right in, repaired the big chip quickly & efficiently and got us back on the road. Kudos to the young man who did a great job! Wonderful family owned business!

First time using this business. Needed a piece of glass cut to replace broken picture glass. Cutting the glass was speedy enough. However, when I went to pick up the glass, the gal tried to just hand it to me. Not wrapped or anything. No paper. No cardboard. Nothing. I told her, I need this wrapped. I have a lot of stuff in the back of my car. I have No place to lie it flat. She went and found a young kid. His response: yeah, that s not gonna work. Can you come back later to pick it up? I asked if he could wrap it. His response: if I wrapped every piece of glass, I d be doing that all day. Are you sure you can t come back later? I told him that I could NOT come back later. That I am working and need to take it with me now. He begrudgingly went out back and amazingly, found cardboard to put it in. What is wrong with basic good customer service anymore?Service: Auto side view mirror repair

The window in one our our french doors was foggy because of an eroded seal. Moreys ordered and replaced the window for us. It now looks beautiful again. Their prices are very good and the quality of their service is exceptional! Will definitely use again.

A stone cracked my windshield and I needed immediate repairing service because I need my car. So I chose Morey's Glass & Metals Inc. Very vast and excellent work. It was repaired very fast. Thanks again to Tracy for the good customer service!

Needed some screens done. They were timely I'm getting the screens done however, when they called to say the screams were ready I was informed I would have to pay an additional 3% if I used a card on my order. This was not disclosed to me when we placed the order. Upon picking up the screens there is a sign on the door with black lettering on smoked glass that no one can see below the handle that does disclose you will have to pay more if you use a credit card.As a small business owner myself I factory in that 3% as a cost of doing business and do not punish my customers

These guys have cut countless glass and mirror pieces for us. They are fast, friendly, accurate reasonably priced and always have good things to say about everybody. Their reviews seem to be either very pro or very con. I like to look at other reviews made by the cons. Sometimes people are very hard to please and are infallible in every way and think everyone else should be as well.

I have been going to Morey's Glass and Metals since we moved to Windsor 32 years ago. I used to go there as a young boy to buy scrap parts to build my "spaceship". My pops and I recycled all the aluminum cans we would save and collect. Now I go there for scrap and metals for all of my projects. They are my first stop for glass and scrap related needs. They are friendly and honest. I just wish they were still able to melt the aluminum down into ingots like they used to.

My windshield was hit with a rock and it was broken. Morey's Glass & Metals Inc. are working very fast. The called me the same day I left my car for repair. Nice work and well priced.

I've gotten glass cut for picture frames a couple of time.As long as I live near Windsor, Morey's Glass & Metals will get ALL of my business.They are very fast and very good.

They came out measured my shower doors for replacement, told I would be receiving them after Thanksgiving.....and they NEVER placed the order! I called to find out what was happening and got much more information than I ever wanted! Be Careful, I was told the business may be closing....

Never been before, and stopped by to check and see if they could fix a big chip in my glass sometime, and they did it right then, were quick, courteous and kind.Definitely would recommend.

Morey's saved the day when I needed a last minute side view mirror for my vehicle, I called every parts place I could around the area and no one had one in stock. Morey's came through with one by the end of the day, even installed it for me. Thank you Morey's!

I took my car in for a windshield replacement. They put in a chipped windshield, scratched the paint in 2 places, and left black sealant smeared around the window. A week later, the windshield cracked. I will take it somewhere else to get it replaced again (and pay another $400).
