Came for a simple fix. My husband stopped by and talked through the issue with several techs at length, and then we came back early the next week to drop the car off to be fixed. The tech he'd spoken with the most acted like his brain had been reset over the weekend and he had no memory of the car or the issue. He literally said "I don't know anything about it" and certainly acted like he didn't. I was floored by how unfamiliar they seemed with this known Kia issue or even what model of vehicle we have. When we came to pick up the car, they had "washed" it without asking if we even wanted that (we didn't!) by dragging a filthy rag over every surface. My husband had just detailed it over several days and they completely ruined it, wasting a lot of our time and money. The paint was even scratched and swirled by the "wash," and we'll have to pay a ton to get it fixed. When we called to report the damage, the service manager, who had acted friendly to us that morning, turned into a jerk, super short and rude and unhelpful on the phone. He didn't ask what had happened, didn't offer any explanation or apology, and didn't make any gesture toward making it right. We'll never come back here.

They were friendly at first so there's their star. Couldn't remember me, my car, or the issue when I showed for appointment. Seemed like they really didn't have knowledge of my vehicle at all. Thought my Rio was a Forte.When I picked it up, they had gotten the oil change light reset (the issue which took a call to Kia and their master tech to figure out) but didn't address my other 2 concerns.I noticed my car was also dirty even though I dropped it off to them in perfect condition having spent the weekend detailing my car. When I got it home I realized it wasn't just dirty but scratched. Called and spoke with Alec who was short, angry, and demanded I bring the car down to show him. Didn't even let me explain what was going on.I'm passing on whatever he could possibly offer (another wash tech try to "buff it out" or something?) and taking it to a professional. I will never step foot in this place again as a "free" warranty issue is now costing me hundreds because their incompetent wash bay workers use contaminated rags to wash cars.I can't recommend a good place to take your car. Figure things out for yourself and skip this and any dealership at all costs.

Even though it is a 3 hr trip for me, I actually look forward to getting my car serviced. They always do a great job and all the people are the best! They keep you posted on the work in progress and if there is something that needs addressed, they find you and discuss your options.

Dee has been awesome over the years of having our Telluride serviced. Great customer service and not pushy about upselling stiff you don't want or need. Side note, the shuttle driver, Kay, is the nicest human! She even offered to pray for my son in the military after a 5 min ride...awesome!

Very nice person I talked to, so I'm not going to give 1 star. However, they quoted me approximately $600 for an ignition switch replacement. It was cheaper than Ft Collins service which said $800. But still, that's ridiculous. I bought the new part online for $45 and did it myself in 15 mins (thanks youtube). Other problem I have is I had 2 oil changes left with this dealership. I guess ownership changed and they wouldn't honor my oil changes. Lame

So far in the process Peak Kia North has been awesome. In my dealings with Jimmy T - it's been a pleasure. Hasn't pulled any tricks like I was getting at other dealerships. He listened to what I asked for and delivered. I will post an update as things progress.

Went to have a brake light replaced and found out I have a small leak in my transmission. So happy they found it before it gets to be a worse problem. As always very professional and helpful!

I have had a great experience here every time (oil change and maintenance throughout the past year). Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Plenty of room available for me to sit and work while in wait and they have walk in options for oil change and turn around for that is about an hour and a half.

Bryce is fantastic!!!! He and his team did the window tinting on my new '23 sportage and it turned out beautiful! When I went to sell my Rio post-accident and there were damages found to have been missed by the first shop, he got me in and taken care of right away. The team at Peak Kia does it right! They communicate with their clients, the provide the absolute best service! I only wished I lived locally so I could continue to have my car maintained here.Service: A/C installation & repair

Went in over a week ago for oil change and recalls, they told me that one recall item was on order and would assume in a couple days, still haven't heard from them, I even called and never got a response. Not the customer service I expected from a Kia dealership.
