Great customer service, friendly staff, very expansive knowledge and teaching on all they have to offer! Would highly recommend for storage or rental services! Jacob W helped us and he was wonderful!

Unfortunately I forgot to ask the name of the guy managing this place but he was incredibly nice and helpful. We rented a uhaul trailer here- and what I thought was going to be a stressful experience- he made SO easy for us. This helped ease our apprehension about driving a uhaul and trailer across the country. The storage grounds were very tidy. Definitely RECOMMEND this place for storage or uhaul needs! And thank you again to the manager of this place that showed us kindness during such a stressful life event!

Great storage unit! Always friendly, grounds were clean, and access was flawless. We got a call from them one month letting us know that I hadn't properly locked my unit. Had they not called, someone could have opened our unit and cleaned us out and we wouldn't have discovered it for weeks. I strongly recommend this business!

We used Crossroads storage for a year and couldn't be happier! We moved and no longer needed storage. The lot was always clean, well lit, accessible 24/7, we felt like our unit was safe and secure with the gated access and loved the auto payment option!

This is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Very low key and easy to deal with. Very clean and safe property. I have rented moving vehicles through here also, never a hassle.I would recommend !

These folks really take care of their customers. We needed to move some things out of our storage unit so we ordered a PODS container to load it all into. Glenn couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Crossroads Self Storage. If you need storage, the location is easily accessible and the staff is fantastic!

Renting a U Haul from this establishment is a breeze!! Within 5 minutes of arriving yesterday, I had the keys to the U Haul in hand and was on my way. The staff member on hand was efficient and personable. Checking in the U Haul after hours was a snap. What I appreciated the most however was the fact that the staff took the time to cool down the cab before I got in.

Having utilized he services of Crossroads Storage for 4+ years, I can say that the company does far more that provide a friendly, customer focused atmosphere & competitive pricing. It also is a company that "GENUINELY" cares for each and every customer, which is best demonstrated in how they approach each customer and deliver a positive experience that is specific to the unique needs of each individual customer. Good companies provide "good" service and balance the books so to speak. Truly "GREAT" companies do these things, but are also driven to provide a unique and powerful customer experience, while demonstrating continuous improvement in the services said company provides. Crossroads Storage gets that, provides that, and truly delivers a positive customer experience. I offer the company my highest endorsement.

OUTSTANDING service, price & availability!! Jake Hummel, the manager at this location was VERY helpful, and we were in a bind. Leaving the state for Thanksgiving, I had stopped twice to reposition our tarp over the furniture in our pickup truck. It was sleeting and we were headed the same direction as the weather, so I decided it was futile and wasn't going to keep doing that all the way to Arkansas. Jake had the size covered trailer we needed, and quickly set us up with it. Had he been allowed, I'm certain he would have helped us unload the truck and load the trailer.Our experience there really made us feel good about our trip, which went safely while several others were off the road. THANK YOU, JAKE!

Safe and secure but not climate controlled. Also storage slots available for boats, cars and RVs. Electronic gates. Cameras. Online ng so it makes it easy if you are between addresses or holding mail.

High fences/walls, safe area, multiple sizes of units, decent prices, a shop with lots of moving supplies.
