Awesome move-in experience. Staff was super sweet, patient, kind, and helpful. They got me set up with a lock and then took me out to my unit, giving me a good, comprehensive tour of the facility, how to properly navigate around and exit. The prices are very reasonable. They were willing to wait for me to go through State Farm my Auto insurance provider in order to get Renter s, which was a cheaper option for me, as opposed to purchasing their insurance option. I m excited to see how everything plays out in the long-term, as I expect to keep this unit for at least a year, if not longer.

I love the customer service, it was good service and we were checked in quickly and it was clean in the unit. I would recommend Falcon Point to anyone.

Over the past 40 years we have moved and had Storage in many areas with the Military! Falcon Point Self Storage is, by far, the best storage facility we have had! We obtained a temperature controlled unit and have never had any issues with bugs, etc.! It was the easiest place to get in and out when we required access! The Management and their team are very easy to work with, kind, and always professional! Thank you, so much for providing a great service at a very reasonable rate!!

Falcon Point is a great place to store your stuff, we have worked with them for quite a few years and they were crucial in storage for our business operations! Facilities are clean, easy to access and their office staff is amazing. Thank you Falcon!

Great service at Falcon Point Self Storage. Matter of fact, Judy Paul, property manager, worked with me while I was travelling across the country finalizing my storage unit. She was a champ, walking me through all of the details. I would highly recommend Falcon Point where you will be treated right.

The assistant manager is awesome to work with friendly and fun to talk to she was able to help me move from smaller unit to a larger one with ease I recommend this facility I have been with them for over a year and half now

Absolutely one of the best experiences I ve had with a company, not just a storage facility. Judy was so kind and such a pleasure to speak to. The facility and unit itself was immaculate, and the temperature control unit we had was a perfect temperature. None of my vinyls or temp sensitive items show any signs of damage. The code to get in and out always worked and made things really convenient and the property felt very secure. There was always a dolly in the hall for us to use. The best part of all was the price! I felt like I was renting a unit from actual people as opposed to a company who only cares about money. I can t say enough good things about Falcon Point Storage. I would highly recommend using their services if ever in need! 1000 stars!

I'm absolutely impressed with the level of courtesy, kindness, and efforts put forth that are above and beyond the standard level of service usually provided. Exceeding all expectations. I have been with this storage facility for almost 1 year, and from the very beginning, which was the setting up of my rental unit, Judy was incredibly helpful from the start. She was very understanding of my situation and worked hard to accommodate to my very chaotic & unplanned needs. I can't thank her enough. Then as I moved out she once again made the entire process doable and once again accomodating to my needs so that things would proceed smoothly. I have never experienced such kind service from another establishment. I hold this facility with great respect and value their business above all others. I moved ab 2 hours away & still refused to get a different unit which would have been closer, & that's because of who they were. Driving 2 hours just to get to my unit was well worth it. I did this for a year. I wouldn't recommend any other facility.. if you wish to be treated as a real person with real problems, treated with kindness, compassion, & understanding. Then you have found the right place. Thank you so much to Judy & all her amazing staff members who are also one of a kind. I can't remember her name, but even without me asking she left the office when she had a break to come help me unload a huge machine, which she noticed in the back of my truck. Thank you. Thank to all at Falcon Point Self Storage. I won't forget you guys.

Great facility nice and clean. The units are new and secure, which is always a plus. The manager Judy is very helpful and knows what she s doing. She helped me so much upon move in and move out, and times in between. I would 100% still have a unit there, if I hadn t moved out of state. Well done Falcon Point!

Judy is absolutely amazing. She was inviting and helpful with everything. Under very short notice she was able & willing to accommodate my needs at the very last minute. She went out of her way to help me when other places simply put in no effort. Since I didn't know where I'd be moving to the location wasn't as much of an issue as was availability, & now that I'm getting somewhat rooted, even though the facility is an hour away, I have no intentions of relocating my stuff. I will remain with Falcon as long as I need it and if I need storage in the future again, I think I'll be back. They are absolutely great. Thank you so much for helping me.

I rented one unit here, everything was pretty much fine till I moved out last week.1. The unit had its insulation fall down on my stuff2. They didn't put any salt and rock down where there is clearly layers of ice building up; making for a hazardous experience trying to get to the dumpster3. They charge a fee if items are left outside the dumpster (which was filled and covered in snow showing it hadn't been emptied in a while), there is no sign that mentions this by the dumpster that we saw. There was only one dumpster for I would guess over a hundred units as I was unit 96.Watch out for the fees, possible insulation failure, as well as avoiding winter weather and you will be fine here. I guess.

Staff is very sporadic.A very nice new facility, but - when you need to pay rent or actually GET a unit there may not be staff available.Usually there is only one person there and that person constantly locks the lobby to walk grounds or to help customers.Has been closed tuesday all morning and into the afternoon.Hard to conduct business without staffing.

Lucky for my family and I we picked Falcon Point Self Storage. I say that because the prices are great and also the staff! We had to upgrade our unit halfway through leasing a new unit and was pleased that the upgrade was fairly easy and affordable! This location seems very secure and I like how it is virtually newer than other competitors makes all the facility and our unit very clean! Thank you!

I rented a climate controlled unit for six months at Falcon Point. I found it to be a clean, well maintained facility. The manager, Judy, is great to deal with. I recommend this facility.

This storage unit was great. Good location, secure, clean and at a reasonable price. Judy was always very helpful when I had any questions or issues. I'm glad I chose this place to store our things.

I used this storage facility because I had moved from another state and needed storage a little while and was very happy with it. Judy in the office was very kind and helpful. It was easy to get to the unit, it was very clean, and I felt it was very secure there.

This is my first experience with a self storage place and it was a dream to use! The owner went above and beyond to help get is into our 30' unit the same day we called. The check in process was so easy, and she walked us through the requirements. The unit itself was very secure, with cameras and gates that required codes, and a locking system that couldn't be tampered with. All at no extra cost! And It was all clean, from the office, to the parking lots, to the unit itself! It was also very accessible, even with the large, 26' box truck we drove in to load up. I highly recommend this place !

Judy was very helpful when we needed a storage unit before we moved. When we discovered that we had more "stuff" than we thought she very quickly (within minutes) found us a 2nd unit next to our original unit. They also have a great move in special.

I contacted numerous self storage units in the Windsor, CO area this fall. We chose Falcon Point Self Storage and have been working with JP at Falcon Point Self Storage since October 1, 2019. JP has been extremely professional and very helpful -- she has been a delight to work with! She always has a smile on her face when we stop in to drop another load off. The prices are great! There is a good selection of types and sizes of units and they are a gated storage which was a must for us. I would highly recommend Falcon Point Self Storage if you need a place to store something for a month or two or longer.

By far the best Storage place ever I have rented from we went through a horrible move during the pandemic and when we stumbled upon this place from day one they wAs nothing. But nice and helpful super friendly and went above and beyond to help us and. Made sure we didn t loose everything they really care for people not at all just about the money I wish I could leave more stars if your looking fir Storage this is the place to go thank you Judy your a god sent

Be very careful the snow and ice is never moved on the first building and I slipped and fell being super slow and careful i saw others fall there before as well not cool ... the first doors past the office smells so bad of chemicals u get light headed being in the area but u step into the other ones and u don't have that smell

They have raised their prices two times in six months. Not to mention that my items in storage are all covered in a thick layer of dust!
