I can't say enough about Matt and his crew at Epic Service Center. They always provide exceptional service and communication, competitive pricing, and always deliver in a timely fashion. Every experience I've had has been exceptional. You will NOT find a better automotive service team in Northern Colorado.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and Epic Service Center. My experience working with Matt was perfect. His communication with explaining the issue with my truck was detailed and in terms I could understand. His quote for the work was $2,000 less than the GMC dealership! The work was done on time and exactly for what I was quoted. I am very impressed with Matt and his team at Epic. Their honesty, integrity, and work ethic sets them apart from any other auto repair shop. They earned my business for life.

Had my SUV serviced at Epic and had the best experience. Cody was extremely thorough and knowledgeable regarding what was needed. Their pricing was very competitive and they delivered premium service. I recommend getting an estimate from Epic before having any work done. They were a minimum of $800 less than my previous shop. Cody went above and beyond to explain the estimate and gave me a detailed invoice showing what was completed. I highly recommend Epic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I won t take my vehicles anywhere else! They always get me scheduled within a couple of days. As soon as I show up to my appt, they take my car back and start working on it. They are honest and fair in their prices and never try to talk me into getting more work done than I need. Love this place!!!

Read their reviews so decided to give these guys a try. Glad I did, Matt and his guys are true professionals. Bought a new jeep trackhawk and needed to have exhaust and cai installed on it. Was a little hesitant to take it to the place I used to go to, being a high hp vehicle (joyriding) lol. But These guys got it in first thing in the morning and had it done by 10am! No extra mileage when I picked it up, and I could tell they really took the time to do things right! I will definitely be bringing in my other vehicles to them from now on!

These guys were awesome. I was driving through Colorado on a cross country road trip when I started experiencing some electrical issues in my truck. I'd be staying in Windsor for a couple days anyways so they were more than happy to hold onto my truck and do all of the diagnostics to figure out what the issue was. Their communication was great and they kept me appraised of the whole process the entire time, and even asked to hold it for another day to see how the battery drained while it sat.While there didn't end up being anything that needed to be fixed/replaced, I did expect a charge at least for all the diagnostic time they had spent on my truck over the few days they had it, but they insisted on letting me go without one.Hugely appreciative of these guys and the good work they did, great communication, and friendly people.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Matt Zimmerman and his excellent teammates (like Mike) and the guys do top notch work, and their customer service is 5 stars. Trust is paramount with vehicle diagnosing, repairs and maintenance and although dealerships are gouging prices these days, Epic is fair and transparent. 100% trust them for all my personal AND commercial vehicle needs. The experience is really Epic! Matt is a stone cold professional and he leads by example. His team knows what he expects and they deliver quality work at a fast turnover rate. These guys have the best customer service. There is a reason you only see 5 star reviews. And honestly I d give them 6 if I could. Thank you Matt for always doing the right thing even when nobody is looking. I look forward to bringing you my vehicles for service for years to come. Matt and the Epic team are all rock stars. You can walk in as a new customer and know you are going to be taken care of and NOT ripped off by a "typical" auto repair shop. I've had my work van serviced here several times, including my personal vehicles as well. I've never had an issue yet with any of my vehicles after leaving the auto shop. Everyone there is super cool, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Also a shout out to mikey b. for showing me the way to a reliable shop! I don't think there's much these guys can't do!
